The hotel is located perfectly along the river and close to all the action in the ancient town and night market. The hotel staff was incredibly hospitable. Check in was smooth and easy. The room was clean and spacious with all the amenities. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyed pleasantly with a view of the river. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and special during our visit. They even surprised me with a birthday cake. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location that was near to night market and lantern boat ride. Many shops nearby and eating options. Booked a room with balcony but disappointed to get the first floor and hence was not much use. Breakfast spread was limited. Staff were friendly and very helpful, which was the highlight of the stay.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with hood amenities. The pool area was also very nice. It had comfortable seats, a pool bar with a good happy hour, and an overall very comfortable vibrant atmosphere. Th breakfast each day was also delicious and complimentary.

The staff here was also fantastic. They were very helpful with suggestions, your setups, and transportation. They had our flight information so when our flight was delayed 2 hours to land at 2am, their front desk person stayed late to check us in and get us settled.

It was also very easy to walk to old town, but far enough away that it was still convenient for car pick ups and quiet at night.

I really enjoyed my stay at Laluna. The room was spacious with balcony, private bathroom/shower, cupboards, coffee/tea and plenty of charging points.
The breakfast had excellent range, as a vegetarian it was so good to have several stir fry options/salads, The croissants were good as well as omelette station. The staff were great starting with the porter, reception - very helpful, and kitchen great too.
The hotel is 5 min walk to all the action but on a quiet street along the river.

Great Service, Breakfast and Comfortable

We stayed for two nights at the Laluna Hỏi A River Side Hotel. The location is perfect near the town center and makes it easy for walking around the night market and old town.

The staff are great — very helpful and willing to offer service. The breakfast had a great selection of Vietnamese specialties and was very enjoyable. I would not hesitate to return to this property when visiting Hoi An!

A warm welcome

We had an excellent 3 nights here in April/May, during a long humid heatwave. The staff were very attentive, friendly but not pushy. The pool was always welcoming and had space for us, as well as being pretty serene. Service was always with a smile and prompt. We had one gripe about the AC but that was taken on board and dealt with happily, what more can you ask! Would stay again for sure

This hotel is 3 stars at best. Towels were frayed, no hair conditioning provided, the hand soap smell was horrible, the hand held showerhead holder can’t even hold it up. The room’s noise insulation was basically non-existent. They also provided 1 key only for 2 people room and we had a chased them multiple times for the second key.

ホテル内も綺麗にしてあり、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで、おすすめの店を教えてくれたり、ツアーの手配もしてくれたので、とても良かったです。
またホイアンに行く時には利用したいと思います。

We had a wonderful experience at Laluna. The staff welcomed us from the moment we arrived and made us feel like family. Nothing was too much trouble for us and our two little ones. Breakfast was delicious and varied and the facilitiea and location were fantastic. One of if not the best hotel we have stayed at.

What I always look for in a stay is the 'locality' of the place - how to tell that I am in this city and not the other. I find that in La Luna - from the exterior design, the interior decor and the breakfast choices. The staff werw super gentle and helpful, they gave a lot of good advices around the town and arranged show tickets as well as transportation. This will be my go-to hotel in Hoi An.

Everything! From the super convenient location, only few minutes walking to the old town to the exceptional breakfast that offer a lot of options including local dishes. Pool bar is beautiful with good cocktails drink. The bed is super comfortable and the room is spacious. All staff are attentive and helpful. Overall, amazing service and well equipment facilities. Very good staff in general. Good English skills. The rooms were good size. The shower heads need to be refurbished as these spray water everywhere. The breakfast was generally good. The beds were comfortable but the bed frame was quite noisy and creaked with every move. Only one building has an elevator, the other two do not. The AC units have an incredibly bright light on them but housekeeping covered it with tape.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the old town.

The staff try hard to please.

The pool looked nice but it was rainy and a little cool so we didn't use it.

Given the price, I would likely stay there again.

