Very pleasant and helpful staff, clean rooms, can’t beat the location. Spa services ( facial and body massages) by Kiera were the best and I strongly suggest using their services. Spa pedicure turned out to be a basic pedicure not worth it and not was explained to me so I definitely don’t recommend. Breakfast was good but our experience for dinner at the hotel restaurant was very bad to say the least.

The hotel was lovely but too noisy. The walls are paper thin.nI could hardly sleep because i could hear people upstairs moving furniture, the neighbour clicking their light switch, people in the hallway talking and next door TV kept me up one night. We stayed at a hotel in hanoi with tile floors but their hallways in the common area was carpet and we heard less noise. The staff were accommodating and nice but i was tired the whole time i stayed there.

The hotel has a good classic taste, and the room was clean and quiet. The building looks classic in style, but amenities are modern. Staff members are friendly and helpful, especially Ms Mica assisted us for bookings, and Ruby looked after us well while we stayed. It was very good to have a good restaurant and spa at the hotel as well. The hotel is close to the old town. We extended our stay because it was so comfortable, and we would love to come back sooner.

Such a charming hotel a stones throw from the heart of the shopping and attractions. We had been worried about booking here after recent floods but they have recovered perfectly with everything clean, and I’m so glad we did.
The service and smiles are amazing and I can’t fault a single thing about our 4 night stay.
A few notable comments: early and efficient house keeping (no coming back after lunch to an unmade room), great food, fast service for room service and requests, a blissful day spa (we had a 3 hour package one night before bed after a busy day & it was the best decision). The large bathrooms and comfortable seating area are also a plus.
While I had been nervous that some reviews referred to noise at night, we have found it to be ok. There is some noise that echoed into our room which was close to the lifts one night, but it was attributed to loud people, not the fault of the hotel.
Definitely value for money staying here.

This hotel is a very well presented property in a great location. A short walk to the river takes you to many restaurants and shops in Hoi An.
The staff are very friendly and eager to help.
We has a very spacious family suit with a queen and large single bed. This was very comfortable for three people.

The Allegro is a wonderful base for exploring Hoi An. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel itself is incredibly peaceful. The breakfast was delicious every morning and a great way to fuel up for a day of exploring beautiful Hoi An. Finally, if you have the pleasure of meeting Sophie, who works on the front desk, consider yourself lucky. She was an absolute delight and made our stay a memorable one.

Some staff either have language barrier or acted smart by selling us a coconut ride by providing incorrect information about the package. We recently stayed at Allegro Hoi An for two nights to celebrate our anniversary, and it was nothing short of perfect. A little luxury

A \"little luxury\" is the perfect description - a beautiful and charning hotel. Room design and decor really suited our taste. All staff friendly, helpful and attentive - a special thabks to Nancy and Frank - I didn't catch any other names, but the whole team were superb. Book here if you visit Hoi An, you won't be disappointed!

Balcony view was over pool but not a particularly beautiful view, however the hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk into town with coffee and convenience store close by. Great stay and would stay again

A Memorable Stay in Hoi An

Staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Min, the Guest Relations Officer, stood out with her warm smile and attentiveness—she ensured everything was tailored to our preferences and gave us plenty of great recommendations for things to do and see around Hoi An, which really enhanced our experience. She also prepared a delightful surprise for my friend’s birthday, decorating the bed with flowers and “A Happy Birthday”and a small cake.

The hotel is well located, just a 5-minute walk to the Old Town, and has all the amenities we needed. The décor is charming, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Overall, a lovely stay with excellent service and a great location.

Property was cute, rooms were clean. However, we couldn’t get more than one family room on the same floor, which made it inconvenient, especially due to a sick family member that requires attention. Going between floors is not ideal to check on family member. Alternative would be to opt for smaller rooms to stay on same floor. Rooms are not large enough to go for a smaller room. On the upside, staff is very friendly and helpful. Walkable distance to maybe shops and points of interest, though the weather/temperature can still be a hindrance despite the short walk—some days can be very hot and humid.

We had a lovely stay at the Allegro Hotel in Hoi An. The hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious rooms and a charming pool area lit up with lanterns in the evening. It really adds to the atmosphere. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the old town and close to other popular areas.

Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the spa and restaurant teams. The restaurant had a great variety of dishes. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered plenty of choice, and the afternoon tea was a really nice touch.

We visited the spa several times during our stay and had amazing treatments each time. I would definitely recommend making the most of it. The hotel also provides shuttle buses to the beach, which was really convenient.

Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Despite the torrential rain during our visit, the hotel felt like a peaceful retreat – cozy, calm, and beautifully maintained. The on-site spa was a highlight – relaxing and professional, a perfect way to unwind while waiting out the weather. Plus, the location is ideal – just a short walk to the Old Town. Allegro Hoi An is conveniently located while being away from the touristy craziness that defines Hoi An. A ten-minute walk will take you to all the major attractions.

The hotel restaurant was subpar for dinner. You have much better options in town. However, the breakfast buffet was awesome. They had a lot of tropical fruits like papaya and passion fruit.

The gym in the basement was adequate but very outdated.

Is a bit of a walk from ancient town - which can be brutal in the summer heat - but totally manageable and there’s always Grab if you need to escape into aircon.

This is our second time here. We came back because the employees are amazing: kind, friendly, helpful, good sense of humour. It's a beautiful hotel with a local flavour in design and in a quiet neighbourhood. Access to everything is a lovely stroll away in the hustle and bustle of HoiAn. The pool is a nice break away from getting out and about. The food (breakfast, dinner) is fresh and of high quality.

The Allegro was in an amazing location. Less than 5 minutes walk from the old town. The buffet breakfast was delicious and varied. The room was a good size just not as luxurious as a luxury hotel should be.
The lounge seat was atrocious. It had no back & was very uncomfortable. The towels were quite threadbare & the sheets were very thin & the bed cover did not even reach the sides of the bed.
They organised tours & transfers well.
Overall a good place to stay but not luxury.

My husband and I have stayed at this property every year for the past 4 years. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!The staff is the best that we have ever seen. They are so cordial and extremely helpful. They make us feel like family. We love the way that they make usn feel.
The hotel is in such a great location. it is extemely clean and quiet. Plus it is within walking distance of the Ancient town of Hoi An. We received an upgrade to a beautiful pool view and enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the views. The rooms are very well decorated and comfortable. We also enjoyed the free shuttle to the beach each and every day. Last but not least. is the amazing breakfast that has so many dishes to choose from. The food is truly top notch. We also ate dinner here several times and the food is all so wonderful. We have already booked this hotel again for next year! We can't wait to come back!
