Cet hôtel est convenable mais il y avait ( avant notre remarque) un problème au niveau de la propreté du sol de la chambre sale et collant ( ça à était repris pour la seconde nuit )
En complément, alors que notre réservation était pour 2 personnes, il n’y avait qu’une seule serviette dans la salle de bains ( idem il y a un mois dans ce même hôtel), pour un 3*, c’est inconcevable

Beim Einchecken wurden wir nicht darüber informiert, dass die Klimaanlage defekt war. Dieser Zustand ist für den Preis dieses Hotels nicht akzeptabel. Direkt unter dem Dach war es unmöglich, bei 33 Grad zu schlafen. Das Öffnen des Fensters war wegen des lauten Verkehrs keine Option. Weder uns noch den anderen Gästen, die sich ebenfalls gleich nach dem Einchecken beschwerten, wurde Kulanz angeboten. Der Zustand der Zimmer ist sehr einfach und entspricht nicht dem IBIS-Standard. Nur das Frühstück und die Freundlichkeit des Personals waren gut.

A chaque fois que je suis en déplacement, je prend cet hôtel et je ne suis pas déçu. Le personnel est très agréable, le petit dej est royal, la chambre est bien, confortable et propre, avec un bonne télé. Une petite bouteille d’eau dans la chambre serait un plus.

Ne pas louer la chambre 1. Si on enlève le côté stroboscope de la lumière au dessus du bureau, cette chambre donne accès directement à la réception ou on entend les gens parler et boire un coup.

Bonjour,
Lors de mon arrivée à l'hotel, on me donne une chambre au RDC sans que la personne ne m'informe que le Chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans cette chambre.
à l'ouverture de la porte la chambre était froide, je décide donc d'allumer le chauffage. Je suis aller à l'accueil pour demander de changer de chambre et on me répond que l'hôtel était complet et encore une fois on ne me dit rien sur le chauffage. Le lendemain matin, je me réveille avec une grosse angine et de la fièvre, je consulte immédiatement un médecin qui me confirme que j'ai attrapé froid et il me met sous antibiotiques pour soulager ma gorge et mes oreilles. à mon retour, je demande de changer la chambre, la personne accepte et me donne une chambre au 2eme étage et comme par hasard cette personne savait que le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas et gentiment m'a présenté ses excuses.
Installé dans la chambre du deuxième étage, le lendemain matin et au réveil plus d'eau chaude au niveau de l'hôtel alors qu'il faisait 6 degrés avec un ressenti de 1.
Je n'ai jamais vécu une telle expérience dans un hôtel Ibis et la cerise sur le gâteau, vu que les nuits et le petit dej ont été déjà réglés via Hotels.com, l'hôtel me fait soit disant un geste commercial d'une remise de 2€ sur un plat que j'avais commandé le 1er soir d'une valeur de 26€ , d'ailleurs que je n'ai plus recommandé.

bonjour j'ai passé 4 nuits ds cet hotel et je ne vous recommande pas en période covid, pas de ménage durant toute la semaine, pas de changement de serviettes, c'est pas agréable du tout quand on est dans un espace clot et pas aéré régulièrement; pour la restauration il faut oublier le système plateaux n'est pas au point et la personne à l'accueil doit tout gérer l'accueil des clients, les paiements, les demandes particulières et le réchauffement de plats cuisinés tout pret, vivement la reprise de l'établissement format normal