Stayed 2 nights in the Deluxe Double Room with Pool View pool.
Room is smaller than expected but the service rendered by the staff was excellent!
Staffs are always full of smiles and very polite!
After realizing that I’ve left my clothing in the wardrobe after I’ve checked out and left the hotel, I called the hotel immediately and they arranged my stuff to be delivered to my new hotel in Da Nang that very same night.
It’s a 45mins drive from Laluna to the downtown hotel in Da Nang and they did it for free!
Special thanks to the staff at Laluna and Ms Nancy! You guys are awesome!
Hoi An night market and Ancient Town is within walking distance and nearest ATM is just located 3 mins walk away from the hotel.
Remember to bring along insect repellent! You will need it when you are in Da Nang.
Highly recommend to stay in this hotel!

I could not recommend the Laluna Hotel and Spa highly enough. The staff were exceptional (special thanks to Nam) who looked after all our needs and bookings with a smile every day.
The Hotel is perfectly situated just a 5 minute walk to the centre of the Old Historic Town and overlooking the riverfront.
The rooms are clean and immaculate.
This was our 5th stay in Hoi An and easily the best value Hotel we have stayed at.

River view wasn't really a good view with a tree blocking. Hotel is clean but could do a refresh with the metalware showing wear and tear and dusty furniture. Could do with better sound proofing as well since we could hear the sounds from the room above very clearly. Breakfast was decent but restaurant closed pretty early (maybe since tourism just re-started).

Service was great - staff helped with booking of transport and any queries we had, and security guard was always looking out for us.

Absolutely loved our stay would recommend it just away from the busy street but in perfect walking distance great spa really lovely staff extremely helpful

I had an amazing experience in Laluna hotel. This hotel was close to everything that Hoi An had to offer and was so easy to book local tours to Da Nang. The Luxury room was worth every penny and to be honest we never wanted to leave it. The staff was more then amazing. The house keeping giving us a good night message was the cutest thing ever. If I go back to Hoi An there is no doubt I would book this hotel again. Everyone had the biggest smiles on their faces and even though it was raining most of the time the staff made the sunshine in the hotel. I can not thank Laluna hotel enough. Top top quality from this beautiful hotel.

I spent 2 nights at the laluna hoteli in the first week of September.
Location: very good, facing the river and just a few minutes away from the gates of the Old town
Service: was ok, receptionist very professional and fluent in English. The service at the restaurant was below the level of what i've experienced in other cities.
Ccondition at the hotel: was really noisy, absolutely poorly isolated, so you could here anything going on outside in the street or in the hallway of the hotel, even when people don't speak loud. Then on the last day the hotel started renovations of all the empty rooms at 7h00 in the morning: extremely loud renovation works started in the next room. After discussing with the hotel manager, they offered to pay the taxi to the airport.
And another small thing: i didnt like the plan of the room: the toilet's room were not closing properly and attached to the bed.

The bedroom was beautifully decorated and the staff were amazing! They have a good spa, a really nice pool, timely laundry service and a good restaurant.

The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner in parts (tiny bits of mould) but that's the only minor fault I could find.

We had a good stay in the hotel. The location is perfect as it is less than 2 minute walk from the old city/night market.
Breakfast was good but i was disappointed with the filter coffee and tea for a 4 star hotel you would expect better quality especially because vietnam ks famous for their coffee. If you want fresh coffee you had to pay which is crazy.
The room was beautiful we had the suite as we had 2 kids so the space was great.
The free shuttle to the beach waa great to have and a nice way to spend the day.
Kim at reception was very helpful. All the staff was super friendly especially with the kids
The pool was great, small but fine for the location.

Overall i would stay again. We had a great time

We loved the daily breakfast buffet, location of the hotel relative to Ancient Town, and the always smiling and friendly staff.

The rooms were of good size, linens and towels were clean, bed was comfy, and the room itself was clean but dusty. There were mosquitoes making their way into my room, most likely when the room was being cleaned. Overall, a good stay and quite recommendable. Would happily return.

Stayed here July 19 - 22. The first room wasn't very good and the staff was able to move us to a better room the first night.

The staff had been incredible with making sure we felt comfortable and handled all of our requests with grace.

Big shout out to Liz and Kim for helping us during our stay. They made our experience a much better one overall with their service and help.

La Luna Hoian is a beautiful Hotel with excellent staff. The King bed was too hard though. Needs a soft mattress topper. The staff were really good and did their best to place soft layers on, but just needs the soft topper.
Particular praise must go to Kaly and Hari - both beautiful Ladies who were so good to us. All staff members were great and would do everything they could to make the stay enjoyable.

