Wow!!! We absolutely love this Hotel! An oasis in the heart of Hoi An and just a short stroll to Old Town. Thank you sooo much to everyone of your wonderful staff, from the staff who collected our bags fro the taxi, to receptionists, restaurant, pool, gym and everyone...every one of you greeted us warmly and made us feel so special...we love you all!
The breakfast was out of this world..we loved the authentic local and western cuisine and the ambiance was awesome! We are definitely coming here again!

Liked the location outside of ancient town, but just a short walk. Staff were all lovely, very nice pool with loungers that have padding. Decent breakfast with seating inside and outside. Enjoyed having a balcony to sit out on.

Excellent location, short walk to old town and all the shopping. Staff is incredibly engaging always checking if anything is needed to make your stay more comfortable. Room was always clean as is the hotel itself. Pool is excellent. They made great recommendations for shopping at check in as well as activities and sights. Only real downside is the gym, it will be fine for most but if you're a gym rat you know this is typical complaint lol. Will definitely be back, thank you!

Clean, safe, convenient walking distance to Hội An old town.
I am very happy with the service. The receptionists , specifically the lead Joy Fom , are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful .
Nice swimming pool , great continental breakfast. Last but not least, I love the bicycles that can be check out for free. I used the bicycle to get to the old town around 10:00am …if you want to shred some weight via perspiration :)
Highly recommend the hotel for staying at the hotel.

가성비 좋다고 추천한 분들 반성해야할 듯. 오래된 호텔이라 방에서 퀴퀴한 냄새가 나고, 샤워기나 욕조 파이프에서 물이 샘. 조식당 음식은 평균이하이고, 직원들은 아침인사나 자리안내도 없었음. 그래도 매번 팁을 두고 나왔는데 지금 생각해 보니 살짝 후회가 됨. 투숙객이 적어서인지 안방비치까지 셔틀버스 운행도 중단하고 있음. 대신 붐비지 않고 올드타운 중심가까지 걸을 수 있는 거리에 위치한 점은 좋았음.

Beautiful boutique hotel minutes walk from all the action. Delicious buffet breakfast and super friendly staff. Joy in particular was just a ‘joy’. The rooms very comfortable and quiet. Would recommend!

There are things I enjoyed and things that could be improved about this hotel.

The initial communication with the hotel was great; however, while the staff were attentive and kind, I felt that it was difficult to speak with them when I was there. I did believe that the staff did try their best to do what they can.

The hotel is about four years old, but it feels older. The walls were leaking during the heavy rain, which probably will mean that mold will grow later if they do not fix it. The room itself felt like it wasn't fully clean with dusty floors and soap stains on the shower glass. The location of the hotel is about 10 minutes from the old town. The hotel does have a private beach with a shuttle; however, the shuttle is so inconsistent that even the staff recommends to take a taxi back.

The hotel also felt like it was constantly advertising for its excursions, spas and gifts not just in the lobby, but with all the pamphlets in the room - that's fine that they want to show their other products but it felt constant. For a four star hotel, I believe that they could do better.

Staff were very friendly here. Hotel was excellent to. The
only problem we encountered was the shower got very hot
out of nowhere and also the TV remote wouldn't work from
the bed (not much of an issue really).
I would stay here again. It's pretty close to everything you
would need and has shuttle busses and tour options eg bana
hills, marble mountain etc.

There wasn't many vegan options for breakfast though. We
just had fruit and baked beans on toast every morning

Don't Waste Time. Book This Place Now.

I cannot fault my stay in any way. This establishment should be very proud of its staff who are among the nicest and friendliest I have come across in the hotel business. Hospitality here is first class. My wife and I stayed for four nights to celebrate her birthday and explore Hoi An, which she had wanted to do for some time. It was our first time in Vietnam and we did not know what to expect but wow were we blown away by the service, location to the ancient town, free bike rental, old-world charm and decor, smiling staff, heck, we were upgraded upon arrival and were presented with a birthday cake and flowers in our room on my wife's birthday. It was a lovely gesture. The swimming pool was large and great for lounging around for an afternoon too. Special thank you to An, who met us at check in and was super friendly and fun. She even recognised the song I had on my phone Hay Ve Day Ben Anh by Duy Manh! To Binh, who welcomed us with a big smile at breakfast every morning and to everyone who made our stay a most delightful one. Recommended!
PS. Thuy Com Ga is just steps away down the road for the greatest Vietnamese hainan chicken rice of your life.

