Room was spacious and view great. Food at the Laguna Sky Restaurant amazing and breakfast buffet super. Parking available for a fee in the underground parking which is great as Grado has very few parking spots available. Beach super close which can be seen from the hotel and beach chairs can be bought directly at the reception. Towels are available against a deposit which was great so you don't need to bring extra towels with you. Air condition is a cooling system and not as efficient as a normal AC, but environmental friendly. Despite I raised this several times with the staff that our room never goes below 25°C, and every time they highlighted that it will take 5 minutes, 30 minutes and 2 hours for it to cool down and all windows and doors need to be closed, it never went below 25°C. So instead of telling me a story about how it will become cooler, set the expectations instead and be transparent. I would have appreciated the straight forward answer that it wont work as a normal AC and it will not become as cool as I wished for, instead I got annoyed every time the expectations you set were not met. Snippy younger staff didn't make it better. Overall the great food, breakfast and restaurant staff made up for the AC experience.

Go to Grado and stay here!

Overall we had a wonderful time at the Laguna Palace and would absolutely stay there again. the location was truly ideal too - 5 min walk from the beach, 10 min walk to dinner, perfect view of the sunset and completely away from all the noice and busy streets. The staff was so helpful with getting us bikes and beach chairs, it was awesome! The breakfat buffet is also really really good. Protip though, DO NOT get a massage. it was the worst massage of my life - felt like someone was fingerpainting on me. They even rubbed my belly for like 10mins, it was THE WEIRDEST MASSAGE EVER! Afterwards i had enough oil on me to float on top of water. That was truly the only con was the terrible massage we paid for, but it was worth it dor all the hysterical laughing about it we did afterwards. Wifi was consistently terrible as well.

Need a plumber to take a shower because water doesn't go out and I need to build a towel dam, need help to switch off the light in the room, air-conditioning exists but doesn't work. No way to change the room because of \"fully booked\" but there're still available rooms on the booking sites. Broken glass on the table in the room. No towels in the pool area. I explained all that to the manager but no reaction there. So I had to pay a full price for the stay with no discounts or benefits.
No complains to the restaurant though.

1. Aufenthalt Deluxe Zimmer 431 mit Meerblick ist super schön und bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Lagune (nicht auf das Meer)

Surren vom Klimagerät auch in der Nacht.
COVID Bestimmungen wurden streng eingehalten.

Der SPA sehr schön, der Pool eher kühl.

Abendessen im Restaurant sehr gut. Tischreservierung mehr als empfohlen.
Preise sind gehobener.

Frühstück für den gehobenen Preis nicht angemessen.
Auswahl zwar gut, aber Gebäck so lala, Pancake und Kartoffel Rösti kalt, Eierspeis lau, Säfte aus der Kanne schlecht.
Dafür der Kakao sehr gut, frisch gepresster Orangensaft sehr gut.

Wir fanden es etwas ärgerlich das man vor der Anreise nicht darauf hingewiesen wird das es nur ein relativ kleines Kontingent für die Strandnutzung gibt. Wir sind die Nutzung solcher Strände eigentlich generell nicht gewohnt und waren dann etws verwundert, dass man quasi um einen Sonnenschirm betteln muss (den man ja auch noch extra zahlen muss) wenn man ankommt. Generell muss man trotzdem man ja eigentlich nicht wenig bezahlt für alles betteln, da auch die Restaurants keine Reservierungen annehmen, jedoch sagt einem jeder, gehen Sie einfach hin, Sie bekommen schon einen Tisch. Siehe da, man bekommt einen Tisch wenn man pünktlich kommt. Mit Kind will man allerdings nicht von Lokal zu Lokal laufen und betteln ob man heute ein Abendessen bekommt. Generell ist das Service eigentlich in der gesamten Stadt nicht sehr gut.

Kein Platz zum Wohlfühlen

Na ja, wollten unbedingt Zimmer mit Parkettboden. Dieser stellte sich aber als Plastikboden heraus, der aussieht wie ein Parkettboden. Glasfläche im Badezimmer weist mehrere Risse auf, Teppichboden im Flur und Polstmöbel im Zimmer sehen verschmutzt aus. Nachts wird man bis zu drei Mal von der Müllabfuhr geweckt - wird scheinbar je nach Müllart von unterschiedlichen LKWs abgeholt. Alles in allem ist dieses Hotel das Geld nicht wert. Nach dem ersten Tag konnten wir die Fenster nicht mehr öffnen, weil von außen ein starker Geruch nach Fäkalien ins Zimmer drang (Kläranlage?). Frühstück war halbwegs akzeptal, aber weil der Frühstücksraum relativ groß und unpersönlich eingerichtet ist, erinnert dieser eher an eine Bahnhofsatmospähre. Freundlichkeit der Receptionistinnen sehr unterschiedlich.

Hotel położony w cichym miejscu. Blisko morza. Pokój 45m2 był świetny z wielkim tarasem. Śniadania ok, chociaż się powtarzało. Dobrym pomysłem jest możliwość zrobienia sobie gofra. Byłam ze zwierzakiem, który wchodził pod łóżko, gdzie powinno być posprzatane przed nowym gościem. Ogólnie jestem zadowolona. Polecam ten hotel. Personel świetny. Pani, która sprzątała nasz pokój bardzo pozytywna.

Wenn man krampfhaft Kritikpunkte finden möchte: die Klimaanlage hat \"nur\" auf 25 Grad runtergekühlt und die Zufahrt in die Tiefgarage ist mit einem Sportwagen eher knifflig (Rampenwinkel).

