This property was great. Awesome location, right by a bus stop, and a mini mart and beautiful beach Scorpios. The breakfast included was really good, nice pool. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and honestly quite funny. The room was what we needed it to be and the balcony was great. The AC was really good in the rooms.

The staff was tremendous and very welcoming. From the bartenders, to the receptionist, to the driver, and to the staff were all amazing. Would highly recommend if you want a good experience and a short distance to several lively beaches with some scenic chances for photos.

Amazing family run hotel in the perfect location if you like having a little bit of everything at your door step, not to mention walking distance to beach clubs (SantaAnnas) and Scorpios ...they provided free transportation to and from the port/airport, the breakfast was great and my friends and I were overall satisfied and will stay here again next time!

This hotel is perfect ,is 3 minutes walking to the beach and 10 minutes walking to the best beach clubs in the island also the schedule bus to go to mykonos downtown is right out the door entrance the swimming pool is beautiful and they have bar and restaurant in pool area

If I could do it over again I would choose a different hotel. Our room was old and not very pleasant to stay on. The hotel staff was quite busy and seemed frazzled when we first checked in. We arrived around 11am and had to wait until 1:30pm for our room to be cleaned and ready for us. One night we came back to the hotel around 2am and needed towels to shower and there was no one in the reception area to help us. We kept calling downstairs and instead a drunk man picked up the phone who could not speak English and thus we were left with no towel that night to wash our faces and brush our teeth. The breakfast was also very underwhelming. The only decent thing I can say about this hotel is the location is not bad and at paraga beach which is close to paradise beach as well. I prefer nammos beach above all. Another decent point about this hotel is Helen. She was helpful and tried to get us a taxi and make reservations for us whenever we needed them. I recommend staying at Boheme. If I ever go back to Mykonos I will stay there.

Nice staff & owner, relatively high price

Though we had a unlucky welcome in the first day, such as \" if u don't like the room, u can cancel it\", Tina was warm enough to repair it. It is nice with pool view and comfortable room but highly priced in high season. A bit away from the town.

If you looking for some privacy go to this hotel. Looking is amazing close to the beach but not in the heart of party and loud music. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
This is an island hotel so don't expect a 5 starts hotel facilities.

Perfect hotel in Mykonos

We stayed in Zephyros for 5 nights and excellent is the best word to describe this quaint hotel. Location was perfect, right by Paraga beach and a 5 minute walk to Paradise beach. The staff is lovely, friendly and helpful. They really did make us feel at home. Breakfast buffet every morning was worth every cent - a good variety and delicious nonetheless. Our room was gorgeous with a sea view and very comfortable. Highly recommend Zephyros to those who want a perfect holiday getaway in Mykonos!

Bed Bugs!

We rented 3 different rooms at this hotel and everything seemed pretty good at first. The hotel looked nice, and the location was near paraga beach and paradise beach but about a 10 minute taxi drive away from town so there weren't a lot of nearby places to eat that was walking distance. We suggest staying somewhere in Mykonos Town where there are a ton of bars, restaurants, and more things to do.

The worst of all: BED BUGS! my friends started to get bug bites, and we were thinking they were mosquito bites until the last morning, one found a bed bug in his bed, and another one found a bug hiding in the zipper area of his camera bag that was lying on the bed!! We read that some bites pop up immediately but some may not show for a week. Sure enough, over the next few days, more bites started to pop up!! One person alone counted 36 bug bites!

Our advice is to avoid this hotel, and if you do end up staying here anyway, check the sheets, check under the mattresses, etc!!

Lovely family hotel

We chose Zephyros Hotel as it was within walking distance of the San Giorgio hotel where other members of our family were staying and where we attended a wedding and we were very happy with it. It is a small hotel but the staff are all really friendly and helpful and you have everything you need there. The chambermaids are incredible and made the rooms spotless. The salt water pool is absolutely lovely and we had many happy hours playing table tennis with friends and family. The lovely beach is a tiny stroll away as is the bus stop for regular buses into town. We changed rooms after a few days so we could have a sea view and even though the room was quite tiny the view was amazing. We felt that the breakfast buffet could have been significantly improved with more choice and perhaps table service for drinks/hot foot/cutlery as it took many trips back and forth to get everything to the table to finally sit down. There are a few nice tavernas within walking distance but otherwise it's a little isolated and you do need to go into town to have a choice of bars/restaurants.

At least close to beach...

Bought the Standard Room and when we got there, we were taken 'downstairs' to a dungeon like hall with a room that had a horribly small window and a damp, dusky smell due to lack of ventilation. We immediately asked for an upgrade and had to spend another 30 Euro a night for a room upstairs, not facing the ocean but glad we did that. The good news was that at least it included the breakfast buffet which was simple but good with a great patio to eat at. It would have cost us another 10 Euro each for the breakfast, so overall the upgrade was worth it. For the most part Expedia buyers would be VERY disappointed by the first room. The pool area is beautiful, salt water pool was clean and refreshing, lounges were comfortable.

