Family holiday, we used the place for eating and sleeping.
Once we use the swimming pool that was OK.
Close to the \"new\" downtown of Grado (1 Km walk) and around 5 Km to old downtown. Possible to rent bikes 2€ per hour or 8€ per day

On the move

Villagio Ca'Laguna is located 10 min from Grado, a nice tourist town by the coast. Each apartment consists of a ground floor and a first floor with a separate bedroom, in townhouses. The small bathroom has a shower and the small kitchen has the very basic utensils. There is no dishwasher and no cleaning rags or detergent, that one has to buy somewhere in a supermarket. The air conditioning was very needed in the hot summer days. There is a big refrigerator and freezer. A small terrasse functions as the dining area. Great shades to allow good sleep. The pool area is rather big, one big pool is reserved mostly for children, is shallow and warmer than the other pool, that is deeper, colder and reserved for adults. The area is secluded, close to nature, but the walk to the best beach is best to do it by bike or car. The aparthotel is best to be reached by car. There is a washer and dryer near the pool area and costs 3EUR. The reception people are very helpful and hospitable. The area is great for short stays on the move between other locations in Italy but it also can be used as the base where to take tours to various areas within 1h such as the nearby Grado, a very nice town full of life in the evening, with great cafes and restaurants, and shops, the border city Trieste, the countries of Croatia and Slovenia, and a nice shopping center 30 min away at the highway. The area nearby the aparthotel has various camping home locations, and is filled with tourist families.

Absolutely do not stay here

This \"resort\" is not somewhere you should go... alone, as a couple, or with your family. The photos are extremely misleading and must be very very old.
It is still advertised as having a beach but it does NOT. I will upload a photo of the swamp that is accessible from the hotel.
Our first room was COVERED in ants so we requested a new room which they did provide. They were not happy about doing so but did get us a new room.
The bed that pulls out to make it a \"double\" bed doesn't actually reach the same height.
A dirty old mop and bucket were stored in our shower.
There was slow wifi available only at the reception area.
This place is rundown and not worth the money you may save. Stay in Grado instead, close to the public beach!

We chose this location because it was on the beach and had a great pool. First day we went to the beach and were disappointed. Was not the picture on the website and was not swim able not could you walk on it. The rooms are very dated and I didn't feel clean or comfortable. The lighting was very poor.

the hotel was very nice, friendly staff, accessible everything for disabled guests only bad part is the beach is 700 meters from the hotel and it is not paved well and in some parts its grass and large stones. the beach is small, but not many go to the beach so it was seculed for us.

We got an upgrade to a bigger apartment and we really appreciated it. The apartment is well equipped for a vacation stay with dishes, pans etc. The swimming pool with water slides for children is really nice. Only the bathroom needed some fixing, we didn't ask because we stayed only two days.

Ottima struttra, consigliatissima.

Ideale per famiglie con bambini, piscina, parcheggio, animazione, case in muratura con tutti i comfort. Peccato solo la connessione wifi, assente nelle abitazioni e di buon livello solo in alcune zone comuni. Anche la spiaggia al mare non è da considerare per gli amanti del mare, zona altamente lagunosa con impossibilità di fare il bagno.

Bellissimo villaggio tranquillo con bellissima piscina. Peccato per i vicini di casa rumorosi, rientrati all'1 di notte e i bungalow divisi da pareti sottili. Dopo la 3 doccia l'acqua è diventata fredda ma avendo soggiornato 1 notte non posso dire altro. Ristorante e servizio al tavolo scarso.

Ottimo per una vacanza facile con la famiglia

Positivo:
Accogliente, parcheggio facile (si parcheggia quasi davanti dal bungalow), bella piscina per i bimbi, un po' d'intrattenimento (Acqua gym, film per i bimbi alla sera).
Insomma, tranquillo nonostante i numerosi bungalow.

Negativo:
Non c'è mare appena fuori dal villaggio, si può solo fare una passeggiata. La spiaggia libera è 8 minuti in macchina dal villaggio. Il centro di Grado, molto elegante e carina, è 9 min in macchina.

Il bungalow è un po vecchio. La pulizia di fondo non hanno eseguito bene.

