The hotel advertises there's a gym. But it didn't have electric power, and when I asked the reception he said it will automatically start at 7:00 AM. I asked why? he said \"for your safety\"! I am not sure how 7:00 AM is not safe, but 7:01 is safe... Anyways the other smarter receptionist said they can't start it until 7:00 AM because the gym is located between the rooms. So this is a Hotel Design flaw. Lastly, if my working day starts at 8:00 AM, then this gym is practically useless.

As Novotel's go, this one is a great example. Rooms are modern and comfortable, good enough breakfast and staff friendly. Only bad thing (not affecting me), was a colleague who accidentally booked his room twice, was refused a refund - despite calling minutes later.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The property and the rooms are updated. I found my room a bit small. But it was okay for a short business trip.
I didn‘t have breakfast but it looked very good to me. I dined in the restaurant in the hotel. The food was good and the service excellent.
The only minor remark I would make is the choice of TV programs - there were hardly any international programs available.

Nothing spectacular for a very expensive hotel

This hotel was easy to get to, underground parking is available but pretty pricey. Hotel staff and hotel was okay, nothing extraordinary. This was the most expensive hotel out of the 10 we stayed during our European roadtrip. It was clean enough, bathroom floors could use a better mopping. The hotel is walking distance to the touristy areas but not a nice walk. We walked to town late and night and it didnt feel 100% safe. Didn't try thw breakfast because found it was overpriced. Instead we walked to Extrablatt. It was a buffet breakfast and super cheap.

In a pretty convenient location but nothing around it. 3 minutes walk to the underground with 3 stops to city center. no swimming pool, there is a small gym. hotel room is a bit of a let down. executive room which is more expensive than standard, was just a bigger room, bare and boring with cheap furniture. nothing much in the room to use but you can buy necessity at the small stall by reception opening 24/24.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Great spot to visit Hannover and to access parks, museums, shops, restaurants, churches etc
Always willing to help and ensure needs are met.
Only negative is unable to access English speaking channels on the TV.

super clean room, comfy bed, and good location. The bathroom is really really small. I booked a deluxe twin room and paid extra, in the picture of the room it showed a bigger bathroom with double sinks but the room I got was smaller, and a single sink and a tiny shower that I could barely stand in there. The room was clearly for one person and not for two. When I asked why the room was smaller the front desk said that is the correct deluxe room, which is strange because why is a deluxe room smaller than regular rooms?
Also, I checked in very late at night because of a flight delay and there was no soap in the room. Breakfast was great, lots of options, and if you ask they can also bring you complete-I only tried it once because the other egg option did not look fresh. It is nice if the staff would check in by coming to your table if you need anything or offer to bring coffee to the table in a pot. There was only one machine to get coffee from and the quality was poor. During peak hours there was plenty of staff around but none offered to bring coffee even they saw a line. I skipped the coffee machine after the first day.

Stay was excellent , staff is very professional . Morning buffet breakfast was superb . The hotel is in a very pretty part of the city with excellent bars and restaurants close by as well as a beautiful public park ... the only negative was the air conditioning was not very good in the rooms and it was warmer in the room than I like ... hard to sleep and get dressed in the mornings with out sweating a bit .

Very comfortable beds. Congratulations !! We took a lot of rest after just few hours of sleeping.
Gym available without booking.
Covered parking costs 7 euros the 24 hour (instead of 10 euros if no customer of the hotel). If you have a big car, be ready to maneuver because lots are small !!! Ahah ! Machine doesn't accept credit cards, so it is preferable to pay with coins.
A/C in the room.
Supermarket just next to the hotel.
Restaurants 10 min by walk.

modern industrial type decor. clean tidy non interferring staff. sperb choices self service for guests, as much coffee as you want, non rushed to eat and move on. relaxed atmosphere. good service. sufficient staff on duty to keep food well presented, answer questions clear tables etc. staff were approachable most had some english enough to get by on. cleaning staff were quiet and efficient. for a busy location and a largish hotel was actually very quiet and a relaxing for a weekend break.

