I had an overall really nice stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially housekeeping, who checked if I needed anything when I ran into them in the hallway a few times, even though I didn’t require a full room cleaning.

Two main concerns were the shower, which had a slight mildew smell, and the soundproofing. During my 11-day stay, there were two separate nights when I could hear other guests laughing and talking loudly or having mini parties in their rooms late past midnight.

We had an excellent stay at Caesar Park Hotel Banqiao. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-maintained — truly a comfortable place to unwind after our daily outings.

The people working at breakfast were very rude and have no idea about customer service. Also move list for check in were you pay as they are clearly confused who should be doing what. Front lady needs to understand you are treating customers from all countries and bossing people like dogs is unacceptable.

The hotel is perfect: an amazing view from the window, an excellent swimming pool, a cozy and elegant room, and friendly staff. It's well-situated: it's near the metro, train, and bus stations, a shopping mall, and cafes. And you can easily get to the airport by direct bus.

It was my second stay at Caesar Park and will always be my return destination. I visit 2 or 3 times a year for business and the hotel is fantastic. Extremely clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows, and gym/pool facility is great. Has everything you could need, very modern and stylish as well.

This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — they were incredibly friendly and truly went out of their way to help in any way they could.

Our room was spotless and spacious, with an absolutely stunning view of the city and the mountains in the background. Waking up to that view every morning was such a treat.

The food at the hotel was excellent — everything we tried was fresh and delicious. And I can’t forget to mention the rooftop pool! What an incredible spot to relax and take in the scenery.

The location couldn’t have been better — you’re right next to public transportation, the bullet train, and surrounded by endless restaurant options.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We can’t wait to come back!

Hotel is new, modern and very clean. The room we had was quite spacious (executive suite) and relatively quiet. The bed was pretty comfortable.
The major setback of this hotel is the staff. They act like the guests are a nuisance and an inconvenience to them.
Unable to check in until exactly 14:30, which is ok, but seems weird if the rooms ready to go.
They were reluctant to answer any questions regarding the booking, and all they could say was “come back at 14:30”.
When it came time to check in, there were no instructions on anything. Simply given a QR code to scan. Absolutely no politeness at all.
I firmly believe that Caesar park banqiao is a 4 star at best that identifies as a 5 star.
Will I be staying here again…definitely not.

By far the BEST hotel in all our travels so far (including Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Philippines)! The decor was modern and eye-catching, and everything was super clean.

The hotel common areas and individual rooms were very clean and modern.

We really loved our room: it was very spacious, comfortable, clean, and the bed was so comfortable I felt like I was sleeping in my own bed!

The bathroom was carefully cleaned by the conscientious housekeeping team it felt like I was the very first person to use it; and the bathroom included a separate shower and bath, double sinks, and a modern toilet with heated water in the bidet and heated seat.

The hallways and rooms were so quiet my wife and I had a refreshing sleep every night we were there. And the refrigerator was kindly stocked with free (non-alcoholic) beverages that added a nice, welcoming touch.

The restaurant (Bar 98) served delicious food and drinks (we had a Caesar’s Salad and Cheeseburger with fries on one night and hot tea with pastries on another night).

The hotel was perfectly situated to access the MRT (which we used frequently) and the High Speed Rail and buses (which we didn’t use). The MRT Blue Line at Banqiao Station was great for accessing all the spots we hoped to see during our visit. It was also close to many shopping malls and restaurants.

The staff were very friendly and quick to respond to our requests and demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism and service.

My check in with Pony was great. The staff here are wonderful and hard working. They accommodated any and every request. They held our luggage for us before and after check in, which was really appreciated. They go over and above what is expected, this is a lovely hotel which we would come back to. I want to thank Alan at the concierge for being so welcoming and always a pleasure to see and talk to. He is friendly and respectful to all the people coming in! He is valuable and truly a delight! Always love staying at the Caesar park banqiao for our annual visit to Taipei. Location is perfect for banqiao area. They are a stickler to checking time at 2:30-3:00pm in the afternoon, despite our plane arrival at 5:15am. You can securely leave your luggage at the hotel, just plan for breakfast and lunch.

On this last visit, we wanted to check out the Chinese restaurant on the third floor. Even though, we are guests of the hotel, they could not accommodate us for dinner on a weekday at 5:30pm. Guess, I need reservation, even if it looked sparse. Would have been nice if we could have been accommodated, like we have a table, but will need the table back by 7:00pm or something like that. Oh well, we got our Beijing duck and delicious at another joint across the street. Other than this recent hiccup, we love this hotel. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

The hotel is great. However, I’m surprised they didn’t even offer the amenity that average hotel offers, e.g. shower cap, body lotion etc. they have 2 sinks in the bathroom, however, only one soup so you have to use just one sink for washing hand. Also there’s no hand towel at all. I know these are small details, but that’s how a hotel distinguishes itself from the others. They feature the pool but it’s always very crowded from 7am to closing, with kids. It’s more like kiddie pool that you can’t really do any laps at all. Hotel location is conveniently located within 5 min off all major public transportation.
