it was very disgusting. food you didn't even have anything to choose from.. almost always the same options. considering the very high amount I paid.
wifi no I didn't have access.

My stay was an awful experience.. the food is not as expected.. all inclusive doesn’t help where I had to go out for lunch and dinner.. the pool is all crowded with people no social distancing .. people were swimming with all types of clothes.. no effort has been made to ensure a healthy us of public facilities... in many cases I was begging for ice.. young male guests have been bothering us at the beach... what received doesn’t match 40% of what I paid... I urge Hotels.com to review carefully before advise others to book there...

Closer to 2* hotel than 5*. Go somewhere else.

If I could, I would have checked out after the first 12 hours and gone somewhere else. However, our stay was non refundable.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was the “WiFi in rooms” as I needed to work at night. The WiFi on the hotel is horrible. If your are lucky, you can read an email or two in the lobby. Even when you pay ekstra for WiFi in your room, it’s useless.

First thing I did when we entered the room was remove the dirty rug on the floor. I folded it up and put it aside.
Even though mentioned to the reception, it remained in our room throughout our stay.

The remote control for the tv had missing buttons and could not be turned on. This time I thought I would call reception to save going all the way down there. However, the phone in the room didn’t work.

The kettle was plugged in to a faulty powerpoint and only worked when plugged in somewhere else on the floor.

A playground is great when traveling with a child however this one was old, worn down and broken: the entry to the playground had a big sharp rock, mud and a tube from something... overall it was not a very child friendly playground.

The pool area and especially the tiles around the children’s pool needs attention. See photos.

Food was low quality. Postmix soda tasted like chlorine.

Overall, this is definitely not our definition of a 5star hotel.
Although reception staff wasn’t of any help at all, we did meet a few helpful, understanding and friendly staff members.

Amazing hotel totally...the room is clean with a wonderful pool & sea view, the swimming pool is large enough for many guests with different depths & aqua also exists, restraunt services a tasty wide variety of food each meal, hotel has a large kite station & a long marine with a very beautiful view, soft drinks available every where, animation team is professional makes all guests happy, staff is smiley & helpful, at last it was a wonderful vacation at AMC hotel seeking to come back again in summer with all my family

I Recommend This Hotel

We booked the Honeymooners Package which I thought was a great deal for the value. It included things like free shuttle to/from airport, romantic set dinner, and a few other items. The problem we faced was that it seemed as though the hotel was just simply unaware of exactly what was suppose to be included in the package. Well after speaking with guest relations, everything was worked out. We ended up going to guest relations for all our concerns and this worked out perfect as some of the front desk staff just wasn't friendly or helpful at all. Guest relations took care of all our needs and we felt as though we were taken care of.

Other than that, we loved the hotel and everything included as this is an all-inclusive hotel. Have the option to choose from multiple bars, multiple locations for dinner, and a beautiful beach was amazing. I would recommend to all guest, just be sure to contact/email the guest relations prior to arrival for any extras.

Windy Hurghada, terrible food.

First of all: Hurghada is very windy, it might be good in August but it’s not good in November. On the beach you have the wind breakers, but this is not the right place if you are planning to swim.
The food in the hotel is terrible, I’ve been eating rice and red cabbage for 10 days, and the restaurant smells very bad.
Staff was nice though, sometimes even too much.

Generally the trip & hotel are very nice , may be more snakes should be added for the beach restaurant ( fries)
The major comment is all the staff completely ignore the Egyptian guests , even no good morning , it is the first time on my life that the animation team didn't speak with me or invite me to join them in any activities , I know very well that Egyptian guests are not easy on sometimes , but finally they are guests & should have the same way of treatment like other nationalities. But if you ask any of the hotel staff for support they will help you , but no body will come to you

Ok for one night

We stayed there for one night at the end of our two weeks trip in Egypt. It's OK for one or two nights if you don't expect too much.

