The hotel and the room are nice. Some staff are friendly and helpful, while some need improvement. We also stayed at Hilton Kyoto during this trip, and the staff at Kyoto are so much more friendly and helpful.

Also, the room did not supply wash clothes (small square towels), which should be a standard. We had to remind the staff almost on a daily basis. This needs to be improved for a hotel in this standard.

Overall, we still enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing experience at Hilton Taipei Sinban! It is our fourth time in 3 years staying in this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. Every interaction was warm and professional, which truly elevated our stay.
Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city. The overall service was excellent, attentive, efficient, and thoughtful in every detail.
We highly recommend Hilton Taipei Sinban to anyone visiting Taipei. It’s a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers, and we’ll definitely be back.

I chose Hilton Taipei Sinban despite reading mixed reviews, hoping for a positive experience during our two-week stay. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a friendly female concierge and check-in staff, and the morning housekeeping team was very polite and helpful. Initially, we felt confident in our decision until we experienced repeated issues with the night concierge, Justin C.

One night, we requested three complimentary water bottles since we hadn’t asked for housekeeping. Justin brought only two, stating that each room is only allowed two bottles, even though we clearly had three guests. After some discussion, he eventually brought the third bottle.

Another time, we asked for coffee and creamer. He delivered the coffee but not the creamer, and then insisted we hadn’t asked for it. Rather than resolving the issue, he dismissed our request.

The most frustrating experience came on check-out day. We asked for bell boy service to help with our luggage, and Justin came to the room. We requested five more minutes to fix some things and he said he’d return, but never did. Pressed for time, we had to carry six luggages to the lobby ourselves. At check-out, Justin stood beside the front desk staff but didn’t acknowledge us or offer help.

We expected a high standard of service from a Hilton property, but this stay was a disappointment. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to Hilton Taipei Sinban in the future.

Good and comfortable hotel. Location is right next to the train station. Beds are comfy, hotel is clean. The pool doesn’t have a roof so it’s hard to enjoy if it rains. Overall good stay. There is a 24hr massage place across the street and good bubble tea in the area.

Problem of bed bugs

Had an issue with bed bugs. Woke up with multiple bite marks. Management did cleaning of room but still had new bites the next night. Eventually room was changed and issue settled. Quite surprised with bed bugs problem in such a well-reputed hotel. The first night manager mr Edward was reasonable and sensible with approach. Subsequently very little service recovery from Management. The interactions made me feel like Management is suggesting that the bite marks are from my day of activities outside the hotel or an allergic reaction (rather from bed bugs bites from the hotel bed).
I can understand bed bugs happenings in a hotel setting, the problem handling and service recovery was just rather poor for such a branded hotel chain

The hotel hardware was great but the staff especially those in the check in counter and lobby could have been a bit more friendly, they are very polite but we didn’t feel the warmest. Just doing the job they are assigned. Also the passage to the bridge connecting the subway was not lighted in the night after 10.

Clean and spacious

A hotel that you can walk from MRT over covered shelters , skyway even in the rain . There is a Mega City shopping mall 3 blocks away with food court and multiple shopping choices . This is also connected to MRT , High Speed Rail station about 2-3 blocks away . The bed is decently firm and comfortable for me and breakfast is decent . All employees are observing , polite , helpful and always say hi . I’d stay here again.

Beautiful hotel - but very, very busy - lobby was always bustling, sometimes a wait for the elevator. Staff were friendly. There was a wedding photo shoot/preparation of some sort happening beside my room Saturday - lots of traffic in and out of the room and slamming of door. Camera equipment all over the hallway floors. Not exactly. Pros and Cons. Not ideal.

The hotel was clean, convenient and nice location. After more a month stay in the hotel, the stuff who received me to check out was terrible. He had attitude. I asked me to split my payment because the stay fee were to be covered by my corporation and the service fees was supposed to be covered by myself. That stuff seemed not liking the request to split the payments and receipts. Then, I asked him to give me 2 large envelops to separate corporate and personal receipts my receipts, he said yes, I know in unfriendly way, as if I was bothering him. I felt that my long stay in that hotel was not appreciated and value. I was disappointed. I hate giving poor review, instead I ignore the review but in this case, I feel it is important to voice up as I believe stuffs in such nice hotel need to keep the high standard and be friendly from day 1 of staying of their guests until they check out. Thank you !

Hilton Taipei Sinba is a branded hotel that lives up to its name in cleanliness and service.

We booked this hotel because we wanted to have peace of mind regards a comfortable place to stay and one with a window view. Needless to say, we were not disappointed .

Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries provided were excellent but there were not razors , combs and toothbrushes etc. probably due to their reduce disposables project .
The bidet and the warm toilet seats make toileting pleasurable .
Ours was a corner twin unit has absolute privacy and wonderful sound proofing walls. We didn’t hear any sound from any rooms; the beddings and towels were clean and there’s nothing to fault the hotel except lobby lack seating spaces for those awaiting transport to fetch as most of the common areas seats were taken . Lobby is a tad small by Hilton’s usual standards.

Our concierge were wonderful in recommending and directing us in our exploration. A shout-out to both concierge Justin Chan and Elva Perng. They were effectively bilingual and could also understand our needs speedily. Hotel staff are aware of local festivals and made good recommendations in view of weather changes and able to read our nuances.

Housekeeping staff were also nimble and ensure fresh towels and water were replenished and beds done properly and on time before guests return to room.

Location is a stone throw from bus station and metro, and also malls and restaurants.

Overall, a dependable and wonderful experience.

Stunningly beautiful hotel for a great price and location! Rooms were spacious and clean. Room service, cleaning and maintenance were very fast in dealing with all issues. Only downside is that the pool is too cold even when the temperature outside was above 25 Celsius. No one hardly used it which is unfortunate as it has such a great view!

Everything was great. My only gripe was the room temperature would reset to 25 Celsius when we returned to the room after a hot day in Taipei. Had to manually drop it back to the lowest setting at 18 Celsius. Would like to have the room cooler when entering the room

It is surely value for money. The hotel room is spacious and rare to find a room with 3 sizeable beds. Maybe a bit far in New Taipei City but still, the condition and service worth the distance. This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in Taiwan. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a pretty good buffet downstairs for lunch or dinner. The rooftop pool was the best part of our stay. The kids loved it. We found a lot of really good dining options and a few good shopping malls nearby. I would stay again in the future.

The hotel was fantastic. It was very clean, modern and very comfortable. Our last day was the day of the earthquake so there was a lot of glitches in terms of use of elevator however we still did not have any issues. I would say that considering how big the earthquake was, the hotel was still in good condition. I was so afraid that it will fall considering that I was on one of the top floors it was very scary but the hotel stood the test of that big earthquake

Rooms are modern with nice views, comfortable beds and slick bathroom. Hotel has nice outdoor pool on roof and small gym. Water in the pool was very cold so could not enjoy it much. Elevators were not running well and had to wait for one to arrive for several minutes. Cleaning staff came knocking on the door even with \"do not disturb\" signal on. It is a nice place to stay otherwise.
