The staff was very helpful, friendly and excellent. On our way to our room after checking in, we saw 3 instances of obvious prostitution on site, including across our room. The hotel was in ok condition but definitely not as pictured on Expedia in the sense that they advertise standard rooms that look much larger and nicer with a kitchenette but our room had no kitchen elements at all, we received a queen bed instead of the king that we booked, and the pictures on Expedia are from when it was recently remodeled but the hotel does not look like that anymore. Cleanliness was ok but room smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking, and we got extremely stuffy soon after getting into the room. Bathroom should've been cleaner. My wife felt very uncomfortable and we ultimately cancelled our stay to go somewhere where we felt safer and more confident in the cleanliness of the establishment.

We lost our car in the parking lot of this hotel on June 19, 2026, around Midnight, and the hotel staff didn't take any action at all. We didn't even hear a single apology from them. There were also no CCTV cameras in some areas of the property.
The room was very dirty and smelled terrible. Both the room and the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. We politely asked if we could be moved to a different room, but the hotel staff/receptionist refused.
This is probably one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any questions we had. One of the biggest advantages was the convenient parking available near the hotel, which made traveling around the city stress-free. The location was excellent, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Montreal.

The room was clean and the smell was ok and so I had no issues with my allergies. Just one staff member around at night time and so if you need some assistance, you might have to wait till the next morning when the staff comes. Bathroom a little small and not very comfortable but it’s ok. They have a restaurant which is good just incase you are hungry and you can actually buy some drinks or water there which is good. Enough self parking which is good and included in the booking. The location is ok too. Overall, I will rate the hotel 4/5.

The room itself was good, clean, comfortable beds with great bedding. The hotel however appeared to have many long term guests so the hallways were noisy. We could hear people coming in and out of the building. The neighborhood didnt feel safe so we worried about our vehicle. Though it was a good price and there were no issues with the rooms we will not be returning to this hotel. We were supposed to stay two nights but checked out after one night.

Staff were good. There was no suitcase stand in the room. The mattresses were saggy. They must have been used for a long period of time. The floor tiles had a few cracks. The ice maker was out of order in such hot day!

I was thrilled with this hotel. It was inexpensive and located in a quiet area in Montreal with easy highway access. There was some decent dinning in the walking area, next door and down the street. It is a refurbished hotel. The cleaning staff did a wonderful job. The bedding was white duvets and they were very clean. It has a small bar and gambling machine as well as a pizza place.
I was told new management took over three months ago and are working hard to impress. I was impressed that at 630 in the morning staff was outside cleaning the parking lot and in my 5 days I saw no garbage around the site.

Beware of this hotel. We were offered a non smoking room as if that mattered. The entire property, rooms included, reeked of cigarettes and marijuana. There were a lot of drunk older people who seemed to be on drugs all throughout the property in and outside of the hallways and doors, leaving needles, bottles, and cigarette buds all over outside. When the smell got too bad, you'd open a window up to hear people who seemed high on drugs just arguing and fighting with each other and no desk attendants or security ever stepped in. Even one time these people knocked on our door at an obscene hour of the night out of pure inebriation. There was also a layer of residue within the shower floor and walls that was genuinely terrifying and disgusting to try to step onto. Normal pots and pans did not work with the stovetop when we paid extra for a kitchen, it was specific branded ones only and we were not informed prior. The staff seemed to not care about being helpful at all. Overall this hotel seems to have paid to get into the front pages of Expedia. Nothing about what is offered, the pictures posted, or any positive reviews seem to be true. Please consider choosing a different hotel. It's also marketed as in Montreal or just a short drive away, however there will never not be traffic causing a 30-45 minute drive into downtown, old port, or any part of the city. In some cases a cheaper option is worth it, but this hotel it is truly not worth the few bucks you save AT ALL. Stay away!!

