The room itself was fine, but the room next door was blaring music for hours with a thick weed odor despite it being smoke free facility. I wouldn't normally knock the hotel for the behavior of other guests, but when i tried to reach the front desk to ask them to intervene I couldn't get an answer. I tried 6 times over 2 hours, 4 times from the in-room phone and twice from my cellphone, leaving voicemails each time. When i checked out i asked if there was anyone manning the desk the prior evening, and they insisted there was and said they couldn't find the voicemails; so either they were willfully ignorant or actually this inept, and I'm not sure which is worse.

Also, several of the handicapped accessible areas were still partially or fully covered in snow and slush, so woe to anyone who really needed those.

Courteous staff, easy free parking, nice low price. Rooms were a bit antiquated. Thermostat was set to 71, but the room temp was actually 82. I turned off the heat and opened the front door to cool the room.
Not a place to stay for amenities, but the price and location are exceptional!
Yes, I'd stay here again.

I came to this place on a business trip. The WiFi in the hotel is so weak that it drops off almost every 3 minutes day and night. And it only worked for my phone. My laptop was never able to connect to the WiFi. Plus my carrier (Verizon) has weak signal too. I kind of spent 3 nights without internet on a business trip, which was very frustrating.
A minor thing is that the hotel still charged me ~$3.30/night for tax, after I prepaid the entire stay with taxes and fees to Expedia. It’s not a lot of money, however they could have made it more transparent. I only found out after the trip from my credit card records.

The room was clean . We were not bothered by noisy neighbors ( it was insulated against the noise). The beds were comfortable.
Price was good. Parking good.
The entrance needs a larger sign- we drove past the entrance twice.

The smell of their air fresheners isn't great. It's a strange smell. It lingers in the room

Chipped paint, missing light bulbs. The slats of my AC unit were broken

The hot water isn't overly hot. Hell, I didn't even have hot water on my second day

Disgusting. We were met in the bathroom by a roach. The room smelled like cigarettes and dirty carpet there were cigarette burns on the toilet. We were given the option to go to anothet roach room without any refund or wait 3 days for an inspection or leave. We chose to leave and had to book another hotel in the middle of the night, i would not recommend this to anyone.

The whole staffs attitude from this hotel is super confusing. I booked a room here by expedia but when I reached there, they told me that there is no room available at that moment. They made us wait for an hour and then gave us a room with bad odor and there was no facilities such as oven or fridge. They also messed up with my payment process. Expedia showed me that they will charge me for that booking but when I checked in, front desk from the hotel charged me again. I talked with one agent from expedia and he told me that his team will solved this problem.

Otherwise the hotel is quite.

The room was clean and smelled really nice. However, we couldn’t get any because the mattress was in bad condition. The was lumpy and it a mattress topper on top. Nevertheless, it was a restless three days. The also need to have security on the property.people watching you in your room then walks back & forth past your room then will make noise outside in hopes that someone will open the door. We will never stay there again unless security is patrolling the grounds and they get new mattress’s

I was highly disappointed in my stay due hot water wasn’t working, so I was moved to another room. The hot water still didn’t get hot but warm enough to take a quick shower.

The second night it worked but in the morning of check out it didn’t work again. The young lady was very nice and took care of my concerns.

My recommendation, if you decide to stay here would be to ask for a room wuth a microwave and refrigerator. I had both, but the ice machine worked the first couple of hours I got there. However the ice machine was not functioning for the next 3 days that I stayed. The sheets and towells were clean and the room and bathroom was clean.

The front desk personnel was nice and pleasant. The room was adequate but the floors were dirty. I was walking barefoot my feet got black immediately. The bathroom was OK but didn't shine with cleanliness. The toilet was so low to the ground I thought it was meant for toddlers.

The bed in the room was not made up when I arrived, the tv in the room was available for one night for about 6 hours and never came back on, and the room had roaches coming out of the bathroom drain. I reported evrything to the agent on duty and she said I can talk with teh manager Monday morning. She was not apologetic or willing to anything about the issuesI was reporting.

Everything was pretty decent. I really liked the fact that they had a good rating online I got a good deal on the room for under $100. You can’t complain for the night. The only things I would say are the rooms are a little dingy and bumped up. They could use a little TLC. The TV is very old. The hand soap was out by the sink. The bathroom was pretty decent. It could’ve been a little bit better. There was also a bunch of random hairs in the shower on the wall like seven different kinds of hair so it wasn’t just one person. I also noticed that the hand soap was loose on the wall and the door had a light gap coming in. I could see the outside. The air conditioner was really loud and made this tinging noise all night. I also got back to the hotel around 11 o’clock maybe a little earlier and there was no lights on at all and we couldn’t see we had to use our flashlight on our phone to get to the room not a huge deal but could be a safety concern in an area that you’re not familiar with the room itself was pretty clean could’ve been swept up a little bit better in the corners, but the sheets were glean and the bed was comfortable. I didn’t notice that there was a refrigerator or a microwave in any of the rooms so we did not have one either. We did have a small coffee pot and a luggage stand. Also, you have to adjust the air conditioning from the air conditioner located low on the floor, which could be confusing or hard to figure out for some people. The owner cares about it.

The property is surrounded by vacant buildings.i was a little concerned the first night...thinking i made a mistake booking here...turned out to be ok..had to change my room..upon arrival they didn't have the king bed reserved ..Had to take double bed.The next dsy i went to office and requested change to room with king bed...no problem it was done

Overall my stay was awful, but it wasn’t because the service. The front desk attendants were nice and the room was clean. However, there was a domestic violence issue that kept me up the entire night. I also had an interview first thing in the morning.

Given the price point, my expectations werent high. The room had a weird smell to it, the remote to the tv was broken, bed was very uncomfortable. Said it had free wifi, however, no mention was made of it at check-in and on the holder for the keycard, it had a spot for wifi password, but was left blank. Once in the room, i checked for wifi networks and the 'redroof' option looked a bit shady.
