Elevator didn’t work and my mom has hard time on stairs and we got sen to 4th floor with no other option it was our only resource because it was late after a long day of flight and it had a bad smell on both rooms and there was insect that they kill on the walls as decoration had AC but didn’t work so it was super hot to be able to sleep good and there was a dirty sock by the bed from last costumer and much more nasty details that I will totally not recommend this hotel!

You get what you pay for. This property needs so huge renovations, and new carpet. The beds were clean and so were the bathrooms, I really appreciated that. The room had a nasty smell I couldn’t sleep because of it, this is why I say need need new carpet or to switch to a different type of flooring they need to clean the parking lot area had a lot of garbage. The only reason I didn’t leave was because we had already unpacked everything, but if what i mentioned is important to you then stay somewhere else.

The property is good to stay in when you need a place to sleep. Staff was friendly. The room was clean but didn’t have a blow dryer, no mini fridge or microwave. Nothing was nearby to eat. We ended up going to a gas station to buy snacks instead of dinner. I would probably look a little further next time to see if there is something with more dining options nearby.

I had car problems and the hotel staff went out of there way to find a mechanic and ensure that I was safely on my way for my next nights reservation. They saved me from a scheduling nightmare.
Definitely a place to stay to be treated special.

The interior of the hotel was decent quality and the staff was great. However, entering the hotel from the highway was a bit hard to find and difficult in heavy traffic. Also, the exterior of the hotel could use some cleanup and care.

This was a little difficult to get to the first time. However, once you know how to navigate the entrance it is easy on/off access.

This will become my new stop in Aguascalientes. The front desk even with the language gap was professional, friendly, and made sure I understood everything.

Breakfast is a cook to order and being that I was leaving very early, only had time for coffee.

They gave us a key to a room that already had guest, then they do a wakebup call at 4:30 am that was for a diffrent room. They advertise the jacuzzi but you cant use it uless you have reservations for it, they did not have any

A nice, clean hotel with comfortable beds and decent wifi. Breakfast was good and all staff were friendly. Good location south of the city for heading to Puerto Vallarta. Pool was a little too cold for swimming for the kids, but overall it was an awesome hotel for the price!

No Free Shuttle Service

The Hotel allegedly had free shuttle service to the airport which they did not. It was the only reason I booked the Hotel in the first place. They called a company to transport me to the airport, 10km away, and got charged $500 Mexican Pesos. There was no hot water and water pressure was minimum. Unsure if I’ll stay here again.

This is my go to place when using the Aguascalientes Airport. The outside grounds could use some TLC. The interior is clean and provides the necessary items for your stay. The restaurant and bar need to be more welcoming.

The staff was nice. The breakfast was good. Online it said they had a pool and we were looking forward to swimming. But, the pool as well as the hot tub were closed for maintenance. It was very disappointing to find out they were closed when we arrived. Also, the water in the shower never got very hot.

The room was as expected, building and all was clean and well maintained. The swimming pool water was cold, couldn't use it. Room service food, not good. Fries were hard as tooth picks, milk shake was watery, more like a Chata drink, and tasteless.

Absolutely loved this hotel and everyone was so nice and greetful. Breakfast was good as well. They make you feel welcomed and make sure you are satisfied with service. Only thing is the current location is away from almost if everything and it’s ugly to walk around but they will help you with shuttle and/or get you a taxi into town. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back.

Good location for business

We were visiting a customer nearby and this was a great choice. It was away from all of the business of downtown and we were able to get in and out to our meeting and the airport quickly. The hotel restaurant had a good menu at accessible prices.

I wanted to love it. The staff is very friendly!

The room was nice. Staff members were really friendly. Nevertheless, the room was messy. The sheets were dirty. I asked twice for them to change them and they changed the top sheet but not the bottom one. Pretty gross!
For new hotel, it was not kept up. The curtains were broken and the walls were cracking. Breakfast was not good. I want to like it but it was gross. Coffee was weak and food was tasteless. I really want to love this hotel :(

Amazing hotel in historic Bull Fighting Rink

This was an amazing stay at a historic 1500s Bull Fighting Rinkinside the historic core. Simply amazing, great location, great sense of place, comfortable, luxurious, old world charm, chocked full with amenities. Highly recommended for any type of stay in Zacatecas.

I like everything about the hotel,
Food, servive,location, however I did not apreciate that I left a pair of sun gasses on the bathroom while I left to tour the city.
I spoke to the manager of the hotel room about the insident, he told me that he will investigate the case and he will call me back.
It's been over 72 hour and never hear from no one from that hotel.
Shame on him!

Excellent Service and Facilities, I just want to make the comment that if you are planning to go to the \"Feria de San Marcos\" so often (which is one the most important attractions of Aguascalientes) , it is not close to it, but the UBER service is not expensive compared with the distance.

The hotel is located near the airport, but far from anything else. There is no airport shuttle from the airport. Room Service and restaurant prices are the same. There is a small hotel store. There is a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi.

This hotel was almost perfect. The staff is great and friendly, and very secure. They even watch your cars at night. The hotel room was excellent no issues with that, the only issue was the lock. I had to have the staff rescan the key card because it would only work once. The pool and spa wasn't perfectly clean. But other than that I loved it, very clean and breakfast was good and plenty to pick from. I would stay here again specially because it's only about 15 minutes from the airport.

We rented the hotel because my son loves to swim. Very disappointed that the hotel has been open since December and they still haven't put the pool heater in. If I had known this, I would have chosen another hotel. I don't know what the designer was thinking when putting the lighting in the bathroom. 2 lights beside the toilet and none above the sink where needed. The staff was very friendly and there was security at all times. We felt safe there. Will stay again but will make sure that the pool has heat before reserving.
