Other than the pillows being too hard, we have zero complaints. Very big rooms for a Japanese Hotel, great design and amenities, huge lobby with very nice open space area . One of the better Hotels i've stayed in in Japan in the price bracket for sure. If I go to Atami again I will definitely stay here again if available.

Thanks to Hotel and Expedia for sorting out my reservation glitch. Atami is a really relaxing place to end our Japan stay. We really enjoyed walking around the city and the sihts. Most favorite event was taking in the Jazz club..

Spacious hotel room
A lot of hotel rooms in Japan are quite small and cram, but during my whole trip this is by far the biggest hotel room we had. Lovely view of the beach, short walk to a lot of places for food. For those who plan to take the public transport, we traveled by train, and it was just about 10mins walk to the hotel, except the station is at the top of the hill and the climb back up there with our luggage was a bit of a struggle, and the hotel does not have a shuttle service. Apart from that, we loved our room a lot and also enjoyed the private spa experience.

今回、一泊二日で利用させていただきました。まず、熱海駅に近く、車の免許のない人でもアクセスしやすい場所にあると思いました。ビーチも近く、夏場は海で泳いだ後でも良さそうだと思いました。また、部屋から見える景色は絶景で、相模湾や初島を一望することができました。温泉もついており、露天風呂もあるので、熱海らしさも感じることができます。
朝はビュッフェ形式で、和食、洋食、様々な料理を堪能することができました。中でも、ネギトロや甘海老とすじこの和え物の食べ放題はとても美味しく、素晴らしかったです。
是非次熱海に来た時にも利用したいと思いました。素晴らしい旅をありがとうございました。

뷰는 지긍까지의 여행 중 최고 수준에 속해요. 침대에 누워서 바다와 파도가 보여요. 방이 아주 커서 사용하기 편했고 대욕장도 넓은 편이라 편했어요. 다만 직원들 서비스의 질이 좋지 못해 처음 간 아타미의 인상에 안 좋은 영향을 주더군요. 여직원에게 식사할 수 있는 근처 식당을 물어보니 퉁명스럽게 식당들 홍보 리플렛 보여주며 '이게 다 여기있다'해서 그냥 고맙다고 하고 나왔네요. 그런데 식당 자체도 거의 없고 그나마 있는것들은 문 닫았고. 편의점에서 조금씩 사다가 저녁으로 떼우고 담날 근처 조나단에 갔네요. 재이용 의사 없습니다. 뷰는 근처의 다른 호텔에서도 즐길수 있을테니까요.

ロビーも客室内も大変清潔で快適でした。フロントの方も親切に対応してくださいました。ほかの方も書いておられましたが、笑顔があればなおよかったと思います。客室のフローリングはお掃除が行き届いていて気持ちがいいのですが、足音が響くため、夜中は上の階の音がうるさく気になりました。駐車場はたしかに不便でしたが、熱海の町の散策には車は不要なので、気になりませんでした。夜は前の浜辺を散歩できますし、客室から日の出を眺めることもできました。水平線から上ってくる太陽を眺めたのは初めてで、感動的でした。

今回、7階に宿泊させて頂きました。部屋からの眺めも良くとても素敵なひとときを過ごす事ができました。ただ1つだけ残念だった事は朝食ブュッフェの取り皿がほぼ全滅というくらいカピカピになった食事の跡の洗い残しがあり、気分的にあまり気持ち良くなかったです。スタッフの方はとても親切で大満足です。ありがとうございました。

概ね満足です。
初めて熱海へ行きました。あんなに坂が凄いとは思わなかったです(笑)ツインのお部屋に泊まりました。窓の外に海がすぐ見え、ほんの少し歩くだけで有名な銅像もありました。残念なのは大浴場の備品が少なかったことと！枕の所に髪の毛が付いてました。朝食も品数が豊富であっという間にお腹いっぱい。金額も比較的安く、全体的に過ごしやすくはありました。また機会があったら是非利用したいと思います。

チェックインで名前や宿泊プランを間違えられる、チェックイン前に荷物を預けようとしたらコインロッカー使ってください。と一言。お金が戻ってこないロッカーとはひとこともない。プレチェックインしとけば15時になったら鍵だけもらえるとあったが結局チェックインの列に並ばなければいけなかった。立地や部屋は良かった。

2泊致しました。インするときこれでホテルなのと思うぐらいホテルの顔である玄関の乱雑さには驚きました。ホテルと言うよりは海の家と言った方が適切だと思います。部屋にはいるとゴキブリが走ってました。あの玄関にしてありだなと思いました。その日は、金沢からの移動で熱海に早く到着しましたのでホテルのクロークに荷物を預けに行くと預かれません自分でコインロッカーを利用してくださいと言われビックリしました。お支払した料金は山口、福岡、、広島、金沢といずれも連泊しましたが一番お高いでした。ストレスがたまった様な気がする
