At the edge of the shopping and dining area, so it was quiet but close enough to walk everywhere. Bike rentals are at the information center right next to the hotel. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful

Good hotel, just a slight bad experience

Hotel and premises are good. However, I never got my discount off 20% off in food and drinks and this was one of the main reason to book at this hotel. I provided my hotels.com memebership number but they never apply discount.

Nice Hotel in quiet area

It’s a very basic hotel and a lot of things need updating. Papenburg is a very quiet town and the Hotel is located straight in the center which is very good. Bedrooms are spacious and bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t special but it was sufficient.
The staff was very friendly during the whole stay and the entire Hotel is very clean. Parking is great and right outside the hotel

Great hotel in a quiet area overlooking a canal. Rooms were very clean and tidy, staff very attentive and a great breakfast too. Staying in a superior room, a nice little touch was the included mini bar which was re-stocked every day. By far the best Park Inn I have stayed in!

This is a very neat hotel on a great location, rooms are on a smaller side but well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast is absolutely wonderful, there is a great bar as well. Great hotel!

Das Best Western liegt am Rand des Hauptkanal und der Innenstadt, alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind gross, reichlich Stauraum ist vorhanden, das Bad ist ebenfalls grosszügig mit bodentiefer grosser Dusche, die ebenfalls bodentiefen Fenster lassen sich komplett öffnen. Das Frühstück ist exzellent. Das Personal ist ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleiner Wehmuttropfen, eine laute Lüftung stört Schläfer mit offenen Fenster, daher gleich nach ruhigem Zimmer fragen.

Das Hotel hat eine schöne Lage, direkt am Kanal. Empfang und Personal sehr freundlich. Ausreichend Parkplätze und E-Ladestationen.
Zimmer sind sauber und gepflegt, Betten bequem.
Da wir gerne ausschlafen, hat uns natürlich besonders gefallen, dass man am Sonntag bis 11:30 Uhr frühstücken kann - reichhaltige Auswahl und sehr lecker.
Alles in Allem ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Für unseren nächsten Besuch in Papenburg werden wir wieder das Best Western wählen.

Par contre j’ai loué un véhicule chez entreprise à Bremen et ce dernier m’a annulé la location du véhicule car ma connexion a Francfort était très en retard… malgré avoir prévenu que je serai en retard par téléphone j’ai eu une sur location chez un concurrent qui m’a coûté 400€ en plus. FUYEZ LES LOCATIONS CHEZ ENTREPRISE !!! C’est la deuxième fois que je me fais avoir chez eux ! Plus jamais c’est des voleurs !!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und man ist in 3 Minuten in der Stadt. Trotzdem ist es dort ruhig. Leider gibt es dort kein Restaurant, sondern nur eine Bar mit Sitzmöglichkeiten mit der Möglichkeit etwas zu essen (leider nur ein paar Gerichte). Aber in der Nähe gibt es ja genug Restaurants, um auswärts essen zu gehen.

Modernt boende i liten stad.

Förhållandevis nytt modernt hotell beläget vid stadens huvudkanal. Nära promenadavstånd till restauranger som ligger längs kanalen. Flera olika små köpcenter i närheten. Rummet var av medelstor storlek. Sängarna var bra. Frukosten var bra. Gratis parkering utanför hotellet.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sogar der Speck zum Rührei war knusprig, frische Brötchen vom Bäcker und alles wurde umgehend frisch aufgefüllt. Ostersonntag war sogar der Osterhase da :-) Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und zeitgemäß modern eingerichtet. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen es sehr gern weiter.

Was soll ich dazu sagen ich habe kurzfristig ein Standardzimmer und ein Suite für 270 Euro für eine Nacht bezahlt,ich muß dazu sagen es geht mir nicht um das Geld sondern um den Service, ich habe mehrfach vor der Anreise mit der Rezeption telefoniert,,das erste was uns erzählt wurde ist das die Fernseher nicht gehen ,das Problem besteht schon seit Mittwoch, das zweite war dass das Restaurant vorübergehend geschlossen ist das hätte man uns alles vor der Anreise mitteilen müssen, hätte ich das vorher gewusst hätte ich das Hotel nicht gebucht.

