Overall, a pleasant stay, just a shame the bar/restaurant is closed on a Sunday evening. Room was small, but well equipped and quiet. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good

The hotel was too isolated with very limited access to public transport or taxis (e.g. to restaurants or the airport). I arrived relatively late (10.30 pm) and my room key was available - but at a neighbouring hotel. In my two nights stay, i failed to understand where check-in or check-out actually was for the Campanile! Breakfast was fine, though. The room was clean and adequate for my needs.

Very disappointed. Usually the Campaniles are of a high standard and this one in Pau was exceptionally scruffy and tired looking. There was no area to sit outside on a lovely sunny day/evening and enjoy a cold glass of beer or wine after a long days drive. The bar area only had seating for 6 people. We have a dog and like to eat outside as dogs are not allowed in the restaurants, which is understandable. The stairs and walkways were dirty and the paint was peeling off the handrails. The light in the bathroom was not functioning properly and the safety catch on the window was broken as well as the framework.
All in all the place was very run down and scruffy. We would neverstay there again.

not the easiest hotel to find but thats more to do with the french address system, restaurant facilities very modern and nice though the bed rooms have not been updated and are now very tired. Campanile were alway known for a good value, good food package and we have been staying in campaniles for over 30 years however, they are now charging the same prices as good resuarants and the food in general has taken a very big dip. People used to book campanile for birthday/ weddings, not anymore. need to up their game for quality

Refurbished old motel. Small room but comfortable. No lift so had to carry our bags up the stairs to the first floor. Good value. Decent breakfast. Big secure and free carpark. Staff were very good. Not sure of location to town but easy to access by car.

Simply put, great hotel. Easy to find. Restaurant was used for continental breakfast which was well stocked, and tasty too. Room was a little small, but aircon was fine.

- L'impact d'un pigeon en fin de journée qui heurtes la paroi vitrée qui reflète le ciel, impressionnant et triste surtout que ce n'est pas la première fois et qu'il y a des possibilités matériels afin d'éviter la mort de plusieurs volatiles.
Prévenez moi si vous comptez faire les travaux qui règlerais ce problème car avoir un pigeon mort devant la porte de la chambre la tête ensanglantée ce n'était pas agréable du tout.

À chaque demande, même les plus simples. Venant dans le cadre d'une compétition sportive, notre demande était seulement de pouvoir prendre de quoi déjeuner sans s’installer 30' avant l'ouverture complète du restaurant. Un geste de leur part alors que nous avions réservé une chambre supplémentaire non remboursable aurait été apprécié.

J'ai eu tres froid. L'air passe en-dessous de la porte. Le chauffage est diminué voir arreté dans la journee ce qui fait que lorsqu'on rentte le soir, il fait tres froid. Le chauffage est tres bruyant donc il faut le lettre au mini pour reduire le bruit mais ca ne chauffe pas.

J'ai été déçu car la réception était censée fermer à 22h00. je me suis présenté à 21 45.,il n'y avait déjà personne. je trouve que cela est un manque de professionnalisme ( et de politesse ) par rapport à environ 90€ que m'a coûté la Chambre louée avec PDJ .Par ailleurs, le petit-déjeuner s'est détérioré par rapport au prix demandé de 11€ environ ..Le café n ' est plus servis qu'en machine alors qu'il était servi dans des carafes précédemment ..Le petit déjeuner est beaucoup moins complet qu'auparavant alors que le prix est maintenant plus élevé, .Il me semble y avoir une mauvaise évolution. Malheureusement dans l'air du temp du profit maximum et des investissements minimums.Néanmoins ,pour dépanner une nuit, cela convient.Mais je ne recommanderai plus cet hôtel comme j'ai pu le faire précédemment.

Jolie chambre et bonne situation géographique avec beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. Le seul point négatif est une salle de petit déjeuner trop petite, d'autant plus qu'elle est partagée avec un autre hôtel (Première classe). Chek-in un peu compliqué ! Pour 3 chambres réservées, il a fallu faire 3 cartes bleus pour 2,40€ chacune au lieu de payer la totalité en une seule fois. Pas de sans contact. Rien de grave mais agacant quand même. On nous a ensuite recommandé de venir prendre le petit dejeuner à 7h30 car ensuite il y avait un groupe!! J'ai donc posé la question pour savoir si après le groupe il resterait de quoi dejeuner!

Nous avions réservé deux chambres. L'une avec 1 lit double et la seconde avec 1 lit double et 1 lit simple. La seconde chambre ne comportait qu'un seul lit double, donc un de mes fils a du dormir à même le sol après plus de deux milles kilomètres de voiture (en provenance de Marrakech). Il y avait donc 14 prestation qui n'était pas proposé alors que nous avions réservé pour trois lit dans la chambre 37. On nous a expliqué qu'il y a 1 décalage entre le service réservation internet et les disponibilités réelles de votre établissement. C'est à mon sens anormal et pas du tout professionnel de votre part. Attention également à l'hygiène (cheveux retrouvés dans les lits, humidité, odeur et intérieur qui se dégrade).