Excellent facilities. near where I wanted to be. despite being on a busy road no noise from the traffic. or other floors, neigbours.etc. Typically German, industrial type decor, in brown and neutral colours.
Despite being asked for a 50 euro deposit, only staying 3 nights and paying for the one breakfast ( Sun )and one drink at the bar one night (Sun) by cash, and having paid for my room in advance. Was not told, advised how the deposit paid would be refunded. Not received. Having a mobility problem, I had hoped for a room nearer the lifts, and one with grab rails for support in the loo, shower, So there were challenges, walking down a long L shaped corridor to my room, but it was spotless and comfortable, I put up with the issues as my friends who live locally were very supportive and in essence I was out most of the time and they loaned me crutches. A good value hotel, provided good vegetarian options for breakfast only meal I had there.I would be more proactive in requesting where my room should be and my specific needs, and asking about their refund of deposit policy. should have been an automatic point made by staff when guests check out.

Check in at the hotel was very efficient and friendly, acknowledging and engaging with my kids. The entrance of the hotel is impressive.
We had a family room and it was large and clean. The bed seemed comfortable but there was some noise from the corridor and the room upstairs. Our fridge started flashing in the middle of the night and lighting up the whole room - once we covered it with a top we couldn't see it anymore but it was annoying as woke us all up and getting two young kids back to sleep isn't easy!
Breakfast was fine. It was included in our room rate. But I probably wouldn't have paid 20EUR pp for it.
We used the public parking next to the hotel. It was reasonable at 7EUR but the machine only took 20EUR notes max and no cards so we had to find a cash machine as we were ready to leave. Made us realize how good location was, but it was annoying and would have been nice if hotel had offered to exchange our note.

Clean and spacious rooms in good location

Very modern, clean and spacious rooms. Hotel staff were all very attentive and polite. The lounge area has comfortable seats if you wanted to relax there too. Great location with a metro stop just outside the hotel. Its only 2 stops to the main central station and city centre. Lovely italian restaurants right by the hotel and a whole variety of other restaurants and cafes within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

Perfect hotel for a short break.

This was our second visit. We first chose the hotel because it is not too far from where our friends live but were so pleased with the experience that we went back. The hotel is clean and comfortable with attractive modern rooms. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming and spoke goodEnglish.It is reasonably priced but best of all is its location. It is right by an underground station . The main station is 2 stops away or you can walk in about 20 minutes. We didn't eat in the hotel because we wanted to try some of the cafes and restaurants nearby. Right opposite the hotel is part of the town woodland and very close is the Lister Meile with is shops and eating opportunities. I cannot imagine a better hotel from which to explore the lovely city of Hannover.

We were recommended by a friend to this hotel and found the staff warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Whilst on our stay, it was my birthday and there was a delightful surprise in our room, which was extremely touching. Would definitely recommend.

when I checked in they gave me a smoking room, which I detcted the second I cam into the room. I had to go all the way back to reception to get another room, which was very noisy due to street noise. The elvator showed spills of red wine on the floor and the elevator had a wine smell. Next morning one of the elvators was blocked because several medical emergency doctors were gong up and down to attend to a guest.
We were there with three persons and my reservation with my name had been put into the system twice, an obvious error. Nevertheless, the hotel insisted upon paying twice for the same room, although the hotel was not fully booked at all. Not a good service and a penny opinching attitude to take advantage of unsuspecting international travellers, not to be recommended.

The Novotel - simply wunderbar!

Our stay at The Novotel Hannover was faultless! The hotel was superbly located near the park and next to an U-bahn we didn't need as we hired bikes from the hotel for just €5 a day! The room was impeccably clean, very comfortable and quiet. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were simply delightful, always friendly, delivering excellent service with a smile! We highly recommend The Novotel Hannover to everyone travelling there either on business or for pleasure!

