Just wow. Only stayed for the ONE night and we were better off sleeping on the side of the road than burn $150 for room that had beds less comfortable than concrete; Stained bedding so untrustworthy, we slept in sleeping bags; hot water just did not exist for us and the water in general was very suspect, just like the slimy bathroom knob. Wifi was so spotty that it was not even worth using, if all of that wasn’t enough, we didn’t feel safe either! Deadbolt didn’t function and a chain was so flimsy, a child could break it, and having another guest(?) stare at us anytime we were out oft the room didn’t fill us confidence either.

Comforter and towels looked dirty. No counter space in bathroom. Shower did not work. Baseboard heat did not work. Mattress uncomfortable. Pictures online do not represent what rooms look like. We were given a portable heater which helped or option to change rooms but declined moving as it was 9 p.m. at night. Carpet was well worn. Understood why no cars there that night. More like a pay by the week motel, if you know what I mean. Found another hotel the next night.

To begin, a mess outside bc they are refacing and remodeling everything, I assume. The room wasnt taken care of properly b4 had. I cleaned the filter, jet tub, the bathroom floor. Also, did receive anything about the wifi. Was unable to get information via message. The floors were unfinished, the fridge wasn't wiped out or even running.

This hotel was perfect for our needs. We booked it within an hour of arriving. We had our Golden Retriever dog with us, and it cost an extra $20.00 for her, which we thought was reasonable. The hotel was adequate and had a refrigerator in it (which was unplugged when we entered but cooled down quickly once we plugged it in). I would recommend this if you have kids and/or a dog.

I never got a confirmation email and called them 3 day before or scheduled stay on Dec 13th to confirm it. When I got there I was told our reservation was cancelled on December 5th. They couldn’t tell me who cancelled it but offered me another room for more than my original price. We left and booked at a more reputable hotel chain. Never again will I stay at an OYO motel nor recommend them to anyone

This is a motel, not a hotel. Check in took 35 minutes because the front desk is not staffed, you ring a doorbell and someone comes and unlocks the front door for you, it took 25 minutes for the man to WAKE UP and answer the door. Then if you’re going to offer amenities like an alarm lock or mini fridge it’s common sense that the clock is plugged in and the time is set, and the fridge is plugged in and cold for your guests. ALL of our food went bad over night. Check out was also a bad experience. Went to go ring the doorbell and a woman looked around the corner, outside, and took my key card then walked away. There was no polite or friendly interaction with ANY staff member. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This place gave me a very uneasy feeling. My husband and I was going to try to make the best of it, it was only one night. After checking in, we went to our room, we were looking around, found more and more things that were not okay at all. Terrible stains on every blanket/sheet, the smell alone was horrible, I’m not sure the room has ever really been cleaned, all around just not a good place. We do not like complaining and making people feel bad, so my husband very nicely went back in and explained to the worker/owner that we will not be staying, the worker agreed to check us out and give us a full refund because we were only there 5 minutes..never got a refund, they give a full run around..also was told by another person staying that we should stay away from the rooms that are weekly and monthly rentals, someone looking not well at all was trying to contact the police, no one would help her including staff..honestly I wonder if sex trafficking happens here..PLEASE DONT BRING KIDS HERE!! Not a good feeling!! Workers/owners do not care at all!

Hotels.com asked me to review my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately I can't do that because when we arrived, there was no room for us. Even though I'd received all of the confirmation emails and check in information, there was no room under our name or reservation number. And, there were no other rooms available for us. I'm giving everything an average rating because can't rate the hotel as either good or bad. .We used to really like Hotels.com, but since they're recent \"onekey\" merger with Expedia, they and they're customer service have gone way down hill. No phone number to call no way to reach anyone except an AI chat that couldn't help us while we were standing in a hotel parking lot with no where to stay.

I arrived at 10pm the night before the eclipse, only to be told my reservation was canceled 2 weeks before. My hotels app still showed my reservation. After an hour with the app chat, I am told the hotel canceled it due to overbooking. Two weeks prior! After speaking to locals, they suspect tbe hotel canceled to upcharge last minute guests to take advantage of eclipse prices. By the looks of the place and other reviews, I believe that was the reason for canceling. Extremely immoral and unprofessional to cancel on a guest just to charge other people more!

When we got there, they put us in the first room that smell like smoke and moldy, and like the carpet was wet so they moved us to another room and in the morning while I was showering, my daughter flush the toilet and fecal material came up into the shower and also the toilet was leaking all over the floor. It was horrible. I would not recommend staying there at all I was never offered a refund or anything. Just another towel if I wanted to take another shower.

The owner was very nice for check in and provided me an upgrade from my original reservation. This was a very nice gesture. The room was a minimalist approach, it did have a refrigerator and was a suite arrangement. The floors and the bathroom needed a little more attention on cleaning. It was tolerable. The bed was very hard and the A/C unit cycled all night. The second night was better as we used constant fan since it was cooler temperatures. And the bed although still hard was easier to sleep on due to us being exhausted from our daytime adventures.

We were not charged for this inconvenience, which I appreciated. The rooms were musty with an odd smell and in need of renovation. The beds were not incredibly comfortable. It was quiet, and close enough to the National Park we were seeing. We were only there for one night and that was enough for us.

The staff was extremely pleasant and nicely helped us pick an alternative room, since the kitchenette we had reserved several months ago couldn't be used because it had been, according to them, damaged by malicious prior guests. We had been traveling for over five weeks using kitchenettes but we were able to make the adjustment for a few nights. The room we stayed in was very clean and reasonably quiet. We made full use of the microwave, fridge, and freezer (which was a little bigger than in most hotel rooms - an especially good thing in a hotel that has no ice machine) and only slightly missed having a kitchen sink. There was plenty of hot water, and the air conditioner worked well. The bed was comfortable ... oddly, the king mattress was turned sideways, which made it super wide. Though we had paid the new price at check-in, a day later OYO attempted to charge the original cost to our card, probably because the original reservation had not been updated. Fortunately, our credit card company rejected it. This is likely a training issue, but it was an inconvenience that has triggered some follow-up work for us. We stayed at this hotel a number of years ago, and the proprietors have been doing a great job of updating and upgrading over time. It is too bad that guests feel it's okay to destroy other people's property; I hope the hotel is able to restore its kitchenette soon.

The entire facility really needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. We were never visited by any sort of maid. The manager was pleasant and apologetic, but the the entire property was misrepresented. The check in desk area was dirty and crowded. The exterior and interior paint was peeling. The only chair in the room was fabric and badly, freshly stained. There was no phone in the room, you had to go to the office for help (i.e., they gave me no internet connection information at check in). There were limited towels and wash cloths, no hooks in the bathroom, no hangers. When I checked out I had to ring the doorbell at the office because the door was locked. She came to a side window and talked to me through the raised window and screen.

Finally after about a half hour they decided to check me in and let me just tell you....the room was absolutely disgusting. I did not want to touch anything! There was black mold all around the edges of the room, dead bugs on the top of the bed, it smelt damp. The bed frame was built up on this wooden box and the mattress was sunken in the middle. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Loose tiles around the hot tub were very dangerous. They had placed the tiles in the correct positions, but they weren't glued down and shifted when you went to step into the tub. There were five unglued tiles, right where you had to step to get into the hot tub. The reason this room was so expensive was that it had this tub, but it was very unsafe!