Virkelig et godt sted i forhold til prisen. Vi var meget imponeret over personalets venlighed og de var meget servicemindet. Poolen er ideel til børn i alle aldre, da der er mange forskellige dybder og rutchebane der går i både den dybe ende, men også en der går i den lave ende. Boligen var udemærket.

Boendet passar för ett kortare stopp. Mysig stad i närheten som man kan ta bilen till. Det går inte bada i havet vid hotellet. De hade missat att lämna lakan och badlakan till tre av fem boende tyvärr hade receptionen stängt när vi upptäckte det.

Villaggio tranquillo con grande piscina

Ottimo villaggio, di piccole dimensioni e perciò più tranquillo di altre strutture, situato nel mezzo della pineta. I bungalow sono tutti in muratura, ognuno con il proprio posto auto. Il bagno del nostro bungalow era un poco piccolo, ma comunque utilizzabile. La piscina è molto grande, con due scivoloni grandi per la gioia dei bimbi più grandi e ha una parte bassa adatta ai bimbi più piccoli.

2 notti dopo 10 anni. Struttura accogliente, casette belle ma se apri bocca l'inquilino accanto sente tutto. Piscina discreta ma con acqua fredda, mare un po lontano (laguna) quindi niente di eccezionale. Il voto finale è 7.

Der Bungalow ist solide gebaut, geräumig und hat ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Wir würden jederzeit wieder herkommen. Für jene die eher ein Badeurlaub suchen eher weniger geeignet, der Strand ist etwas abseits. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war es absolut die richtige Wahl. Danke für alles.

Super Pool für Kinder

Wir buchten diese Unterkunft auf der Rückreise von Kroatien für zwei Tage. Was uns gefallen hat, war der schöne Pool und der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Leider war die Unterkunft nicht sauber. Die Ausstattung ist einfach. Aufgrund der vielen Stechmücken in dieser Gegend konnte man sich am Abend nicht nach draußen setzen und in der Wohung selber fehlt es generell an Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Kein WLan in den Wohnungen - nur am Kiosk und Pool.

prinzipiell ist es sehr schön dort und alle mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht. ebenfalls ist es in der anlage auch abends super ruhig und die klima im bungalow ist hervorzuheben ;) allerdings sollte man sich auch bewusst sein das es etwas günstiger dort ist und die bungalows schon etwas älter. schade das keine kaffemaschine da war jedoch der pool und die freundlichkeit sind hervorzuheben. kleiner tipp für alle die an den richtigen strand wollen fahrt nach grado an den hafen, von da sind es 2 gehminuten zu einem tollen riesigen sandstrand.
einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind genug in der nähe, empfehlen würde ich den europa supermarket da der erheblich günstiger ist als der spar 200 meter weiter. einzig zu bemäkeln sind die fehlende küchenausstattung und teilweise gehören einige sachen renoviert.
preis leistung im allgemeinen sehr gut würden wieder hin fahren

Il ristorante sembra più una mensa manca di personalità, ma fa il suo lavoro.. forse qualche lavoro di ristrutturazione sarebbero necessari anche nelle casette, cmq a noi piace .

L'intera struttura lascia a desiderare e il rapporto qualità prezzo é decisamente alto in senso negativo. Le casette sono poco accessoriate e le poche cose che ci sono in fatto di attrezzatura e stoviglie sono anche sporche. L'unica cosa positiva era l'animazione che era intraprendere e simpatica e la piscina che era carina. Ma per il resto mi aspettavo molto di più per il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Haus mit Terrasse

Der Bungalow ist in 2 Etagen aufgeteilt und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Er hat eine kleine
Terrasse und eine Küchenzeile. Hier fehlt allerdings die Spülmaschine. Die Kaffeemaschine haben wir Gott sei Dank selber mitgebracht. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, hat aber eine gute Klimaanlage. Es gibt dort eine sehr große und schöne Pool Anlage mit 2 Wasser Rutschen. Zum Strand sollte man aber lieber mit dem Auto zu den schönen Stränden in Grado fahren. Etwas störend waren die Hunde, die mitgebracht werden dürfen und manchmal ohne Leine auf der Terrasse herumliefen und auch auf die Nachbar Terrassen liefen. Frühstück haben wir nicht dazu gebucht, was aber sehr einladend aussah, denn wir waren jeden Morgen beim Eurospar und haben uns leckere Wurst, Brötchen u.s.w. eingekauft.
Wir konnten unseren PKW direkt vor dem Bungalow parken, was sehr vorteilhaft war.
Wir haben die Unterkunft spontan erst 4 Tage vor der Ankunft gebucht und waren mit
der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passte.

