The morning breakfast has a good variety of food. Bed was ok but pillows were a little soft. Internet access was good. They have daily shuttle to the 3 malls, but would be good if more frequent timings for the shuttle, if not need to take grab or gojek to the hotel. The hotel is reasonable in pricing also. A family friendly hotel. They have 2 pools, one for the kids also. Even have a kids room and daily kids activities.

We had a pleasant 2 nights stay. Hotel looks relatively new. Rooms were clean. And we enjoyed the breakfast. Although on Saturday night, one of our neighbour were blasting loud music till 11+pm and we made a feedback to the reception but nothing was done until 12am. We had a 5 year old which had difficulty sleeping due to the loud noise.

The hotel was clean, with spacious rooms and a modern design. I particularly appreciated the hotel’s taxi service, which offered reasonable prices and made it convenient to access the nearby ferry terminal and restaurants. The service overall was good, and I enjoyed the excellent coffee at the breakfast buffet. However, I was disappointed to find ants appearing on the table while I was eating breakfast, which detracted from the experience.

Great spot for relaxation with an ideal location. The tranquil surroundings and the golf course perfectly matched my search criteria.

Although I booked two rooms with a 3 pm check-in, one room wasn't available until 6:30 pm. Despite requesting an extension for the delayed room, the reception suggested checking availability the next day. Eventually, I only received an extension of 1 hour and 30 minutes.

We have been taking leisure getaways to radisson since 2018. It has never been a disappointing experience. The only disappointing thing we find is the menu.We don't really find the menu very appetizing to be eating day after day. However the breakfast is fantastic. There was only 1 strange problem with the room, the aircon temperature could not be manually controlled. As a result the room got very warm in the middle of the night and resulted in restless broken sleep.

Didn't know which hotel to book for my Batam trip, and Radisson popped up during my search. Saw pictures of it and decided to go with it.

At the end of my trip, I did not regret even one bit. At the start of my stay, I was transported from the ferry terminal by Seno, who made the entire stay convenient and comfortable. He even went the extra mile to share with me where to go in Batam, and always lending a helping hand whenever I needed assistance.

Moreover, the room was really clean and comfortable, everything seems really high class. The swimming pool was quiet, spacious and they even have cocktails to enjoy while you are basking in the sunlight or moonlight.

There is also a children play area where kids can relax and unwind, giving parents an easier time.

I also visited the spa and it was good and affordable. Masseuse was very friendly, and essential oils used was top grade.

I will definitely stay at Radisson again when I am back to Batam.

The air con didn’t seem to work for the common corridor, and they were using loud fans to ventilate it.

There is also a big mosque near the area, which played prayer music loudly at 4am in the morning. It’s a majority Islam country so this can’t be helped, but it’s something to note for future visits if you are a light sleeper.

4th time Staying in Radisson. It keep the standards of Radisson for the most part. Only a small grievance of poor management of pool facilities. During my stay, I found that babies were swimming NAKED in the pool with their guardians. This extremely unhygenic. As a result we decided not to get into the pool.

A new pool on the 10th Floor was not maintained as well and the water was dirty and algae was growing near the walls.

The Rest of the service was top notch as always. Special mention to Rokky from the restaurant for attending to our table with dedication for all our visits!

Nice place to chill and relax

Pros: The hotel is nice with many amenities. There are many pools which you can visit. The gym was fully equiped. There are nice cafes and a good Italian restaurant nearby. All the staff speaks English so communication was not an issue. I could tell that the designer placed effort in making the place beautiful. Generally a nice place to stay which I would recommend to others.

Cons (somewhat): The housekeeping was not terrible but could be improved. I could tell that bedroom slippers was worn by the previous stayer (there were imprints of his/her footprint). I'll suggest putting bedroom slippers which are not disposable if the idea is to be environmentally friendly.

The handcream was opened but not replaced. It is alright but not something I would expect from a business hotel.

There were ants in my room. While they were usually not visible, they appeared very quickly whenever I placed sugary food on the table.

The service level was alright with one or two staff who are friendlier at the reception desk. I get the feeling that they are stressed from managing difficult customers.

