The room was very nice with a great view. We were in 401. I tried to use the shower, but before the water heated up half the bathroom floor was covered with water. Neither floor drain seemed to work. The large tub was nice. The staff was very friendly.

This is a really nice hotel, very clean and modern, my room was smaller than some but very nicely appointed and cozy with a big king bed, patio, and quiet A/C (the kind that are built in to the ceiling, not the loud kind that sit at the windows) that worked. Good quality TV. Staff very nice. Excellent breakfast, pleasant pub. I'd definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. My room required some maintenance on the electrical system as some lights and socket were not working well. Bathroom could use a deep clean. Lovely bed and balcony. Shower was of great pressure as well.

This was our fourth stay at this Hotel, and each time the service was excellent. A couple of times we arrived after midnight, and thet still treated us with professionalism and respect and prompt servive from the kitchen! The breakfast buffet, and meals in the restaurant area were very reasonably priced, and generously portioned. I would highly recommend the Adams Grand in Entebbe!

Admas Grand was very comfortable and affordable. After 15 days touring Uganda, it was nice to come to Admas which is clean, hot water, and the food is excellent. The people who work there are very nice and attentive. I would stay here again.

Very relaxing few days in this hotel. It is located in a fairly quiet area away from main road. Room is very light with large bed, side table with night lights. Balcony overlooking street with furniture. Breakfast buffet style with plenty of choices, including vegetarian. Food is freshly cooked and tasty. Staff all very friendly and welcoming. Very nice pool with seats and tables plus loungers. Small gym with attached sauna/steam room.
The bathroom is spacious but looking a little outdated. The loungers at the pool are rattan so not very comfortable.

Terrible, terrible customer service. My connecting flight to Entebbe got cancelled at Doha Airport therefore I had to wait for 9 hours in Doha Qatar so i couldn't get to Entebbe on the night of my booking on the 8th of August i arrived the next morning at 11.30am. On my stop over in Doha I called the hotel and explained to the hotel staf my unforseen circumstances that were not my fault. All the staff said they couldn't help me so i asked to speak to the manager. They kept telling me the manager would call me back but they never did. I even asked for a voucher to use on a different day as i accepted they might not give me a refund but they Refused. They were very non-challant and did not offer any other option so my £90 was waisted under no fault of mine. Please don’t Ever book this hotel. They have terrible customer service. Book at your own RISK

Last time the AC did not work, this time the door on our room did not lock and the breakfast buffet was cold. The facility was reasonable, but the service was disappointing. The airline changed our outgoing flight time from 4:00pm to 7:00am, requiring an early departure for the airport. I requested the hotel shuttle. Although many hotels provide the service gratis, apparently that is not the case here and the shuttle ride cost $12 per person. Since I had booked the room with breakfast option and was not going to be able to take advantage of that, I had hoped that perhaps the hotel might comp the shuttle ride instead, but they did not offer. OK, so I asked for 2 bottles of water to take to the room for drinking and teeth brushing. I don't know what the issue was with that, but my goodness, you'd think I'd asked for the presidential suite. Apparently we couldn't just get bottles from the bar or restaurant unless they were paid for; they had to come from housekeeping. After waiting at the front desk for 20 minutes, I asked again about the water, and was told that someone would bring it up to the room. After 45 more minutes, I called down and asked once more. They had