The hotel staff was friendly even though some didn't know basic directions of how to get around the island. The hotel was cute and very clean which I like but the best part was definitely the breakfast. I looked forward to it everyday. But be warned; as good as the breakfast is, the dinner food is not. I made the mistake if eating there my first night and it was not good at all. The food was premade, not fresh and the saganaki was like rubber - disgusting. But with all the choices I'm Mykonos there is no reason to eat dinner at the hotel anyway. If you stay there rent a car, scooter, or ATV because it is in a remote location. Oh yeah and don't expect a lively pool scene, they have a pool but I didn't use it once the entire time I was there and didn't see anyone else using it either. The hotel is just steps away from the beach though and there is more if a pool scene happening at the hostel across the street. Also I noticed when I booked the hotel online they advertise as having a sauna and jacuzzi. They do have both but neither had been turned on or in put to use in so long that they didn't work when I was there and that was during peak tourist season.

Lack of transportation a major problem...

If you are in Mykonos and do not have a car or any other mode of transportation - do not expect that you can find a bus, cab, or hotel transportation help from anyone at ANY PRICE!! Getting from one area to another - less than 2 miles away - took over 3 hours to secure a ride.

Loved it!

Loved it! Staff were great, spoke Greek, English, Italian etc. Hotel itself was beautiful. Less than a minute walk from beach, beach clubs and mini supermarkets. Rooms were rather nice. Buffet breakfast was also good. Great for younger couples/groups and families. Would definitely reccomend.

Nice hotel near Paradise Beach.

The hotel is nice and the staff are very friendly. The food is good and only between 10-16 euro for dinner. Paradise Beach is a short walk but you have to go through the rocks. It's not a problem during the day or the night if you have a flashlight but I would not recommend after heavy drinking.

One of my complaints would be about problems with the pluming on the lower floor where I was staying. After a while the toilet starts to smell. Also the wifi never worked in my room only in the reception. But even there it drops out often. It would be nice to have wifi in the pool area too.

The Hotel is nice, location a few steps away from the beach. Internet service is not good at all, I think this is a problem in Greece in general though. I had to go to the lobby to have good wifi signal. When you check out there's no proper place to leave the luggage while you are waiting for the transfer to the ferry or airport. You can leave your luggage on the lobby (recommendable) or besides your room (not recommendable). I left them beside my room and I think I lost a pair of Bose headphones there, I sent an email to the hotel regarding this issue but I still didn't heard back from them. While I was there they were really nice, but I'm still waiting for their response on this matter. Because their lack of response and the internet I give them a 3 in \"service.

A lovely hotel, very friendly staff and excellent location. Close to a number of beaches, literally a minutes walk to the Paraga beach and 10 minutes either way to Platis Gialos beach or Paradise Beach. Bus stop 30 seconds away which takes you straight into town in 10 mins and also only a 10 min journey from the airport which was great. Had a great stay in Sept 2012 and would recommend this to anyone who wants a quite boutique style hotel. if poss book a room with a balcony as we were in the basement which was fine but obviously didnt have a great view (lots of peoples feet!) All in all though a great stay.

Great hotel for anybody!

Hotel is right up the street from Paraga Beach and a 10 minute hike/walk to Paradise Beach. Very well kept hotel, extremely helpful and nice staff, great food, and beautiful pool. The dinners can get a bit pricey but its a very nice layout to relax and enjoy a meal. On top of all that best maid service I have ever had. Also, a fair amount of young people stay there so if you are looking to meet people you should have no problem.

Great stay at Mykonos island, Zephyros Hotel

It was everything we hoped for, for our stay. Clean room and facilities, friendly staff, quiet surroundings and easy access to the Parangka beach, merely a stone's throw away, and a few minutes walk to either Ayia Anna and/or Platy Yialos Beaches. We recommend the extra charge for the top floor room, with a view towards the water, it's worth every penny.

Although there is a bus stop in front of the hotel, we found it better and more convenient to rent a car for getting around (to visit the Mykonos city, or \"Hora\", which is definitely worth a visit or two).

Perfect Greek Paradise

This is my favourite hotel of all the ones I've vIsited. Extremely close to the beach, superbly clean rooms, wonderful staff, beautiful pool, fantastic food. I really didn't want to leave! On quiet part of the island-perhaps not suitable if you want to be close to the clubs.

Location, amazing

It is located a few minutes from Paranga beach, and just over the mountain to Paradise beach...so we were away from the party but with easy access.

Also, the bus to Mykonos town is right across from the hotel so that was amazingly easy and convenient.

the reception was ok, Tina was very unfriendly when we checked in, but she was very happy at check out...maybe she was having a bad day...however there is a girl name Liza there who is AMAZING....she was so nice and helped us with any questions we had.

Our room smelled werid...other than that, no complaints

Wonderful hotel!

I absolutely recommend this hotel. It is beautiful, in a great location and the staff is amazing! The rooms are small, but clean. The pool area is beautiful and the grounds are amazingly well kept. The owner is an older man, who was so accomodating and made a mean mojito. The beach is a 2 minute walk and there are several restaurants/bars on the beach! STAY HERE! I would love to go back!

The best place to stay in Mykonos!!

Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Since the beginning I felt like a REAL guest and friend. Hotel is very nice, location is just perfect!! Room was clean, nice equipped , bathroom excellent. Food in restaurant was amazing. All dishes we have eaten was PERFECT!!! Do not miss this place. Could say the best hotel I have ever stayed!