Sylvester in Grado, grundsätzlich sehr nett, jedoch sind relativ viele Lokale und Geschäfte geschlossen -- und sollte sich wer ein Feuerwerk erwarten, das ist nicht wirklich ein Heuler -- auch im Hotel ist der Barbetrieb gleich mal auf Null gestellt :/ Nach anfänglichen Buchungsschwierigkeiten bzw Missverständnissen wurde jedoch am Ende doch alles wie bestellt gemacht - Lob und Dank an die Rezeption/Direktion. Zimmer (Suiten) sehr ok, Essen ist auch ok, Hallenbad/Wasser ist mMn zu kalt. Wg diverser Geruchsmeldungen - ist halt ein Hotel direkt am Hafen, riecht halt nach Fisch - wäre aber eigentlich seltsam, wenns nicht so wäre ^^ Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel nur empfehlen, Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und - untypisch für Italien - sogar Schwarzbrot! Für Sommer - Terrasse bei den Suiten ist groß :) 5. Stock emfeohelnswert, 4. auch ok

Hotel insgesamt ok. Empfehlenswert im Winter. Preis im Winter günstig. Im Sommer wäre mir das Hotel viel zu teuer. Leichter Fischgeruch im Hotelbereich durch Lagune Nähe. Saunabereich klein aber super und zweckmässig. Öffnungszeiten könnten länger sein wie die vom Bad. Bad schön im winter, für Kinder und zum Entspannen. Wasser könnte etwas wärmer sein. Paar kleine stolperfallen im Wasser. Kein Kinderspielzeug fürs Wasser - iTüpfelchen. Zimmer war wirklich absolut top und sehr grosszügig. Sehr guter Reinigungsservice. Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Balkon gross - Seeblick aber ohne Mehrwert. Frühstück war gut - Orangensaft wäre schön gewesen statt Billigsaft. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür gratis im Dezember. Essen im Restaurant war auch gut. Personal freundlich. Strand in 5 min erreichbar. Innenstadt mit geschäften und Restaurants in 10-15 Min.

Wir sind schon seit mehreren Jahren Gäste dieses Hotels und mussten diesmal feststellen, dass die Qualität & Sauberkeit nachgelassen hat. Das Badezimmer ist nicht mehr im guten Zustand. In der begehbaren Dusche sind unten am Boden die Fugen \"dunkel\" gefärbt und es sieht ziemlich nach Schimmel aus. Die Regendusche ist verkalkt und müsste dringend gereinigt oder getauscht werden. Das Waschbecken hatten nicht-wegputzbare dunkelbraune Flecken. Badezimmerspiegel mit der indirekten Beleuchtung hing schief und die Duschuntensilien des Hotels (Duschgel, Shampoo etc.) waren alle halbvoll und wurden beim Reinigen des Zimmers nicht getauscht. Das Zimmer selber war im guten Zustand, hatte jedoch schon einige Gebrauchsspuren und eine Renovierung wäre notwendig (dunkle Flecken an den Wänden, vor allem beim Eingang). WLAN Internet funktionierte echt recht schnell, allerdings war der Poolbereich unter jeder Kritik. Viele Beleuchtungskörper im Pool und außerhalb des Pools funktionieren nicht mehr und die Wassermassagen im Pool sind nun schon extrem lange nicht repariert worden. Ebenso befand sich noch viel Sand im Pool (noch ein Überbleibsel aus dem Sommer). Es lösten sich viele Fliesen im Pool (vor allem bei den Stufen). Frühstücksbuffet eher unterere Durchschnitt und ändert sich leider nie - seit 8 Jahren gibt es immer nur das Gleiche. Schlimm vor allem: Das Servicepersonal räumt das Buffet bereits um 9.45 ab und ab 9.30 wird nichts mehr nachgelegt. Kaffee aus dem Automaten geht gar nicht.

Ein eigentlich perfekter Aufenthalt. Die Rezeption erfüllte alle Wünsche perfekt, das Zimmer war Spitzenklasse, Frühstück super, ebenso der Wellnessbereich.
Zum Aufenthalt im Restaurant ist zu sagen, dass die Küche perfekt war. Die Mitarbeiter im Service waren absolut aufmerksam, allerdings wurde durch die (vermutliche) Restaurantleiterin meine Frau auf das übelste beleidigt, dieses Verhalten ist für so ein Hotel untragbar. Dieses Verhalten zerstörte am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthalts den eigentlich perfekten Eindruck.

relativ neues, gut geführtes hotel mit tiefgarage (bequemer gehts nicht); großzügiger frühstücksraum und wunderbares hallenbad im dachgeschoß. da lässt sich sogar schlechtwetter aushalten.

breve e piacevole fuga dalla quotidianità

È stata una breve fuga romantica e di relax. Unico neo la colazione: l’orario x poter fare colazione era dalle 7,00 alle 10,00 ma alle 9,00 la colazione “all’italiana” era già praticamente esaurita (brioche o dolci). Alla nostra richiesta di poter avere una brioche o fetta di dolce, ci è stato risposto che non c’erano più prodotti da forno disponibili. Da un 4 stelle non c’è l’aspettavamo. X il resto tutto perfetto.

Gutes Hotel auf vier Sterne Niveau, Essen super, Personal im Restaurant top, Schwimmbad im 6. Stock mit Traumblick, Zimmeraustattung(Familiensuite) sehr gut, Personal an der Rezeption überwiegend freundlich und kompetent, Strandarrengement weniger zufriedenstellend.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden, hatten angenehme Tage im Hotel verbracht.