The staff was excellent. When our diving trip was cancelled the night before, the staff went out of their way to find us another tour. The cooking class was great and the cooking staff was wonderful. Close to all the downtown sites (500 meters) and the private beach was great as well. Very happy with the staff and facilities.

Pleasant hotel in the city

Hoian Central is located in town about a 10 min walk to the old town and 5 mins to the river. The hotel itself is comfortable and our room was fairly large room, comfortably accommodating 3 adults. It’s clean and has a very pleasant quality about it. We had a room in the inner block and this was quiet but I imagine the rooms facing the front will be fairly noisy with the incessant traffic and honking which is a iconic feature of Vietnam cities :)
I would recommend this hotel. For the rate offered, it’s very good.

Lovely looking hotel, 5 mins walk to Hoi an old town, great pool in courtyard in the centre. We had rooms facing the road and it was very noisy at night and in the morning (from about 6am onwards) both as a result of people on mopeds honking their horns but also from the hotel - it sounded like furniture was being dragged across the floor every morning. We also found the coffee are breakfast very stewed and not very nice and found out why this was one day when we saw the fresh coffee being topped up by the remaining stewed coffee

Overall good but there were room for improvements

Just stayed two nights from Fri-Sun at the hotel.
Good:
- hotel was in a good location (5 minute walk from old town);
- the room was spacious (especially the bathroom);
- staff were in general friendly;
- the pool area was big enough with a peaceful ambiance; and
- the massage service was very good (we had it twice within two days).

Bad:
- damp room: the room was spacious but it had a very damp smell to it which was hard to get rid of even with the air conditioning on and there was clear evidence of molding in the bathroom curtain by the shower;
- airport pickup: although I did confirm twice through email that we wanted to be dropped off at a restaurant from the airport and not the hotel, the driver did not get this message and he was not aware of this arrangement upon our arrival; and
- staff: staff were all friendly and were happy to help when asked but there appeared to be a clear lack of communication between them. I was woken up at 6.30am by the reception saying that I had airport shuttle which was ready to take me to the airport. This was actually scheduled for 6.30pm later that day. Again I had confirmed this through email before arrival at the hotel and also again at the reception at arrival.

Excellent stay at this hotel, good location and quiet which is a rarity with the construction going on in the local area. Staff good and amenities excellent, room was very comfortable. A couple of minor things of note were that the breakfast was plentiful but fruit had a few flies knocking about on the last few days of our stay, which was a bit off putting. Plus the shuttle to the beach is great but it appeared they forgot to send a return one at the end of the day so we had to get a taxi back. Overall however highly recommend.

We loved this hotel - the best of our trip.
The interconnecting rooms were exactly what we hoped for - cool, serene, crisp.
The staff were without exception great - our welcome was lovely and staff were totalky trying to share and advise to make the most of our trip.
The pool area was beautiful - love the lanterns - plus sparkling clean and comfortable.
Breakfast also the best of our trip - fresh and a huge selection.

Lovely Boutique Style Hotel

We had a lovely holiday at Little Hoi An Central - the room is very spacious and bed super comfortable. The staff are all wonderful . It is within walking distance of Ancient Town and there is a free shuttle to and from the beach. Every day there is some type of complimentary item offered - be it coffee and cakes for afternoon tea or some other item which is a nice touch.

We stayed 3N (27-30 May 2017) choosing the hotel from reviews and price. Very good choice. Excellent service. Good breakfast spread, Vietnamese and western food. Strong wifi in room, at restuarant and even at the swimming pool.
About 8 mins walk to the Ancient Town, and you must go to the Ancient Town in the day to sight see, and at night, go for dinner. The lighted lanterns and crowd gave a wonderful atmosphere,
Take the hotel shuttle to go to their private beach. Strong waves, not for swimming but great fun enjoying the waves and beach. A few vendors selling trinkets, but vendors not pushy. Free use of the Sunshade and deck chairs. Before you board the shuttle bus, get beach towels from the Reception. Good restaurant at the beach. Take a walk and there are lots of seafood restuarants next door. Can take a taxi there for dinner.
The hotel Spa is very clean and staff are very professional. Good prices too - check out their promotion rates. We booked a 4-hands massage (it was on promo rate : buy 1, get 1 free.) Fantastic. Do make use of the free 10 minutes foot massage given to guests when you check in.
The hotel staff are cheerful and smiling. They speak English too.
Very happy stay. If we ever go back to Hoi An, we will stay at this hotel again.