Hoi An is everything you’ve read and more, a beautiful picturesque get away, especially for couples and families. I fell in love with the charming French colonial buildings, the swaying lanterns and the constant smiling citizens of this town. The food was tantalizing with so many options, you’re guaranteed you won’t go hungry in this town. The highlight was the pedestrian area where you ebb in and out of the crowds along the river, people watching and shopping for souvenirs. We also took the chance to get some tailored outfits at the nearby tailors, we went to Kimmy’s and spent $700 USD for 1 suit, 2 pants, 1 skirt and 10 dress shirts!!

But the highlight of any stay is the safe haven you can trudge back to after a long day. Our stay at Laluna was wonderful; the staff were helpful and did their best to take care of our needs. We were checked in by receptionist Kim who’s charming wit made us laugh, even after the harrowing journey to Hoi An. The welcome cold ginger tea was a nice touch to our check in.

We chose this hotel because of it’s convenient location, it was within walking distance of the old town but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The bed was firm and the room well maintained and clean. We would describe this hotel as an simple elegant boutique hotel, designed with beautiful elements of modern clean lines. Check out the tiles on the washroom, reminiscent of middle eastern influence. It has the cutest little pool where we have happy hour drinks before dinner.

This hotel is perfect in every area. Starting when the moment u step in and the time u leave, speaking and dealing with every staff here has been a very excellent experience. They do their best to keep u warm, try to assist u in anyway they can. The hotel decoration, design, the fixture and fittings they use in the room, the small tiny pool but very nice atmosphere, the restaurant serves delicious and consider wide variety choices of breakfast. I really would love to come back and stay here again if I were to come back to Hoi An. I would love ke to specifically mentioned Ms Vv that she is very hospitable. Most of the staff here can speak pretty good English Vs the one in Danang City.

The property is situated in a nice place just off the main streets of Hoi An so it’s nice and quiet especially at night.

The room and bathroom was spacious with a nice soaking tub in particular.

We loves to explore new hotel, and that's the main reason we chose Laluna Hoi An Riverside Hotel & Spa. Overall it was not a bad experience, but that's it, nothing more, nothing less.

The location is convenient for visiting Hoi An Ancient Town. Staffs are nice, standard front desk service for locals like me, and super friendly for foreigners. On the other hand, concierge and housekeeping are equal friendly with every guest. Room size is normal, not too big not too small, nothing special. Breakfast needs to be improved too.

Extremely convenient to Ancient City center. Quiet location, great room, we stayed in the deluxe king room. Large tub & nice balcony. The most wonderful & accommodating staff that couldn't do enough for you. Nice spa, good breakfast.

comfortable, clean and strategically located hotel

very comfortable stay at the property. room is clean, bed is fantastic (except that they pushed 2 king-single beds to make one king bed), and location is within walking distance to the hustle bustle of the night market, but just a distance enough to avoid the crowd.

Luxury in Hoi an

I had a 3 week trip around SE Asia and this was the nicest room I stayed in! It was spotlessly clean and felt modern, fresh and inviting. It was a treat just to stay in the room. It overlooked the pool and was peaceful to sit on the balcony. The staff were really attentive and helped me do everything from book a trip to ba na hills, to rent motorbikes for the day. Breakfast was great! Definitely the best I had on my whole trip. The only negative was on my last night, a bar on the other side of the river was playing music really loudly. The rooms have good sound insulation, but I could still hear the music faintly.

The room was always clean and spotless. It was very chic in decor and all relatively new. Service was excellent at check in and during breakfast. The airport transfer was seamless. A great stay!

Ok hotel, basic but clean, hard bed. Perfect to go to old town etc which was great. The location is on the quieter end of the river away from the noise. Great location short walk to everything, staff lovely.

Nice boutique hotel just outside Hoi An old town

Convenient location just very close walking distance outside the old town but quieter. Spacious and clean room. Breakfast selection was good. The only disappointing thing was the gym wasn't very good or well maintained.

I booked 4 rooms and stayed 2 nights at the hotel for my family. The staffs were helpful at all times. The hotel is close to the Ancient Town. The room is exactly the same as the pictures. Highly recommended.
