Thebprooert appeared quite dated, carpets were all stained. The coffee machine in my room smelled of mildew. The most frustrating issue was the wifi, the signal in the common areas was great, however in the room it was terrible. The reception clerk was kind enough to log me into the \"professional\" network but it was just as bad, barely 1 barbofbsignal at the desk in my room with numerous disconnections.

I slept so well every night, it was really quiet.
Loved having a kitchenette to sort my own meals. This was a good thing because there is only one restaurant nearby. I think mainly this hotel is for car owners who can travel around easily. There are bus stops 5 minutes walk away, but the buses are not very frequent. However, as I was attending an event at the Palais des Sports, the location was really convenient. But it's a long way out of town.

Not very clean. Fan in bathroom and kitchenette didnt work. Bed ok and nice to have kitchenette although only one tiny trash can in bathroom, none in bedroom or kitchen. Only one set of towels for 2 people. When I asked for more was told they were in closet but werent.

A terrible experience

Our dog was attacked multiple times by the local feral cat in the courtyard leading to our room. The reception staff tried to stop attacks but then allowed the cat into reception and fed it with ham. On complaint to the reception manager who shout repeatedly at me it was not their fault our dog was attacked. I felt I couldn’t take my dog out of the room without carrying him to make sure the coast was clear. A terrible experience!!!
We booked a disabled room which was on the 3rd floor. No bathroom facilities suitable for disabled at all no hand rails or seat and a shower a wheelchair would not access. Lacking in kitchen ware 1 mug 1 wine glass for 2 people. We have stayed in other all suite many time and found them great. WILL NOT RETURN HERE!!!

good location and very acceptable accommodation for our short overnight stay. Receptionist was very clear and spoke excellent English giving us a very warm welcome. We had to leave very early in the morning and she reminded us to take the gate entry info with us and not leave it in the room with the door key. Have used several times and will use again.

PAU is a fantastic French town with the All-Suites, in the middle of the town centre. If you need parking, I strongly advise you to check availability before booking the accommodation as there are only approx 6 spaces, if you don't book you will be disappointed! There is parking nearby but is charged for length of time, I paid €12 euro for overnight approz 14 hours. Also make sure you have clear directions if driving as the hotel is in a pedestrian zone and you will need instructions on access.

As before staff very friendly, helpful & professional. Have stayed several times now over the last couple of years, the first time was excellent however it appears that the quality of the studios that were allocated to us over the period has gone downhill in as much that they have got smaller and looking a little tired. This last studio we stayed in lacked the care & presentation that we expected. Must say the shower cubicle was very \"compact\". AND workmen started repairs in the adjacent studio before 09.00hrs I was woken by a lot of hammering/banging.

Have stayed here several times now for it is convenient, good value for money and lovely staff. Even get a courtesy call previous day to confirm estimated time of arrival.(reception not manned 24hr).Secure car parking.
Only comment would be that the towels could be a little bigger, however not a show stopper

Third time and all good!

Excellent service from friendly & english speaking front desk staff. Easy access from & to main roads. Secure parking. Shower was lovely and hot with plenty of power. For me bed, quilt & pillow was very comfortable. Room size with mini kitchen was very adequate for the two of us. Only comment would be that the bath towels were a little on the small side,or I could do with a little weight loss, however they dried me good. Could hear the neighbours a bit however this may be due to the room having a connecting door. All in all another good stay for the third time. Breakfast has a good selection unfortunately didn't have time to sample and enjoy this time. Very good value for money

No air conditioning-limited front desk service

We were informed by Expedia agent that there was air conditioning. We found out there were no air conditioning when we got there. This was in June and the weather was hot. We had to open the window but since there were no window screens, many insects flew in at night.
We tried to check out of hotel but Expedia was not able to contact anyone due to limited front desk service.
In the end, we had to stay for the remainder of our booking uncomfortably.

Overnight stop here on our way down to Spain. Easy to find. Very friendly staff. Clean, warm & cosy. Nice selection for continental breakfast. Short walk to La Boucherie restaurant. Would use again.

Very basic, not all that clean, door wouldn't close unless slammed and entrance and exit from hotel rooms is directly from outside. Noisy, could hear people next door and people going up and down the outside metal stairs.

i SPENT TWO AND A HALF HOURS DRIVING AROUND THE LARGE AND COMPLICATED CITY OF PAU TRYING TO FIND THIS HOTEL. It is in a new part of town near the autoroute but virtually no-one has heard of ot, or even the street it is on, or even the Avenue it comes ogf !! I asked 6 different people and was sent on 3 wild goose chaces. I was about to give up when I happenned to ask a lady who actually knew it !

Stay here!!

This is a large one bedroom apartment. You can use a full kitchen, stove, microwave and washing machine that costs a little extra but worth it. (They have to unlock an electrical cabinet to turn the power on to the appliances). The hotel staff speaks good English, very friendly and helpful. The town center is nearby. The city has many parks and is quite green and leafy.
This is the place to stay to relax and unwind, if you have been traveling for a while.

Room was quite clean and facilities were OK. Bed was a bit uncomfortable as the mattress dipped in the middle a bit. Somewhat noisy the first night as some guests seemed to arrive late and leave very early. Breakfast was fine with a reasonable choice.