Do remind staff who replies to emails queries know that all shuttle services need to be booked in advance. Was given information which gave me the impression that I could appear at the pickup point at the designated timings to be ferried back to the hotel.

Some negatives: Hot water for bath tub is not working but is working in shower cubicle. Power trip in my room during one of the night. Lounge food can be better.

The hotel is a nice 4.5 star hotel but basic things like toothbrush and tissue paper in room was not provided. The towels have become brownish after just 2-3 years...Time to replace TOWELS, Radisson. Generally clean but I found a tiny bit of waste paper on the floor - housekeeping needs improvement. I was upgraded to a deluxe room which turned out to be DISAPPOINTING. The TOILET was designed by an unthinking Architect. It was cumbersome to navigate and offers NO PRIVACY, NO PLACE TO HANG our stuff. You basically emerge from the shower area completely naked and your room-mate can see all your bits. Not a nice experience if he is not yr spouse/lover. Very poor bathroom design and amenities. I recall 2 years ago, their bathroom was one of the main attractions..What telah happened Radisson?

The hotel was great. I was impressed from the moment I stepped in. The lobby was spacious and beautiful and offered a great view of the area. The service was also great as well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well maintained, and the bed was awesome. The only problem was the curtains. It doesn’t deflect most of the light. At around 6.30 am, most of the light was already streaming in, in spite of me closing the curtains the night before. Other than that, the overall trip was great and I was impressed. I’ll definitely be back again to this lovely hotel.

Pool is big, you can do laps. There’s an indoor pool too.
Shuttle buses are provided if you want to go to the mall. That’s a plus point (:

For those who did not book their in house breakfast, you can consider walking out and go to a cafe or local Kopitiam (for some local food) nearby. It’s about 10min walk and food is quite good!

From 2 nights we extended to a 3-night stay

Their service was top-notch, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had many queries and requests with regards to the room and the toiletries and they were extremely happy to oblige. For instance, when I requested for an electric kettle as there weren't one in the room prior, they sent it up in less than 10 minutes after I called reception. It was amazing. The room was clean and housekeeping keeps it that way daily.

The only issue I had was that one of my shirts went missing during the first morning of housekeeping, I searched the entire room and called both the reception and laundry to enquire, but it was gone. It was a small matter though, and this may be an isolated incident and thus should bear no consideration with respect to their staff and customer service.

Their shuttling services although sometimes a little wonky on the timings, were really efficient most times. Highly suggest you ask reception about their shuttling services throughout Batam.

Check-in requires a safety deposit and both check-in and check-out were fast and a breeze. No fuss and the service staff was extremely patient and polite. Great service.

Except for the loss of my Nike shirt which costed about USD$35, everything was top-nothc and would definitely recommend this to anyone with cash to spare and wants a great experience in Batam, Indonesia.

We had a comfortable 2 nights’ stay at Radisson. The staff are awesomely friendly and efficient. They offer free and efficient transport to Mega Mall, Nagoya Hill and BCS Mall within their timetable. The Drivers were very helpful and courteous. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are 2 Swimming pools, one outdoors and another indoors. The food is okay maybe we were there during the weekdays, so the spread is not that great. Actually we thought they will graciously offer us a free upgrade since we came as a couple to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary although we did not highlight it. However on the whole, we do enjoyed ourselves and might consider a revisit.

It's simply amazing, my husband and I came for a short trip celebration on our honeymoon staycation. They gave us many surprises with ballons, chocolates, plate of fresh food and a beautiful cakes. Their hospitality was so amazing and warm. We will be there again. Trust me they are all very warm and amazing.

Everything was extremely clean, new and beautifully designed and decorated. The staff were very friendly and polite, and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The food and especially the breakfast buffet were amazing in terms of taste, quality and variety. It is also a very safe and protected location and I particularly enjoyed spending time at the pool, and ordering the 24 hour room service. The hotel was so good I could have spent the whole weekend there without leaving!

Highly recommend!

Our stay was very nice, pleasant and relaxing. The facilities and lay out of the hotel was very good! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Batam again!
