The beds were very soft and comfortable, the room was pleasantly warm, the coffee maker was clean and the hotel offered me all of the amenities I love: a big screen TV (I watched a marathon of favorite movies), a beautiful refrigerator and microwave, plenty of storage space, comfortable chairs, nice lighting, the basic bathroom supplies (toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, hand and body washes, and beautifully absorbent towels), and a big window with a great view of the prison and parking lot, which believe it or not, was interesting. The window was a plus because I could experience the sunrise and sunset.
Having had a much-appreciated, decent night’s sleep, I will likely stay there again.

Sheldon is an extremely good hospitality team member. Friendly, knowledgeable of the property and of Auburn, very helpful without you needing to ask.
Facilities are functional for short term stays. Everything is reasonably clean.
Eatery on premises produces better than expected food at competitive prices. Staff is very helpful, friendly & efficient.

The room was clean- but the AC unit would click on for about 10 secs and then we were stuck with 75 all weekend. ( we had directions but still didn't work).The beds were very comfortable but the elevator was out for most of the weekend. The room backed to the atrium so it was kinda loud from the pool goers. Staff was great- even took care of distrunteld patrons as the hotel was full the entire weekend. I'd give it 3 stars overall.

This was an extremely nice property, except for some minor inconveniences. A bunch of local kids and their families were staying at the exact same time and the staff did very little to stop the kids for running all over the halls, knocking on doors and running away at 10 pm. The pool, which is the whole reason we booked this location was closed. It did end up opening, but only for an hour and a half. The website says it’s open till nine however, they close it at eight on a Saturday. We also requested extra towels which the staff was too busy to get us at the time, but said they would have somebody deliver them to our room which they never did. the bathrooms doors don’t have locks and have sliding barn doors with toilets that sit very close to the ground. Our shower didn’t drain very fast and the whole bottom of it had a bow so once you started to use any soapy products, it made it very hard unless you were standing sideways. All in all the hotel could be a great place, but there were definitely inconveniences.

From the mom and I arrived on Wednesday nights, the staff was super accommodating. Giving me a few extra incentives as well as making some changes to the reservation so that I was comfortable during the entire stay. I even got a couple of texts throughout my stay to make sure that everything was great. The breakfast is amazing and the room is spotless.

We were there in Room 511 from Tuesday through Friday morning, and only requested room service once. Cleaner vacuumed one room, but not the other, and did not take all the garbage out. OTHER than that, everyone was courteous, breakfasts were great, hotel was clean.

We are both fairly handicapped, and would strongly suggest that all rooms have a grab bar for the very low toilet and one bar INSIDE the shower on a wall.

Two weeks ago when we stayed we expressed our concern about the low toilets as my wife has had a knee replacement and is waiting to get her other Knee done. Anyways the lady on the desk changed our reservation on the 12th to an accessible room which was great. The room was on the first floor which was a plus as my wife has a fear of heights and on our last stay we were on the top floor with the glass wall facing the court yard and pool which didn't go over well.

Comfortable beds and every staff member we interacted with was great! The room was clean and everything worked. Unfortunately they used really cheap doors that don't quite fit the frames. Any noise in the hallway comes right into the room. We had a room that connected to another, and there was about an inch gap between the floor and the bottom of the door. We heard every word, cough, laugh, baby cry, etc, from that room as clearly as if they were sitting at the end of our bed. Thankfully nobody was staying up all night but it made the room feel a lot less private. (By contrast, there was zero noise from the room on the other side!) Convenient location and good price but staying here is a bit of gamble, depending on how well behaved your neighbors are.

Stayed on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Nicole and TJ at the front desk were both very friendly and helpful and fun. Nicole was extremely knowledgeable about the area attractions and restaurants in Auburn and Skaneateles. Her suggestions were spot on.
The breakfasts were amazing and worth adding on to the booking. Thursday a.m. we requested breakfast to go because a snow storm had started and we wanted to get going before it escalated. Brenda and Mindy were excellent both days and got everything packaged including napkins utensils and condiments Thursday am.
The suite worked out well for the 3 of us. We did ask for extra towels, which TJ gave us while we were at the front desk.
There were 2 sinks which was great but the one outside the bathroom didn't have a wastebasket- requested one but never received it. We had to ask for and and did get soap for that sink as well.
Very good shower! Very Low toilet- yikes on first seating!
Would stay there again.

Checking in took over 15 minutes. The building was run down and dirty. The heat in our room didn’t work. We even read the directions on the thermostat and it continued to blow cold air. It was really noisy downstairs to the point it woke me up after 11pm. Very unimpressed. I will never return to this hotel again. Definitely not worth the money.

We planned a family trip and thought it would be easier to stay at a hotel instead of having so many family members in one household. I am so pleased that we did so, even though it was an additional expense it was worth every penny. The kids had a blast swimming, they enjoyed telling the staff members about their day, and receiving a positive response back. Most important having breakfast for free (12 and under eat for breakfast free with a coupon the Holiday Inn provided us).The kids thought that was the best ever and they had several options to choose from, they loved the scrammed eggs with cheese.
The room was very clean, the service was amazing, the staff was always helpful and acknowledged us every time we walked through or out of the door whether it was to welcome us or to tell us to have a great day. All around best experience ever. I am very happy we chose the Holiday Inn for our trip to Tennessee as well. Can't wait till September.

A humongous thank you to all the staff members for making our trip a memorable one. Warm welcomes always make any trip an amazing trip.
