It is really a nice hotel in a nice setting with lots of things to explore only downside is the staff. I had stained my bed and therefore I had to pay 150 USD which I did. Then upon the special request of the general manager I had to pay another 150 USD cash not by credit card for possible future damages(!) Normally I would not pay that amount but I just did not want any problems. Then 2 weeks later they messaged me that I had to pay extra because they noticed that I had company in the room and this was by the way my 4th stay. They send me a link via Whatsapp with the urgent request to pay for the second person my friend who only visited an hour or so. When I brought up th 150 USD they owed me they stopped communicating with me. I send another message asking my 150 USD back but not reaction. I stay for my work at least 3-4 months in hotels per year and have been doing so the last 30 years. I am highest tier a several chains including Globalist at Hyatt and I can tell you that this is the worst staff I have ever encountered. There are surely nice people among them for example catering or housekeeping but reception and security are not what one should expect. The hotel is really nice thought. Can't say anything bad about that but the 150 USD they owe me is gone that's for sure. I will never ever stay there again unless the management changes.

One of the towers doesn’t really feel like a hotel. The main building is nice. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby.
The restaurant was closed for one week during my visit which we found very disappointing as we would use it to entertain and dine with our guests

Hotel was nice but the room is very básic. Bed, desk, TV. Breakfast was ok. I'd give it a 6.5 out of 10. The gym was excelente. I wish the gym in my apartment building was as nice. I didn't really like the área. There was a good size mall near by with a few nice restaurants but no stores to buy snacks or beverages. Also there are no tourist attraction near by. I would give it a higher rating if it were in a different location.

Beautiful hotel, well located, stayed in the 2nd building on the 6th floor two-floor suite. Room was nice and clean, there’s an outdoor pool and a restaurant on the same floor. I would have rated them 5 star but at check-in I told them I hadn’t paid for the room yet, the desk assured me that no it was already fully paid.. next day I come back to the hotel after a day out.. room door is locked, I had to go back down to check-in for them to mention me the room was not paid.. duh! Secondly I paid for 3 nights for two guests knowing my friend would only stay one night, breakfast was included for 2 for all nights. At check-out time, I come to find out that they’re charging me for one breakfast because my friend didn’t registered at the desk, how ridiculous.

Nice property for a long-term stay as it felt a little isolated even though it was only a few blocks from a large shopping center. The gym looked nice, it was a full gym that has numerous members from outside, but I was told that I would have to pay for a day pass, which was a negative.

Parking is very limited and difficult. You must climb about 10 steps to enter the building, with no handicap access ramp or elevator outside to get into the entrance. The boutique theme had very dark hallways that seemed to want to reproduce a disco environment. Otherwise, the staff was great. The room was luxurious and clean. The rooftop pool was lovely.

New Hotel. Great , helpful staff. Unlike the Dazzler and Esplendor in ASU, this hotel has character. Room is comfortable, very clean, everything worked the way it was supposed to. The restaurant has not opened yet. Breakfast is being served on the rooftop by the pool. Breakfast is great. I am glad I found this hotel. I will be staying again .
The area is a mix of residential with 2 malls and lots of corporate offices on nearby busy Ave 2 blocks from the hotel.
Definitely recommend.

Me ubicaron en el edificio Atrium. La habitación está más pensada como apartahotel tiene cocinilla, nevera etc. Entiendo que pueda ser atractivo para algún cliente, no es mi caso. Los trabajos y ruidos de la obra que está justo enfrente fueron una molestia. En el espacio de la piscina no se puede tomar el sol. Está todo ocupado por las mesas del restaurante. El desayuno es bastante bueno. Si no bajas pronto es posible que muchos productos se agoten ya que los camareros apenas los reponen.

Localização excelente em Las Morras, o quarto matrimonial é equipado com microondas, fogão e frigo bar para quem pretende fazer suas próprias refeições e fica na outra torre que também compartilha salas comerciais . É espaçoso, silencioso,cama confortável, chuveiro poderia ter mais pressão na água. O lobby é moderno, há ainda um rooftop com piscina,bar e ótima vista. O hotel ainda possui no térreo uma cafeteria agradável, um salão de beleza além do restaurante que também serve o café da manhã.O check in é rápido, a limpeza dos quartos é diária e os atendentes estão sempre solícitos. O Five seguramente é uma ótima opção para estadia em Assunção- PAR.

O loft é muito bom, mas pode melhorar. O quarto é imenso e não tem uma mesa, nem cadeira: a champagne ficou no chão, junto com as taças.

A cama não é super king, como anunciado, mas a união de duas solteirão, já viu neh, o buraco entre elas.

A banheira e a pia do banheiro, mesmo após pedir uma limpeza especial, não dava pra usar.

A cozinha, nada do básico comum a grandes hotéis: não tinha sache de chá, nem acúcar, nem bucha, nem dava pra lavar os copos que sujou.

Tudo isso, pagando quase 5k pra 4 noites, muito caro, pra dever tão pouco.

O café da manhã, é farto e satisfatório, os atendentes, maravilhosos. Obrigado ao Five pela experiência.

예약할 때는 VIP access로 무료 음료를 준다고 했으나 아무런 혜택도 받지 못했고, 웬만한 호텔은 적어도 물이라도 주는데 물조차 돈 주고 사먹어야 하는 곳입니다.
방 창문 바로 옆에 에어컨 실외기가 다수 설치되어 있어 밤새도록 소음이 있고, 침대에 먼지나 머리카락이 있는 걸로 보아 청소 상태도 보통인 것으로 보립니다. 그나마 위치가 나쁘지는 않아 근처 쇼핑몰에 걸어갈 만한 거리입니다.
