Excellent stay. My only two issues were:
1. They use firm mattresses so bed was a bit hard for my taste
2. Water pressure from shower wasn't that great.
Other than that, the property is gorgeous, landscape well-kept and the staff was above and beyond. Recommend a lot! Super close to downtown area and they offer taxi service at the lobby if you need it. 10/10

The overall conditions of the hotel were disappointing. There were mosquitos and flies in both the dining area and the room, with no visible effort from the hotel to address the issue. I also noticed cockroaches in the patio area. While the internet connection was acceptable, the customer service was poor. On two occasions, I was asked to park my rental car myself despite having valet service. The bathtub was in terrible condition, and the room had an unpleasant odor. The general customer service from the staff was inconsistent—some were friendly and greeted guests, while others did not

The hotel is beautiful, wonderful for pictures. Beds are comfy. water pressure is bad. Pool area is small but nice. Maid and maintenance people are very polite and helpful.
Now, lets talk about the restaurant in this hotel, it is expensive and the food is below average. The service is terrible and slow, very slow.
Most likely, we will not be staying here again.

Building is beautiful but it is not updated and well maintained. Shower spills water outside of the tub, lack of enough electrical outlets to recharge devices, mosquitoes plague everywhere. We couldn’t eat in the restaurant because of that. Only one person is valet parking and bell boy so you need to wait several minutes for your car, etc, etc. We won’t return to this hotel.

Mi experiencia fueron 2.5 estrellas de 5.

El personal del hotel con el que interactué fue muy amable, sin embargo, la habitación (218) que se me asignó olía mucho a humedad tan pronto abrías la puerta del cuarto, la llave del lavabo no estaba en buenas condiciones, la ventana no cerraba del todo, como que estaba descuadrada y lo que ya no pude tolerar fue que me salieron cucarachas, por lo que tuve que solicitar cambio de habitación, la cual, estuvo mucho mejor que la primera. El servicio del restaurante es muy tardado, les tomó 35 minutos servirnos un caldo de pollo, comentar que la primera noche no encontramos a nadie que nos atendiera, en cuanto a los exteriores, el hotel es muy agradable y está bien cuidado.
Estuve 3 noches más, posterior al incidente de las cucarachas y el Gerente del Hotel no tuvo la atención y supongo, ni el tiempo, para contactarme y hablar de la situación, aun cuando el personal ya me había informado que el Gerente sabía del tema.

Estuvimos una semana, el servicio no nos gusto mucho, de la limpieza de cuartos dejaban toallas sucias teniamos que pedir que las cambiaran, no dejaban suficientes o nada de shampoo, gel para bañarse, teniamos que ir a pedir, el minisplit fallando no enfrian muy bien y ruidoso por la noche, el restaurante calidad regular pero precios muy elevados comparados con otros restaurantes que visitamos en Ags (Los Arcos, Mochomos, Ragazzi, Pueblo Viejo, etc). Por otro lado el Sr Angel que acomoda los carros entre semana super amable el mejor de todos, en la recepcion la Srita Valeria tambien super amable nos ayudo mucho con varias cosas muy servicial, el joven alto del restaurante tambien super amable. El unico mal el joven del fin de semana Jose Manuel que acomoda los carros, muy grosero, parece que se queria desquitar de algo con nosotros.

Nos hemos quedado en reiteradas ocasiones en este hotel, hemos pasado navidades, graduaciones, bodas y muchos eventos mas, pero la calidad ha bajado considerablemente con el pasar de los años. Los eventos dejan mucho que desear (la navidad 2024 parecía baile popular), el mantenimiento se ve deficiente pero esta ocasión supero todo pues encontramos un visitante no deseado en la habitación. Para hacerse llamar hotel \"Grand Class\" dejan mucho que desear. Esto se detecto el día del check-out, para fortuna nuestra una supervisora estaba entregando algo en la habitación contigua y pudimos hacer la observación en ese momento que desconozco se haya hecho reporte de lo sucedido

I definelty would say it needs a renovation its is getting worn our - i am very happy with Quinta Real in other parts of mexico however Aguascaliente needs to renovate the rooms-bath tub was worn out not shower wand - bathroom is so worn out - carpet is old needs a good clean up

We have stayed at this hotel before. This is a beautiful, quiet and traditional-looking place. The staff is excellent. The restaurant and bar are both good. This is in a were and modern part of Aguas but is a short Uber ride to the center. We love this place.

The service and attention was exceptional. However, the rooms are not the cleanest. The hot tub looked dirty, the carpet looked dirty, the room had an odd smell. They need to renovate the place and replace and/or deep clean the entire location.

Terrible experience with management. This hotel did not have warm water to shower. I asked another guest in a different room and they did not have warm water either. My room had a connecting room but they were unable to lock the door because they 'did not have the key'. Shocking! Do not stay here.

Quiero expresar mi profunda indignación y frustración tras una estancia absolutamente desastrosa en el Hotel Quinta Real de Aguascalientes. Este lugar se presenta como un hotel de lujo, pero la realidad es que no cumple ni con los estándares básicos de hospitalidad, lo cual es inaceptable y enfurecedor.

Nos hospedamos dos adultos y dos niños durante dos noches, y desde el primer momento las cosas comenzaron mal. Llegamos a la habitación y nos encontramos con solo tres toallas y dos ridículas botellas de agua de 250 mililitros para cuatro personas. ¡Un verdadero insulto! Al solicitar más toallas y agua, nos informaron que tendríamos que pagar un cargo extra. A pesar de la injusticia, acepté el cargo adicional, pero lo que sucedió después fue aún más indignante: ¡ni las toallas ni el agua llegaron! A las 8 pm del viernes hice la solicitud, y nos dejaron completamente ignorados. ¿Cómo es posible que un hotel que cobra lo que cobra por noche trate así a sus huéspedes?

Pero lo peor estaba por venir. El sábado por la noche, al regresar de un evento, me encontré con una escena que rozaba lo grotesco. Las sábanas de nuestra cama estaban manchadas con sangre. ¡Sangre! Como si no fuera suficiente asco, al abrir el closet encontramos una cucaracha. ¡Una cucaracha en un hotel de \"lujo\"! Esto es simplemente imperdonable, un absoluto desastre de limpieza y mantenimiento.

During our visit, my wife and I were displeased with the property. The AC was not working in any rooms during our entire stay. the rooms felt like they had the heater on the entire day. I just didn't feel they did enough to fix the problem... a horrible experience.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It is sad to see that it is poorly managed. We stayed at a suite thinking that it would be better (cleaner carpets, fresh paint etc.) unfortunately, it was as bad as the rest of the rooms we have seen in the past years. Employees are not as friendly and efficient as they used to. Service is mediocre at best. Staff was not able to complete a simple request for coffee delivery to the room. It is sad to see a such a beautiful facility getting worst every year. Unfortunately, Aguascalientes has a limited amount of 5 start hotels, this is why we keep staying at this hotel hopping that it would be better next time.