The staff are very nice. There is a complimentary 10 minutes foot massage, and we received a special coupon for a very good price of body massage. The massage was very relaxing. I like Vietnamese style massage. The fitness room and swimming pool are good and opened till 11:00pm. Good to have some exercise before sleep, and after the walk in the night market. The room facilities are all ok with no headache and complaint.

Everything was amazing, including customer service, massage, hotel room. The only downside is the shower which doesn't have any indication of which direction is hot/cold water. We had such a great time here that we cut short our stay in Danang to come back. Hotel is very close to old town, offers free bicycle to cruise around. Pool is great with kid area. Apologised profusely even though the cancellation was not the hotel's fault. If I return this hotel is where would stay. A quick bike ride to the center of town. I think we did a lap around the center on bikes in under 20 minutes. Bikes were complementary. The staff was extremely helpful pointing out local places to eat and not just recommending we eat at the hotel. Breakfast was great with a large variety of food as people from all over the world seemed more than satisfied. Only complaint would be the water did not get hot enough for the bath but I like a bath hotter than average. Worked out when using the electric kettle when filling the bath but most would not need to do this. The weather did not cooperate with us which was unfortunate as the pool looked amazing. Book here with ease of mind and move onto the next stage of your planning.

Overall one of the best hotel experiences I've had

Although there was some initial confusion because there are several Little Hoian properties (but only one phone number I could find), the service & style of this hotel was impeccable. They staff was gracious and patient, not leaving any need unmet or question unanswered. When I felt unwell one day of my stay, ginger tea was brought to my room, which helped a great deal to calm my unsettled stomach. When I mentioned that I was looking for a specific kind of lantern, but couldn't find one in the market, they directed me to a little family shop nearby that could make them for me. Breakfast was delicious as well. Highly recommended.

The Hotel was wonderful. The Reception Staff - Kate, and all the front staff were very accommodating and friendly. The Bar/Restaurant Staff - Supervisor - Edward - not only runs a fabulous group of staff, but is very hands on as well. All the staff were easy to chat to and went out of their way to ensure we were happy - Dylan and Mint and the rest were great.

We came to Hoi An for a 4-day holiday and liked it a lot. The hotel and the staff are very nice. Kids liked the pool, we liked breakfast and very nice interior. You can rent bikes for free. It's not far from the old town 10 minutes on foot), just the road beside the hotel and leads to tiwn is quite busy. The hotel is well isolated (double windows) so you don't hear a lot of noise from the street.

Friendly, efficient staff, who were really helpful with onward travel arrangements. Room upgrade to a lovely suite and a complimentary foot massage. Great pool area and the best breakfast in Vietnam.

Nice hotel close the centre of Hoian Ancient City

The hotel was perfect for what I wanted. Just don't order the room service it was a bit ad hoc. Mine arrived without any cutlery. I would suggest it is geared towards guests eating out which is fine as there are plenty of places to go.

We had a wonderful stay at Hoian Central. The hotel is new and very well presented. About 10 minutes walk to the centre of Hoian. The staff there are excellent and made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. Very good breakfast buffet too.

Impressive hotel with awesome breakfast

Had 3 nights stay in this awesome hotel. Though we reached late, the receiptionist (Jill) was very forthcoming in welcoming us and patiently introduced us to the must-try food in the area. We made use of the free shuttle bus to and from the beach and it was available few times a day. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide spread of Western And Vietnamese food. The decoration of the room (In fact the whole hotel) was up-class and comtemporary. There's a spa center which provided affordable and professional massage service! Overall we had a enjoyable experience and would choose this hotel again if we are back in Hoi An.

Our room was a good size and clean and tidy with a balcony over looking the pool

Amazing service in Hoi An

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon trip and what a treat it was!! We arrived in Hoi An in torrential rain to find that our taxi couldn't go any further but we managed to call the hotel and they sent a boat to pick us up, it was an experience we will never forget!
The staff are exceptional, Elsa was the loveliest person and so kind and helpful and recommended some great places to eat! Dylan in the restaurant is so lovely and Jade was amazing, she came to pick us up in the boat, Mark is the Australian manager and chats to everyone which is great! everyone else we met were so lovely as well.
We hadnt mentioned our honeymoon in advance so on the second day we came back to a decorated bed and some treats that Elsa had arranged for us! It was perfect! It will definitely be somewhere we go back to in better weather so we can go to their beach resort as well! I am not sure why the hotel isn't rated 5 star as it really should be!