Unser kurzer Aufenthalt (2 Nächte) war einfach perfekt! Es ist ein sehr schönes, modernes und sauberes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die beiden Saunen sind gut. Für die Fahrräder gibt es einen geräumigen Raum. Parkflächen gibt es genug. Die Lage ist sehr schön.

ホテルの経営母体が代わったようで、看板は応急的なカバーでしたが、快適に過ごすことができました。ホテル内に喫煙室もあります。朝食は、パン、シリアル、フルーツ、ハム、チーズなど種類も多く、非常に満足しました。
部屋に栓抜きを備えてもらえると嬉しいです。フロントで借りることはできましたが、あらかじめ備えてもらえると良いですね。次もこのホテルを使いたいと思います。

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Das einzige was nicht geklappt hat, was das Zimmer zu reinigen. Einmal wurde es gar nicht gereinigt, da haben wir nur Handtücher bekommen und die Minibar wurde aufgefüllt. Den nächsten Tag wurde dann nach unserer Beschwerde nachmittags das Zimmer gereinigt

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und bezogen eine Junior Suite mit Balkon, und mit Blick zum Wasser. Das Bett war sehr bequem und angenehm hoch. Das Zimmer war bei Einzug sehr sauber. Nettigkeiten, wie eine kostenfreie täglich gefüllte Mini Bar mit Getränken, Schokolade und Nüssen, sowie eine Tassimo Kaffeemaschine mit kostenlosen Kapseln, haben wir sehr genossen. Das gesamte Personal war zu jeder Minute sehr freundlich. Umsetzbare Wünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt. Unser Hund war ebenfalls sehr willkommen. Wir fühlten uns jeden Tag ausgesprochen wohl und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben. Das kaltwarme Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend abwechslungsreich. Ein Kaffevollautomat steht zusätzlich 24 Stunden zur kostenfreien Nutzung zur freien Verfügung. Positiv zu empfehlen ist die abschließbare Fahrradgarage, die sich im Haus befindet, mit Auflademöglichkeit der Akkus. Check in und out verliefen reibungslos und sehr höflich. Wir bewerten dieses Hotel klar mit 10 von 10 Punkten.

Schönes Hotel, sind halt einige km von der Autobahn. Aber das Haus macht es wieder gut. Sehr freundliches Personal und alles trotz Corona gut gelöst. Das Frühstück wird vom Zimmer via Tablet bestellt und war auch in meinem Fall fertig. Man gibt seine Wunschzeit ein. Werde dort jederzeit wieder übernachten.

Hotel verfügt über sehr gutes Internet, Frühstücksangebot abwechslungsreich und gute Qualität. Ebenerdige Dusche im Bad sehr schön.
Kostenlose Hotelparkplätze vorhanden, jedoch nicht in ausreichender Anzahl. Daher einzig die Parkplatzsituation noch ausbaufähig.

Die Lage am Kanal ist perfekt, um vieles zu Fuß zu erkunden. Wir hatten eine tolle Junior-Suite mit einem riesigen Balkon über Eck; eine separate Duschkabine wäre vielleicht etwas angenehmer als in der Badewanne zu duschen, aber das ist nix wirklich Dramatisches. Manchmal war allerdings der Hotelparkplatz überfüllt; man bekommt auch nichts, was man eventuell ins Auto legen könnte. Man hatte das Gefühl, da stehen mehr Autos als das Hotel Zimmer hat. Das Frühstück war großartig, vielleicht für Veganer ggf. zu wenig - aber das ist deren Problem. Uns hat es im Wesentlichen gefallen, wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder hier buchen.

Tolles Hotel in absolut zentraler Lage am Kanal

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt für eine Nacht. Es ist ein äußerst sauberes, gepflegtes Hotel mit extrem freundlichem Personal. Momentan wird das Restaurant renoviert und es gab im Lobbybereich ein sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Von den Arbeiten haben wir nichts mitbekommen.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen und können das Hotel sehr wohl weiter empfehlen!

Wir hatten dort eine Nacht gebucht und waren leider ein wenig entäuscht worden.
Sauberkeit Hervorragend, aber unsere Matratzen waren leider viel zu weich und durchgelegen.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fenster zum Haupteingang.
Leider hört man nachts die Raucher draußen vor der Tür sehr laut.
Ansonsten hatten wir aber nichts zu beanstanden.
Frühstück war auch super.