Perfekt resmål för alla åldrar. Fina rum med kök och toalett och egna små terrasser.
Trevliga aktiviteter både vid poolen och på kvällen med varierat utbud för alla åldrar.
Bra valmöjligheter om man vill leva billigt och laga alla mål själv eller äta i restaurangen. Kul att man kan hyra cykel och ta sig runt i omgivningarna. Rekommenderas varmt och vi återkommer gärna.

Dejlige hytter med rolig pool

Vi fik her en dejlig hytte i acceptabel kvalitet, især set i forhold til den billige pris.
Poolen var rolig med masser af plads og solsenge.
Der er nærliggende indkøbsmuligheder, og kører man ind til Grado, som dog ligger et par kilometer væk, finder man en hyggelig rolig havneby med lange og gode strande.

their no beach to go 300 meter away like they say. what they call beach it is nasty, you cant go to the beach to swimm or to lay and sun. you can only see from top of the rocks wheir you walk what they call beach. you cant go down to the water and it is nasty and smell their. alote of peopel wheir really mad about this. you need a car to go to the beach and it is not nice their eaither and you have to pay extra money, their no ocean with waves and the water is not clean and not deep. the pool is big and it is nice thier for kids,.by the littel shows at night what they do for the kids is allways the same everyday and they just do it in italyen lanuge.no english or german that the other kids understand, same with the music and tv. no waylan goes, they say waylan is free but it didnt go in. if you dont need no beach it is a good vaction for kids they have a pool game room and they can play tennis and they have a fitness . the bunglows are good and you can park in front from your bunglow and you have a patty to sit in front of your bunglows. it is verry nice and clean inside the village. i was their four times allready but each year i have a feeling it is getting worse, the staff that work at the cafe or not that nice, no hallo or than you its like they dont care if you wont to buy somthing thier, the last years was much better with the staff. this year the staff that work inside didnt care much if you said good morning or hallo. the cleaning office staff wheir really nice.

Purtroppo non conforme alle aspettative

Il villaggio in se risulta ancora in buone condizioni, la piscina è molto grande ed adatta a famiglie con bambini. E' risultata purtroppo molto deludente la spiaggia (un piccolo ritaglio di sabbia a circa 700 metri dal villaggio) e l'allestimento degli appartamenti (mancavano bicchieri, tazze alcuni piatti).
Nell'insieme resta la sensazione di una struttura dalle buone potenzialità ma con una gestione poco attenta ai dettagli.

W zgodzie z naturą

Świetne miejsce aby odpocząć od zgiełku dnia codziennego. Dookoła pełno zieleni, 1km od miejskiej zabudowy, więc odpowiednio daleko, aby się wyciszyć. Piękna promemnada ciągnie sie wzdłuż morza, więc jest to bardzo romantyczne miejsce. Największa atrakcja ośrodka to niewątpliwie basen z podziałem na strefę dla dzieci oraz głębszą dla dorosłych. Pływało się w nim doskonale. Pobliskie plaże morskie słabo nadają się na kąpiel, ale skoro jest basen, to nie ma co narzekać. W ośrodku odbywają się fajne imprezy dla dzieci co wieczór. 5 km do centrum Grado, jest to spokojne miasteczko, do zwiedzenia w czasie jednego dnia. Ceny są niskie zarówno w restauracjach jak i w sklepach. Grado jest świetnym miejscem na zwiedzanie rowerem, jest możliwość wypożyczenia takiego, komunikacja publiczna również umożliwia przywiezienie swojego roweru.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang.
Bungalow gut ausgerüstet, allerdings Küche nicht sehr sauber. Kein TV/ Internet. Im Meer kann man nicht baden, da zu seicht. Dafür gibt es einen wunderbaren, grossen Pool.
Es ist fast Ende Saison, kein Restaurant und Laden mehr offen. Im Sommer wahrscheinlich toll.
Familie mit Kindern sind hier gut aufgehoben.
Für ältere Semester ist das nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Praktisch für Familienurlaub

Nette Anlage, praktisch für Reise mit Kindern. Unsere Mädls waren begeistert. Personal ist sehr nett und die Animation für Kids passend. Kein hoher Ausstattungsstandard, aber es reicht, vor allem viel Platz. Die Kinder wollen wieder hin!
Der Privatstrand ist nicht zu empfehlen, aber Grado Strand, gratis oder kostenpflichtig, wie man will, ist nur 5 Autominuten entfernt.

