Quarto excelente, muito bem limpo, espaçoso. Banheiro com ducha e banheira. O Hotel também oferece um spa com sauna seca e úmida e uma boa academia. Infelizmente o tempo não ajudou e não pude usar a piscina. Cafe da manhã de boa qualidade e diversidade. Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos desde a chegada até a partida. Recomendo e se voltar a Assunção, certamente me hospedarei neste hotel.

Al parecer por hacer a traves de hotels.com hubo un trato despectivo por parte de la recepcionista. Informo q no me pueden emitir factura legal ademas de que al ser la reservacion por este medio no incluye desayuno cosa q me llamo mucho la atención siendo q es uno de los q los visitantes mas esperan.
Cabe mencionar que el pago fue debitado automaticamente al confirmar la reservacion.
Quiza este equivocado pero llegue al hotel gracias a esta pagina pues no soy de la zona de Asuncion y me base directamente por busqueda en internet.

Central location which served as great base to explore city. Great facilities on offer with varied breakfast and very helpful staff throughout hotel. We had a few issues with maintenance during our stay but these were resolved in a very timely manner. A little upgrading possibly required as some furnishings a little tired however this did not detract from our stay and we’d definitely recommend.

Only negative was the pool and spa facilitates were closed and this was not disclosed at time of booking. Bit disappointing as I spent the weekend there in addition to a full week.

No cold water and construction noise at 6:30am :-(

Extremely disappointed with the hotel. Stayed at the Executive Suite and experienced hotel construction noises right outside my window every morning starting at 6:30am. In top of that, they decided to empty the pool and fill it up on a Saturday morning, cutting off cold water from the bathrooms for about 3+ hours during peak hours (9am - 12 noon). TV was not working, poor water pressure from the showers and shower door dislocated. Tried to speak with the managers and they had me wait. Lesson learned, next time I will stay at the Sheraton hotel.

Convenient location to downtown area

I'd recommend this hotel for a business stay or when the pool and spa are fixed up for a holiday stopover to base yourself for a walk around the older downtown area. The aircon was efficient but at times it was a little noisy.

There was only one problem: When I arrived at 4 am on Monday 7-24, I never was verified how many days I was going to stay, what were the cut off times. I was in the middle of a meeting and I needed to go to my room to get something. The card did not work and when I went to the front desk to replace it they told me that I was not longer admitted because my reservation ended at noon of 7-25, when I clearly requested 3 days for the business egagement I had. So I saw myself in the middle of the day without a room. They told me the only room they had was a presidential suite at 780 dollars a night. I plead with them and I got it for 450. I did not have any other choice. This was very bad. I do not recomend this hotel staff to no one!!
they shoul of told me at the begining what to expect so I could of made arrangements, no to the end and on top exped 450 dollars for 5 hours sleep . My plain left at 2 am. BAD!!!

Old hotel some better options in the same city

The hotel service was great! The rooms however were prehistoric old and not very clean. Given that it was my first time in the city, I was unaware of the different options of hotels. The Gym was not so great and the pool area was being renovated so it was extremely dusty in the gym because the pool is on the same floor as the gym. Didn't seem that the pool will be ready before 2020 if they work fast.

Upon arrival at 7am i was asked to pay for an additional night to get an early check in. I said i read my emails, have breakfast, shower in the fitness and come back later. Then they didnt have any room available. I finally got a room at 1130. In the back of the hotel, the corridor was damp and wall under renovation. No isolation between room. Heard tv from one side until 3am and noise from the bathroom on the other side from 4am. Alarmclock not turned off from previous guest woke me up at 530 after aost no sleep.

Great staff, Wifi in a downtown location

The staff at the Crowne Plaza really stand out for being friendly, efficient and present when you need them to be. The Wifi in the room was incredibly quick and the furnishings very new/modern. Including a large flat screen TV with lots of channel options. The bathroom was dated but completely functional and very clean. The breakfast buffet is not overflowing with options but the quality and presentation are first rate. The location downtown may not be the most convenient depending on what your needs in Asuncion are as there are. If you want to be in the downtown area this hotel is definitely the best choice!

Nice hotel overall.
I chose it because the gym which exists but all the machines are very old. They should change them all.
The gym includes pilates lessons, which I found it pretty nice. I did it twice.

A 5 star gem!

We were greeted with a big smile and hello. Our check in was smooth and the room was ready, even though we were early. The accommodations were spacious and very comfortable. FINALLY a hotel with enough pillows on the bed that I didn't have to call room service for extras...and what a comfortable bed! Loved the free internet. The food in the restaurant was very good and the service impeccable. The location is not too far from downtown...we walked both ways, and the streets were well lit on the way back after dark, so we felt more comfortable.

Um bom para excelente hotel , Ema de que a sua localização fica perto do centro antigo de Assunção. E como todo hotel mais antigo não temos algumas opções dos novos . Mas no restante bom café da manhã , atendimento do pessoal muito bom , sauna , spa, massagem bons . É o mais importante resposta rápida e solucionada quando pedido . No total do conjunto muito bom o hotel recomendo .

La habitación era muy cómoda y limpia.
Puntos negativos:
- el area de piscina dice que es 24hs pero al subir a la noche tipo 00:00 todo se encontraba apagado
- el hotel estaba casi vacío y hospedan a los pocos unos al lado de otros. En mi caso la habitación tenía una puerta que conectaba a otra habitación como para convertirla en suite. Resulta q esa habitación se ocupó y a las 02:00 de la madrugada cae una familia con niños pequeños llorando y golpeando la puerta.
- el desayuno, muy básico …

La verdad la experiencia no fue buena , fui temprano 6 am al hotel aun sabiendo que el check in es a las 3pm aun asi me dieron la habitacion , ya habia pagado por medio de la app , me dieron la habitacion , 5 horas despues me llaman diciendo que debo dejar el hotel al medio dia aun teniendo una reserva ya paga , lejos de cobrarme un early check in me dicen que tengo que pagar una tarifa completa , la chica del lobby acepta acepta su error pero lejos de darme una solucion me obliga a pagar otra noche mas para seguir en el hotel ... pido hablar con alguien , ella en negacion me dice que esa es la solucion , en fin pague una noche y no me logre hospedar mas de 4 horas en el hotel ...