The hotel had small niggles that need to be rectified like the heating/air conditioning sadly we had to ask for a heater,after that hiccup the room was fine.the room was comfortable and the breakfast deal they had 2 for 1 was well worth it,the choice for breakfast was very good,the room service food was OK but there could be abit more choice for kids.On the whole a pleasant stay and we will be back.

I have stayed here multiple times and the rooms are well-appointed and maintained, the staff are lovely (\"Welcome back!\" after having stayed more than 7 months prior), and the location is convenient to the S bahn. Dinner options are limited, especially for anyone with dietary restrictions, but breakfast buffet has plenty of choices.

We liked this hotel near Hannover city centre

Good location near to city centre which is lovely! Secure car parking, helpful reception staff, late bar food available after restaurant closes at 10.00pm and free facilities for internet and printing out boarding passes etc.. very well appointed hotel for the business traveller who has a few hours spare for sightseeing. Have been using Accord hotels for nearly 6 years now and thought I had accrued a fair few points on my account. However, only found out this time from reception staff that no points have ever been added to our card because you must tell the hotel to allocate your points to your account. Why oh why was this never made clear to us? Don't feel too happy now about the Accord chain. HIE have a much better system whereby they automatically know you are a member and the points get allocated automatically after your stay!!!

Stayed for a long weekend and found the hotel very clean, modern and excellently run. The staff all spoke English and did all they could to make the stay pleasant. The room was very spacious, had a power shower and an extremely comfortable bed. On Sunday the breakfast lasted until 13:00 to allow a lie in. The breakfast itself was excellent with a vast array of fried food, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit, cereals and bread. The evening meal was a bit disappointing, not the quality but a rather limited choice but with plenty of restaurants in the area it is easy to go out.

Das Hotel ist in der Halle sehr schick und modern, ein kleiner Convenient Store ist auch vorhanden und es gibt kostenlos Wasser. Der Empfang war soweit angenehm. Das Parken fanden wir sehr teuer, ist halt bei einem öffentlichen Anbieter. Da hat uns etwas Beratung gefehlt, wir haben aber auch nicht nachgefragt.
Im Zimmer gab es zwar Teebeutel, aber sehe wenige und z.B. nur einen schwarzen Tee. Außerdem keine Bodylotion und keine Watte/Q-Tips, ansonsten aber schöne Rituals–Produkte. Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig und nett eingerichtet, für fünf Sterne fehlt es aber an besonderen Merkmalen.

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel bin ich enttäuscht. Es ist in die Jahre gekommen. Ich habe das kleinste Zimmer der Etage bekommen, wo der Sessel regelrecht hineingequetscht ist. Die Matratze geht auseinander, und die Vorhänge schließen nicht ab, so dass die Morgensonne einen um 5:30 Uhr weckt. Das TV hat eine verbesserungswürdige Senderverteilung. Während der zwei Tage funktionierte das WLAN auf dem Zimmer nicht. So richtiges Engagement oder Kompensation gab es seitens der Rezeption nicht. Insgesamt sehe ich das Hotel als überbewertet an, andere sind da weiter - und oft günstiger.

Dårlig service end hvad vi plejer at få

Vi blev tjekket ind af en receptionist som ikke spurgte til hvilket sprog vi skulle tale selvom hun kunne høre vi ikke talte tysk sammen. Morgenmaden var som forventet kedelig, trods vi kom før klokken vi var buffeten næsten tom. Vi er ellers glade for Novotel generelt og det i Hannover er vores faste pitstop når vi rejser længere sydpå

Værelset var super fint og rigtig børne venligt eneste minus var at værelset lå ud til den storevej så det larmede en del om natten men ellers super fint hotel med parkerings kælder lige ved siden af

객신 키 교체작업도 하고 있어 불편한 점이 있었습니다.

It was quiet and clean. The food was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

But in the shower there were black marks... mould? We mentioned this to reception. It was agreed that the problem would be sorted.