Villaggio al mare... senza mare!

La spiaggia è lontana dal villaggio e in pessime condizioni (le foto pubblicate non sono per nulla veritiere). Per andare al mare eravamo costretti a prendere l'auto e andare nelle spiagge a pagamento del paese vicino. Il letto era scomodissimo e la camera non fornita di alcun servizio.

Günstige Familienunterkunft.

Die Wohnungen sind sehr einfach ausgestattet. Küche und Bad waren sehr abgenutzt und nicht sauber. Der Pool ist für die ganze Familie ein Traum. Lage ist auch ideal für Ausflüge. Eher für einen Kurzurlaub geeignet. Schöne Strände gibt es in Grado.

Sliten camping med närhet till Grado. Ren bungalow men sliten och gammal. Knappt möjligt att laga egen mat pga dålig köksutrustning. Varje kväll från ca 20 till midnatt pågår aktivitet med musik som hörs över hela området. Så, önskar man en lugn kväll på altanen så är detta inte möjligt. Det finns ingen privat strand som utlovas. Poolen är ren och fräsch men sliten. Även vid poolen pågår det ständiga aktiviteter med störande musik. Wi-Fi fungerar högst begränsat. Från bungalow är det högst tveksamt att få ngn typ av fungerande uppkoppling. Men som sagt, campingen ligger nära Grado, dess mysiga barer, caféer och underbara stränder.

Du får hvad du betaler for er meget passende på dette lejlighedskompleks. Udenomsarealerne i form af fodboldbaner, tennisbaner og svimmingpool er rigtig fine. Lejlighederne er meget sparsomt møbleret og indrettet, og de er generelt meget slidte. Når det er sagt, så er det rigtig fint til prisen, og vi havde en rigtig dejlig ferie.

Die Erwartungen wurden erfüllt.

MAN muss sich schon im klaren sein das es sich nicht um eine 4 Sterne Anlage handelt. Kann aber absolut einen erholsamen Urlaub dort verbringen. Die Gastronomie muss man allerdings nicht empfehlen. Da sollte man nach Grado fahren! Die Animation war sehr bemüht, unserer Tochter(10) hat es gut gefallen.

Budgetboende utan bekvämlighet

Ingen AC vilket gjorde rummen outhärdligt varma och kvava. Åtminstone som vädret var när vi var där. Frukosten och maten var helt ok, och skönt att hänga vid poolen. Men rummet undvek vi i det längsta. Det hade våningssäng som vi tog ner madrassen från till golvet för att få det lite svalare.

Ruhige weitläufige Anlage mit großem Pool, teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Personal sehr bemüht, Tipp: jedenfalls direkt buchen, da in unserem Fall Expedia 47,5% aufgeschlagen hat

Super piscina, ma mare un po'......

Soggiorno nel complesso positivo; camera grande e spaziosa, piscina grande con due scivoli ed una altezza media giusta per bambini di 6 e 9 anni. Villaggio molto tranquillo. Lenzuola ed asciugamani presenti in camera sono stata una piacevole sorpresa. Due le note negative: la spiaggia la cui distanza a piedi era di almeno 10 minuti e il mare era una risacca del golfo e quindi poco invitante, pieno di schiuma e alghe anche se trasparente e la mancanza della TV in alloggio (la davano in affitto a 4€ al giorno, strano per un 4 stelle)

vielleicht in der hauptsaison besser

Wetter war traumhaft, leider gab es ikeinen Supermarkt in der Anlage und das Frühstück im Restaurant war für €5,- eine Frechheit ( ausser trockenes Brot und croissant war das Angebot sehr gering
