Das \"Self-Check-In\" Konzept sehr gut umgesetzt. Man checkt am Automaten ein (im Hof hinter dem Haus). Der Ablauf ist sehr einfach. Die Zimmerkarte sowie die Rechnung erhält man direkt vom Automaten. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, perfekt mit neuem Mobiliar eingerichtet inkl. Schreibtisch zum Arbeiten sowie Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee. WLAN funktioniert sehr gut. Parkplätze gibt es auf dem Hof oder auf der Straße reichlich. Komme gerne wieder.

Problematisch: Kontaktaufnahme nicht möglich; weder per mail, noch sms, noch Anruf. Wir sind nicht an die Code Nr. für den Fahrrad-Schuppen gekommen.

Im Zimmer war ein starker Gestank nach altem Zigarettenrauch, wie man es früher aus den Kneipen kennt. Dazu war es unsagbar warm im Zimmer, was ja erst mal nichts besonderes ist. Also: halb so wild, wir lüften einfach. Das war ein riesen Fehler, denn es gibt keine Fliegengitter. Nach einer halben Stunde lüften (ohne Licht, wohlgemerkt) bemerkte ich schon mehrere Stechmücken an der Wand. Zuerst habe ich versucht die Mücken zu zerklatschen, auch nur mit dem Handylicht, damit nicht noch mehr hereinkommen. Aber nach über 20 Stück musste ich mich geschlagen geben und das Fenster wieder zu machen. Weitere fünf erledigt und nach dem Duschen noch mal drei. Im Zimmer war eine brutale Hitze und ich wollte schon im Auto übernachten. Leider hat unserer Sohn sehr schlecht geschlafen und sich gewälzt, dass er sicher aus dem Bett gefallen wäre - also ab ins Bett und schwitzen. 👌

Der Lüfter im Badezimmer hat schreckliche Geräusche gemacht. Das Gratis Wasser fehlte.Das Badezimmer war nur mittelmäßig sauber, überall Staub auf den Lichtschaltern. Haaren von Fremden wurden auch überall gesichtet. Ansonsten leichter Check-in und Checkout. Das Zimmer war Standard mäßig und schön eingerichtet. Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt.

Wegen des Straßenlärms mussten die Fenster nachts leider geschlossen bleiben. Dadurch wurde es unerträglich warm im Zimmer. Eine Klimaanlage würde Abhilfe schaffen. Es gab keine Fußmatte für den Austritt aus der Dusche. Das Zimmer an sich war ansonsten sehr gut. Ebenfalls gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Ein Vorhang am Fenster war teilweise abgerissen. Wegen dessen Höhe kann das einfache Servicepersonal dies anscheinend nicht richten. Es gibt Autoparkplätze, aber keinen Fahrradabstellraum. Bei der Suche nach einem solchen im Untergeschoss wurde man von der Videoüberwachung per Fernlautsprecher angeblafft, leider war der Wortlaut technisch bedingt nicht zu verstehen. Es gab WLAN, aber keine Informationen zum Passwort.

Sehr gutes Konzept, aber…
Sehr komfortables Zimmer, allerdings habe ich eine Schreibablage vermisst, was der Größe des Zimmers geschuldet war. Für meinen Geschmack war die Matratze viel zu weich, dafür waren die Kissen hervorragend! Aber das war alles kein „echtes“ Problem, im Gegensatz zum mehr als dumm montierten Heizungsthermostat im Bad. Dieser war so nah vor dem WC und so weit von der Wand abstehend platziert, dass man sich als Erwachsener nur schräg auf das WC setzen konnte!
