The air conditioning was good. The room was comfortable, but there was no hot water in the shower. The organisation of my very early shuttle to the airport was done, but when the car arrived, the staff called the wrong room on the phone so I was not informed!!

However, the air conditioning didn’t work very well, and the bed was a bit uncomfortable, though still acceptable for a short stay. This was our second stay at this hotel and it is an excellent choice. It is close to the airport. Transportation from the airport to the hotel is included. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. A made-to-order breakfast was also included. The rates are reasonable and the staff efficient and professional. We are frequent travelers to Uganda and will choose to stay here again.

This time, there was black mold all over our restroom (which is dangerous and we are allergic to) and there were also several areas where large amounts of ants were swarming into our room through the outside and the window. We had to leave early and didn't even finish our stay.

As others say, a little dated but it has what you need. We had to ask for hot water in the shower. They arranged a good shuttle to take us to the airport at 3 am, it showed up exactly on time. Bed was comfortable. We didn't get to try the breakfast.

I checked in at midnight, no marked vehicke as shown on web site to pick me which was umportant to me as a solo visitor arriving late at night. Downside was that i eventually realised that there was no key to my room so had to have breakfast in room but lock was changed about 9am and i was given the key. Person who showed me to my room was good enough to admit she made a mistake to give me the room but she didnt know there was no key until i asked where it was. Room itself was good.

A good choice
This is a really well set up hotel in a good location. Rooms are spacious, breakfast was great. Garden was a pretty sanctuary. We did have one problem not caused by the hotel itself but the excellent manager listened attentively, understood the issue and fixed it. His responses were text book perfect. I would definitely stay again.

Staff and service gives this a 5 stars as well as the owner. The owner will also do driving services for an affordable price of $40-$50 a day depending on the location. This place was very clean and they took care and helped us logistical issues in Entebbe and Kampala. If you call the hotel directly, you can probably get the room for $50-55USD per night. Mr. Dennis, the owner, was very helpful to us. When you pull in, if you think the outside needs a facelift, Mr. Dennis is aware but the inside and the service with made to order breakfast is nothing less than exceptional. The coffee that they grow I would highly recommend. We were very surprised at our stay and will be back when we visit again and would encourage people to give it a try.

Thanks so much to all the staff at Executive airport hotel. Despite our flight being delayed and therefore arriving in Entebbe at 4 am in the morning, our driver was there waiting for us and we were able to get a quick transfer to the hotel and to our beds ASAP. We very much appreciated being able to check out at 11 am and the breakfast, fresh fruits and toast, was delicious! Thanks all ☺️

Reliable and welcoming. Stay here each time I arrive to Entebbe. We typically arrive late, they are waiting for us at the airport, shuttle us to the hotel so we can crash after the long flights from the USA. The next morning they fix us breakfast and off we go. When we leave the county we do the reverse and the often take us to the airport after we drive in and clean up. Partial day use is ok so we can nap and shower before departure.