Absolutely Superb!!! An Oasis in Beautiful Hoi An

There's nothing \"little\" about this boutique hotel—it's actually one of a group of boutique hotels in Hoi An as amenities are shared between them. We were impressed from the very first moment we arrived, Elsa dressed in traditional Ao Dai, greeted us warmly with a tray of treats and drinks as she spent about half hour walking us through the hotel's services and location, giving us tips about places we might enjoy and tips in getting around. The hotel is very convenient, a few blocks from the central historic downtown and market—an oasis in the busy scootering life of Vietnam. Elsa and staff are happy to meet/share/provide all your traveling needs including getting a driver, booking our next flight, etc; they helped plan and made arrangements for us to Hue. As for the hotel services, the buffet breakfast has everything you could desire from western foods to authentic Viet cuisines—you can even sign up for cooking classes. There's many great restaurants nearby (with western comfort) but we kept enjoying the hotel's amazing meals with its 5-star presentation. Their cocktails need some perfection but they were able to make my recipe favorites (just opened about two months ago). In addition to the great location, the hotel is impeccably clean and the room was spacious for two adults, we spent time watching sunsets from our 7th floor balcony (top floor). Great Staff & Service Hotel

We are a party of 4 who stayed at Little Hoian Central Boutique and Spa Hotel for 2 nights. The guest relations officers are very friendly and helpful. Notably Kate and Bella are proactive and let us feel welcome during our stay.
On the second night, after having our dinner in the ancient town at around 8.30 pm, we found ourselves stranded in the old quarters due to rising flood waters. No taxis until finally a young taxi driver ventured to bring us back to Little Hoian Central Hotel. Halfway he stopped his engine due to high water levels. However he volunteered to lead and walk us back to the hotel. Instead he walked us to Little Hoian Boutique and Spa Hotel by the river (instead of Little Hoian Central).
The staffs of Little Hoian Hotel were friendly and helpful. Liza, from the reception, despite being pregnant, went out of her way to contact Little Hoian Central and arranged for their staff to come over. Ms Bella came over by motorbike. Due to the high water level, the van was also arranged to pick us up midway. The staffs of Little Hoian Hotel lead and walked us through the floodwaters to the van.
We reached Little Hoian Central hotel at around 10.20 pm safely. We sincerely thank the staffs of both hotels, especially Bella and Liza, for their help and reassurance throughout the incident.
Finally the near similarity of the names of both the hotels are very confusing, especially with taxi drivers. The management may consider refining the recognition of \"Central\".

FIVE STAR service & lodging!!!!

Great location, easy walk to shops and market. AMAZING staff!!! They were charming, thoughtful, most helpful—sharing customs, favorite spots. We were welcomed with drinks/fruit/guide of the area at the moment we arrived. We sat about 30 minutes with Elsa who shared with us details about the hotel and services, and then a guided tour of things to do in the area. The hotel is impeccably clean—exceeded our expectations. The inclusive buffet breakfast was delicious, offering both traditional culinary favorites and Western foods, we'd enjoyed so much that we often ate dinner there as well, it was real Vietnamese cuisine and beautifully presented. My mom especially enjoyed talking with Mint, Kimberly, Bella, Elsa, it made returning to Vietnam very memorable. They booked our flights and can arrange driver and tour, if needed. We would definitely come back!!!

When I booked this hotel, there was only one review on hotels.com. I noticed that this hotel is built on 2016. Few reviews totally made sense for a brand new hotel.

When I arrived the hotel, I received a welcome drink and the receptionist Kate gave me a warm welcome , introduced the hotel facility and showed me the room. She was very helpful to give me many ideas on restaurants, local food, attractions, and many tips. The room size is perfect for 2 people. The design is Vietnam style. I enjoyed the bath shower and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was standard when I stayed here.

I also booked the tour via the hotel and paid the body massage service in the hotel spa. The therapist was doing a great job in the well-developed spa room.

The ancient town is 10 mins walk from hotel. I walked to town when I stayed in this hotel.

Good hotel and we would stay there again.

Overall very good. The stafff were very helpful. Free bike hire at the hotel.
The hotel has an arrangement with a local restaurant at the Ao Bang beach. You get a shuttle bus to the beach, a free lounger and the restaurant is keen for you to eat there. Reasonable price and good food.
The walk into the centre of Hoi An is not too far and we popped into Hoi An and back to the hotel numerous times each day. The hotel has just been built and the they are kitting out some bedrooms but overall that did not affect our 4 day stay.