Pro tip: skip their food and go to the restaurant \"Medusa\" next door - awesome food

Positive:
- clean
- comfortable bed
- affordable price
- close to the kite station next door

Negative:
- horrible food (Egypt has amazing food but the hotels food is really, really bad: no variety, almost no choice, we got food poisoned etc.)
- really noisy old fridge in the room that can't be unplugged
- free WiFi only in the lobby and not in the rooms

Als ich diese Hotel gebucht habe, stand Free wf. Als ich vor Ort war, habe ich gemerkt, dass Free Wf nur in der Lobby hätte sein sollen.
In tat und Wahrheit habe ich meine Laptop um sonst mit genommen.Ich konnte in diesen 2 Wochen kein einziges mal die Zeitung herunterladen geschweige denn mein Mail überprüfen. Ich habe dann reklamiert in der Lobby. Die fade Antwort war, dass eben viel Leute zur Zeit im Internet wären. Ich habe es zu allen Tageszeiten versucht vergebens.
Das Personal in der Lobby war bei Reklamationen unfreundlich und abweisend.
Die Zimmer und der Zimmersevice war hervorragend. Das Personal im Speisesaal war freundlich zu sehr zuvorkommend. Manchmal dachte ich, die können die Gedanken lesen. Das bier stand schon da bevor ich mein essen geholt habe. Sehr sehr gut.
Das Essen war reichhaltig. Schade, dass die Küche nicht liebevoller kocht. Man konnte es essen aber von einem 5-Sternhotel sehr weit entfernt. Sehr sehr schade.

Отель на твердую четверку, но если необходим ранний заезд или выезд, то лучше выяснять заранее. В моем случае я приехал в 5 утра, Парень на ресепшене сказал, что я должен платить как за сутки, а потом и вовсе отказал, сказал что свободных номеров нет. Уборка в номере тоже не навязчивая, уборщик хорошо если часам к 5 соизволит прийти убраться.

Хороший отель,территория небольшая, зеленая. Чисто. Мой номер находился в главном корпусе, достаточно большой, комфортный. Сейф в номере, бесплатный. Пляж небольшой, мелкий, но есть пирс, можно уйти поплавать на глубине. Еда обычная, из мясных блюд, в основном, курица. Овощи,салаты, соусы. Десертов много, но я не любитель, попробовала только песочное печенье- понравилось. Ресторан - маловат. Отель был заполнен наполовину, но на ужине - столпотворение и нет свободных столов. Пиво - разливное, вино тоже. В бич баре подают вино (во многих отелях - только в ресторане).
Расположение - вдали от центра, если нужен шопинг - придется брать такси
В целом, понравилось, рекомендую.

Allt var bra, stranden var fin men liten och man kände sig lite instängd då allt var instängslat. Maten var ok både på buffén och i \"gratisrestaurangerna\". Åt i den asistiska betalresturangen och det var bland de godast jag ätit på länge. Bra alkoholfria drinkar. Störande med alla försäljare på området. Men allt som allt ett trevligt hotell.

As a normal hotel I can say ! First floor room was not good , shopping service center in hotel was not good and prices was so high than other side ! Food was good but juice drink was not natural ! Extra service for boat tour / diving / snorkeling / was expensive and unreality than can find on internet !! rest ting was ok !

Das Essen ist ungenießbar, das Geschirr wird mit der Hand, ohne Seife oder Lappen abgewaschen und das auch teilweise im WC Waschbecken( bezogen auf die Bar in der Lobby).

Пришлось доплатить за номер

Не ронравилось то что при заселении попросили доплатить 463$ За ребенка 12 лет. При бронировании номера указал что нас будет именно 3 человека. В итоге 223$ вернули . Но 240 все таки доплатили. 20$ за ребенка в сутки. Хотя дополнительные кровати и полотенца нам не предоставляли в номер. В отеле пытались убедить что ребенку уже 13 лет, хотя на момент выезда ему 13ти еще не было. Прошу в будущем сообщать о необходимых доплатах заранее, а не писать что цена окончательная.

good value of money, perfect place for kiteboarding, kite center 100m from the hotel... watch out for charging electronic on the room, always use power protection socket.. on last visit by charger for MacBookPro stop to work. thinking that just charger die..but finally notebook not working with new charge and motherboard with SSD die. On previous visits iPhone charger die... maybe it is global Egypt problem...
