Parking can get full but otherwise really convenient. Beds are comfortable (i stayed 1 night). Water in shower was excellent (pressure, although the aesthetic of the shower head cable was poor due to wear and tear). Rainshower worked fine and well. Hot water on demand.

One night, could not sleep, the electriciy went down on my room (key sensor problem) and the emergency light turned on automatically for 4 times. It would turn on and off. Called the reception, but nothing they could do about it. No apologies or explaination the next day.

Check in & check out was quick & easy.
Visible stains on bed sheet was replaced after informing housekeeping.
Shower area need a door to keep water from splashing outwards to other area within the toilet.
No hand towel.
A few more hooks inside the toilet would be good instead of just 2 hooks for clothings.
Mini fridge works well.
A good selection of food nearby hotels like McDonalds, KFC, Pizza & local eateries.

Parking is very limited....till i got to park my car outside of the hotel.
Request for clean the room at mrng...when back in the evening the room was not cleaned..
The door bell n room cleaning switch is not in order.
Pipe is leaking ...toilet bowl area so smelly.
When room boy clean the room n change the towels he gv me the new towel set tog with the floor mad. The towels are same colour with floor mad....
The coffee cups are worst.. the dark stain glasses..ask him to get new set...he picked up from next door....only the receptionist are friendly...thank you

Like = only the cleanliness of the property.
Unlike = one of the receptionist doesn't have good attitude. Breakfast area so small, the choices of the food? Was so badddd. I used to stay at the hotel with the same range with this hotel but this hotel is the worst. I stayed for 2 nights and doesn't worth the money.

There do not provide face tower, chair was very dirty, I think the housekeeper di not pay much attention on the loose furniture, TV program very limited and not clear. Room provided wifi but very weak I hv to use my data for my hp instead of room wifi. Iron table or iron was not well maintained alot of dark spots

I have stayed this Hotel few many times and recently two times that stayed had NOT Good experience.
The last stayed when check in the room toilet and has clean up and have to move to other room.
The recent stay, when wake up don't have water supply and asked when will have the water ..and get the expected answer not so sure and our techician is doing on it.
It is fine.. then asking what is the contingency plan? Answer is I'm waiting for my Manager.
Then I requested for aditional mineral water to clen up myself they only give me 2 x 500ml mineral water. So I use 4x 500ml to clean up myself....additional the room.wall paper start peel off.

Nothing major cos the hotel is new. Comfortable bed n bedding. Keep it up! We will be back. It was a restful weekend for us. Thanks a lot. Sad to leave.. 😁

Only these 2 things to take note of.

1. Bedroom wasn’t cold enough on first night but the fixed it for the second night.

2. Water flow in shower not strong enough and water wasn’t hot for long. Could have been a even better stay if not for these.

Overall the hotel is quite good. The staff is friendly. We check in on Friday and check out on Sunday. We are lucky and upgraded from deluxe king to junior suite. My kids quite like the room as the room is bigger. The room is quite clean n bed is comfy. My kids also like the kids pool as the pool have slide. There is a dim sum restaurant opposite the hotel. Macdonald n KFC also within walking distance.

Got it as a last minute deal but it was so worth it. The bed was huge and the room was clean overall. The staff were polite as well. But the location was a little off but you are always able to find food around if you're willing to walk a little ( 5-10mins). Loklok and also fast food restaurants all around.

At first i booked deluxe room. Then on the day I came to check in they told me deluxe room is fulled and they upgrade my room to Junior Suite which is bigger and no additional charge at all. Room is clean even though the aircond takes longer time to get cold. Very comfort bed and pillow. The hotel also surrounded with lot of facilities. No worries about finding food or chores. Overall me and my family satisfied with V8 Hotel and will repeat to come here again.

Room was still not ready at 4pm even though official check-in time is 3pm. Counter staff were not friendly and ignored me when I returned a 2nd time. In the end, successful check-in after 5pm and was upgraded to junior suite which was a consolation. Room was big and very comfortable.

Appreciate many power points in the room. Many devices can be used and charged concurrently. Fridge was not working. Wallpaper came off so masking tape is used to stick it back. Unfortunately masking tape didn’t work. Requested for higher floor near lift upon booking online, but given a room on 1st floor toward the end of the hotel walkway. Found most rooms were unoccupied after check in 4 hrs later. Weak wifi. Conclusion didn’t meet our expectation

Decent stay but housekeeping need HUGE IMPR

Booked for hotel around 8.30pm and tried checking in at 10.30pm but booking cannot be found by receptionist during check-in. Waited around 20-25 mins for the whole check-in procedure to be completed before we can proceed to our room. Upon entering the room, pretty impressed with the bed and room for the price we paid. But stain on the table and not so clean envoriment is the impression we have at the end of the stay. With the poor housekeeping of the hotel, it will get rundown in no time if no proper care is given. Parking is pretty ample for stay in guests and there is a good Dim Sum restaurant just opposite the road thus no breakfast is needed if you want to sleep in longer in the morning. Overall a fair to decent stay but housekeeping need to be improve drastically.

Affordable hotel with a beautiful lobby, cafe and restaurant. Outdoor swimming pool for both adults and children (but sadly closes at 7pm daily). A gym conveniently located at second floor. Poor Service! Terrible Experience! NEVER AGAIN.

Definitely NOT recommended! esp. during festive season as they can’t handle large number of guests obviously.

We’ve fully paid for the room and check-in on 30 Dec, 3.30pm. There was long queue and the frontdesk staff said they could not find our reservations. (I think this problem have persisted for months after reading previous reviews) I was carrying my son and my husband was searching and trying to provide all sorts of payment records, but no staff was helping or caring about us. After 30 mins waiting, the staff, Ika, told us the room was in fact not ready yet. She was impolite talking to us without watching us nor showing any sense of apology.

We went out at 9am the next day and switched on the make-up room light before we left the room. The rooms were not tidied up when we came back at 3p.m. The staff Emma told me the housekeeping start from noon – 7p.m. She told me we should have called them in advanced if we wanted to make up room!!

Wifi reception in room is bad. Breakfast was just minimal.

I have never stayed in a hotel with such terrible experience. Frontdesk staff are unprofessional and poor customer service in particular. NEVER AGAIN.