New block of flats very close to the highway entrance. Very convenient for large families, as long as you have a car. The flats are quite large: we were two couples with four children, and we ended-up being assigned separate connecting flats for the children - they loved having their own tv and bathroom! We didn't use the kitchenette, but it looked decent-sized.

I liked the hotel but would not recommend.

The hotel is good but in a terrible location. There are 2 restaurants but one is just beef and the other is a 10 minute walk for just ok French food. The room is good but a couple of recommendations - there needs to be a luggage stand to put a suitcase on and the bathtub/shower needs adhesive grips for the bottom of the tub - way too slippery. In addition, the hotel called me a taxi which was way too expensive for basically a 12 minute ride! Check first - even though they don't have Über - treat the taxis as if!

We stayed here for the 2015 Pau Grand Prix. As we would be out all day, and each evening, we just needed simple accommodation and this fitted the bill. The breakfast was not great but it was edible enough not to take away from the experience.

Our expectations had been high, as we had just stayed in another property of this France hotel chain in La Teste de Buch, and we had a wonderful room there. This one lacked a balcony, and much to our chagrin, towels in the bathroom. It took making phone calls to the emergency line to get access to towels, since the reception had closed (at 8:00 PM) prior to us noticing that no towels were present.

What kind of hotel closes the reception at 7pm. I came at 7:30pm and they were gone. They 'claimed' they called me to give me a code to a lock box, they did not try to call. Thus I paid for the night in the hotel that I did not get and had to go to another.
Expedia could not get them to cancel/refund. It was a two night reservation and I was no the hook for the 2nd night, so I had to come back

The water heater tiny.

Near Pau.

We stayed in apartment #305 BIS for 1 night. This apartment has handicapped facilities which we did not request or need. The apartment is comfortable with twin beds. There is a closet for hanging and also a few shelves. However, there is no place to set luggage. There is a another shelf with a lamp on it, a small kitchen table with two chairs. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, two hob burner, and sink. It comes with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils needed. The bathroom is a no-separation shower so that everything in the bathroom gets wet while you shower. Thus personal toiletries cannot be left in the bathroom. The bathroom also supplies a hair dryer. The hotel is located on the north side of Pau about 4 kilometers to the city center. There are no restaurants in walking distance but the hotel does offer lunches.

Out of town, cheap & new hotel. The kitchenette was tiny and not really functional at all. The rooms were so small it was almost impossible to sit at the table to have a cup of tea. Still was great value for money & we had a good stay.

reception is not 24 hour. Nice hotel/appartment, location good for airport ( number 20 bus stops close to hotel ). Location poor for Pau center - approx 3 miles, train station 4 miles ( 13 euros day, 20 euros sundays ). Hotel clean, reasonable breakfast available, laundry room. No decent restaurant close, good supermarket approx 1.5 miles. Would recommend this hotel for a one night before flying. Would not recommend for a longer visit, plenty of reasonable hotels at decent prices in the Pau center. No air conditioning.

English-speaking staff were excellent when I was running late and missed the check in time, as they gave me perfect instructions over the phone.

Room was immaculate and a very good size, well maintained and laid out.

Location on edge of town made it easy to find, was well signposted too.

Breakfast was continental and decent, no restaurant attached so you'll need to head into town for some grub.

The location just off the autoroute is great and the studio was well equipped and comfortable, with good heating and plenty of hot water (it was February). Best of all, the hotel is right next to an amazing Caliceo health spa, so bring your swimming costume. There is also a good shopping mall just down the road (towards Pau centre). Only downside could be the lack of staff on site after 8pm, in case of any problems at night (although an emergency phone number is provided).

I used All suites Pau as a stop on my road trip through the South of France. I was very pleased and surprised at the quality of the accommodation and facilities offered. The staff were extremely helpfull and the rooms facilities were fantastic. Was on the outskirts of town which was perfect for me. Would highly recomend.

Hadn't realized when booking that the hotel was so far out from the centre so unless you have a car it's not ideal. The hotel itself is quite new but there are some areas that need maintenance like the car park where there are lots of weeds and some general caretaking. The first room we were shown was on the ground floor as I had asked for twin beds but it was very dark and hadn't a great smell. We were then shown a much brighter room on the first floor which we took. The rooms are quite basic and the mattress which was sponge was both hot and very hard so sleeping proved difficult. If you have any back problems- just don't go there. It did however have a small kitchen area which was well equipped and the room itself was spacious. It was reasonably priced so I guess you get what you pay for!

Les chambres sont tres correctes, la propreté est a revoir ainsi que la literie qui n'est pas confortable.

No podemos decir que haya sido buena, pues hacia un calor insoportable en la habitación y el ventilador que habia casi no daba aire. El frigorífico estaba apagado y en la cocina al amanecer encontramos dos cucarachas.

Acabo de estar dos noches y la verdad es que me ha parecido todo bastante bien. Con muy buena relacion calidad precio. Colchón firme y cómodo., la plaza de aparcamiento al lado de la puerta del estudio Y el personal muy amable . Me sorprendió que no tuviera un pequeño recipiente de lavaplatos y estropajo y tampoco la fregona tenía mucho.

Vôtre établissement était déjà d'une exemplarité invraisemblable.
Nous nous sommes dît on a de la chance.