the bed sheets didn’t fit properly on the bed so I had to fix them constantly as well as the tub in the room wasn’t working which was frustrating because that’s why I purchased the room. The vending machine also had no drinks in it my entire stay there which was strange. For two nights, we paid $550, which made the condition of the room even more disappointing.
The pillows were old, worn out, and completely flattened, making it almost impossible to sleep comfortably. The room faced a very busy road, so traffic noise was constant throughout the night. On top of that, the refrigerator was so loud it sounded like an airplane engine turning on every few minutes.
The room itself was in poor condition, with damaged and peeling furniture and fixtures. Some of the towels had holes in them, and the shower gel dispenser was completely empty upon arrival.
The most concerning issue was finding a cockroach in the bathroom. When I reported it to the front desk, my concern was simply ignored.
I also specifically requested that housekeeping not enter our room during our stay, yet they still came in while we were out. When I asked the front desk for replacement pillows, they handed us pillows with no pillowcases, delivered in a garbage bag.
The only positive thing I can say is that the housekeeper appeared to be working hard to keep the room clean despite the poor condition of the property. Unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the overall experience.
I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

It has a Kitchennette but with out any kitchen utensils, I asked in reception and they told that I have to pay for rent the utensils or bring them. If I am traveling, why I have to bring kitchen utensils? really bad thing. I chose this hotel because has kitchennette. Because of all the bad reviews I read online, I was a little afraid of staying there.
1. The Hotel is nice size, located in a convenient location. There are Italian restaurants around the corner, and a nice cafe offering really great coffee and pastries. Just a few minutes of drive, there are Asian restaurants offering Vietnamese. Chinese and Thai food. You can get to downtown area via public transportation relatively easy and cheaply once you find out how it works.
2.The hotel service is minimum but they respond very well for your request. Daily cleaning and towel service is required to be requested in a day's advance, and they all met our expectation.
3. The room is clean and is not too small. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is small but not to be complained too much. I stayed much smaller ones. The overall cleanness can be improved but we are talking about budget hotel and it is not too bad. No major mishap.
4. Staff is very helpful and courteous and generally nice. All the encounter was good.

1. The Hotel is nice size, located in a convenient location. There are Italian restaurants around the corner, and a nice cafe offering really great coffee and pastries. Just a few minutes of drive, there are Asian restaurants offering Vietnamese. Chinese and Thai food. You can get to downtown area via public transportation relatively easy and cheaply once you find out how it works.
2.The hotel service is minimum but they respond very well for your request. Daily cleaning and towel service is required to be requested in a day's advance, and they all met our expectation.
3. The room is clean and is not too small. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is small but not to be complained too much. I stayed much smaller ones. The overall cleanness can be improved but we are talking about budget hotel and it is not too bad. No major mishap.
4. Staff is very helpful and courteous and generally nice. All the encounter was good.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in decades of traveling across North America for work. As an auctioneer, I’ve stayed in everything from budget motels to high-end hotels, and this property was absolutely unacceptable. The smell of old cigarette smoke was overwhelming, and multiple mornings the hallways smelled like fresh smoke as well. The room had a strong mildew/moisture odor, and the condition of the property felt more like a health hazard than a hotel stay. The photos speak for themselves: mold/mildew buildup, rust, damaged trim, filthy bathroom areas, and even the room phone wasn’t connected to anything. It was literally decorative because there was no cord attached.
I paid extra for a kitchenette, only to discover there were no utensils, pots, pans, or anything to cook with. When I asked the staff, I was told people “bring their own.” I flew in from Ottawa — was I supposed to pack cookware in my suitcase? Staff was dismissive and unhelpful throughout the stay, and they clearly did not want to move me to another room despite the smell and condition.
The environment also felt unsafe. Loud music blasted in the parking lot until 3:35 AM, and people approached me asking for my key card to access the hallways. Expedia was equally disappointing. Toutefois, cette fois j'ai trouvé désolant le plancher de la salle de bain: il était craquelé et de la bouette remontait à la surface lorsque nous sortions de la douche. I realize it’s a ‘value’ property, but my stay was well below budget expectations. Check in correspondence was all in French (thanks Google Translate) with the exception of the two check-in/out ladies, the staff were indifferent, unattentive and borderline rude. Woke up at 3am to find an ant colony living under the bedside lamp. Bathroom floor towel also covered in ants. I had to leave and it was 4am. Charged my card the room plus two deposits. Greasy dive hotel, don’t bother.
