the first night we were put to the motel side, which was rather dirty and my wife had allergy reaction. the next day we had to pay additional NT$300 per night to be able to move to the building side, which was very clean and comfortable. thus i gave the average rating

The place was really old building, very old beds, furniture should have been replace years ago, shower with no shower curtain so water goes on to the floor, very slippery floor when coming out of shower, the mirror in the bathroom is all rusted, AC has no temp control just on and off, uses a real key for the room, kind of like hotels from 30-40 years ago, but still not updated. I booked for 5 nights. After checked in, there is no refund and too much hassle to go through Expedia refund process and book another hotel at night (arrive around 8pm). Maybe I should have looked for another hotel...

Overall it's a good experience, however the air conditioner sometimes not cold enough and outside of the room not so clean and dark. We also need more plug in the room. Service was excellent and love the idea of breakfast voucher.

We stayed here for a total of nine nights all was great except for two issues.
#1 The buffet breakfast while being of ample quantity lacked in quality.
#2 The hotel did not have people who could understand English that well. They did there best by using a cell phone (Top Marks) but it was a challenge.

For the price I didn’t expect more.
You get what you pay for. The price was unbeatable, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was a little dirty, and mosquitos kept getting in, which was the worst part.

Overall the stay at the hotel was good. I would have added two things:1) The exercise room needs to remain open all day and not close between 11am - 18:00; 2) There should be a printer in the business office so guest can print from their computers. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful all the time. We could see this is a big hotel for tours and tourist.

入住SLY Motel。三人房空間小，很多設備老舊或故障；冰箱門損壞、室內飲水機故障(雖然不會去用)、空調聲音很大。服務人員態度親切，稍微加分。訂房時備註有附早餐，但至現場才知道是提供現金抵用券，在飯店外的舊社區有多家合作店家可以選擇，但必須專程外出走路過去，約略100多公尺；街道不寬但往來交通繁忙，街道旁都是住家或店家，並無法停車。

訂房顯示有全侵式浴缸但到場則說只剩淋浴型房間，試問為何無區別開來房型，難道這兩個價格是一樣的嗎？若一開始網路看到剩淋浴的我會挑別間旅店，這樣真的很不OK畢竟從中部開上去想泡個澡舒壓一下都無法，且熱水器出水過熱過冷問題有些難接受，再來觸碰面板為何入房時會有當機情況，房務清潔完畢沒有確認嗎？

這真的是很差勁的經驗，因為這間hotel有鬧出人命且還有上過新聞，嚇的我們根本不敢入住，後續我們要辦理退款手續，飯店人員態度極差，完全不理會我們的需求，堅持不讓我們辦理退款，真的是非常差勁的飯店一點都不推薦。

房內清潔度差，既然住房率那麼高。為何床單確是有黃漬斑點，房間內的室內拖不敢領教，黃黃髒髒還發霉，為何不用拋棄式的呢？！會讓人擔心有香港腳傳染疑慮，床頭的冷氣開關根本無法操作，電視接收速度非常非常非常之慢，想看個新聞切了近40分鐘才有反應，感覺超差，連打卡拍房間都完全沒心情

這間飯店旅館分新舊前後2區，前面是新建的汽旅，後面是舊的汽旅，我們每年北上都住這間，前幾年住前面新的那棟整體來說都不錯，缺點就是沒電梯要爬樓梯，今年住後面舊的那棟住的不是很開心，差沒幾百塊天差地遠，房間小就算了，浴室超髒的，尤其是浴缸，看上去就是一層黑色污垢，動手去擦還是擦不掉的，整個地板也不乾淨，建議大家以後要住後棟的要三思。

その掛け布団は清潔感があるとは思えないような布で、シーツもかかっていないので積極的には使いたくは無いのですが、2枚掛けにしようと追加で頼んだところ、追加できる布団は無いとのこと
2人で宿泊したのですが、２人とも背中に小さい虫刺されが何か所も出来たので、1人は2泊目からは服を着て寝ました
ホテルは本館（フロントのある建屋）と別館があり別館は古く、傷みも多く壁紙が浮いてきているところもあります
また、ベット側の椅子をテレビ側に運ぼうと動かした際に、別途側の椅子の下からホコリやゴミが多く出てきて気持ち悪い思いをしました
