We left early to get out of that place, and am pursuing a full refund for our stay

We have always stayed at this Hampton Inn when traveling to the Seneca Falls area. The complimentary breakfast is a great benefit for those busy-go days. The location is convenient with plenty of parking.

However, we did encounter an issue with our heating system on this visit. It would not turn off. We did not report this to the front desk as we were already settled in. If we had planned to stay longer than the three nights, we definitely would have requested to chance rooms.

We stayed here to go to the It’s a wonderful life” festival in Seneca Falls. The hotel was convenient and clean and very pleasant. They accommodated all our needs and Lisa who kept in constant communication was fabulous with our customer service. The other girl at the front desk always greeted us with a smile and made us feel like family. I would highly recommend it

Our check in was slow , there was only one woman doing her best with a long line . We arrived in our room to find dirty beds , appeared to not have been changed . We had to return to the front desk and an even longer line . Front desk clerk was apologetic and provided a new room but again the long was long and we waited over 20 min . We ended up booking and arriving same day. We were not able to check in early (arrived a little after 12) and were not given any suggestions by the staff as to where to go to kill time (check-in was at 3). The caulk in our shower needs to be replaced and it looked like someone flung and smeared boogers all over the wallpaper in the bathroom. It definitely needed to be cleaned.
The continental breakfast was the same as you would get at any average standard hotel. I actually would suggest going out for breakfast, it wasn't worth the free option. It was appreciated in a pinch, but if you have options, seek options.

Seems like a newer hotel and has modern amenities including a nice sitting area and multiple spots to plug in electronic devices for work, etc. Breakfast included and has a lot of options, so you’ll likely find what you’re looking for! There is a small sized fitness center but it has everything you need, including a Peloton bike, and is next to an indoor pool. Check in and check out were both smooth and pleasant experiences!

Perfect for our needs.

Great room, staff friendly, quiet, comfortable beds- A/C worked great. Was a great location for an Ironman race in Geneva- about 10 min away. I love that could pick a room from “map”. We had a disability room (hearing impaired) and it was huge. Perfect for all of our gear and allowed us to eat healthy in the room.

Ant infestation

As a HH Gold Member I’ve stayed at many properties and was shocked by my experience at this hotel. We checked in around 9pm after a wedding and left some food on the desk area while we went to sleep. When we woke up at 7:30am, the desk was covered with ants. I had to use a towel to clear the desk. Moved the food to the bathroom trash can, about 90 mins later I returned to the bathroom and the trash can was covered with ants and they were crawling up the walls. The bathroom floor was sticky upon check-in. No way I’d walk around the room in bare feet. I did make the front desk aware, twice. I would not stay here again.

Anytime my wife and I travel we stay at a Hampton they've always been clean the staff is courteous ,helpful and the breakfast buffet is great. We stayed in an “ accessible” room due to having an elderly family member and being concerned about confusion and potential falls.
It was perfect - spacious, clean and quiet.
She had no issues. We appreciated the night lights in the bathroom.

Very good hotel experience!

We had a very good experience from check-in with Simone at reception to free shuttle to Del Largo resort with Kenny. We found our hotel room clean and quiet with friendly, helpful efficient staff everywhere. This hotel is also in the Hilton Honors chain and qualifies for Honor Club stay points. Would definitely stay there again when in the NYS Finger Lakes area and would recommend to others. Conveniently located to Del Largo Resort, wineries, outlet mall and historic town of Seneca Falls.

It was nice that the hotel has a shuttle to Del Lago so you can enjoy yourself and not have to drive or find parking. They come and go on a regular schedule. Staff was friendly and responsive to the fact the ladies room restroom would not flush. Girl went right away and took care of. Had a quick overnight. Selected due to rating. Hotel was fine. Needs a deep clean. One stray hair in a shower might be OK. 3 tells me that cleanliness is not a top priority. Bed was comfy. Desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall our stay was great. However the last night we were there the guests above us were disruptive and the child I'm assuming was running around and banging between 11pm-2am. I called the desk multiple times to see if they could do something and no one answered.

Ill be staying with Hampton Inn again!

Great Hilton property. The room was very clean and very esthetically pleasing! Light flitering blinds, the oh so comfortable bed was excellent so we slept very well. Loved the breakfast buffet and seating area. Cozy and warm and inviting.

The lady when we arrived she was nice n polite, until it was our turn. I was told that my credit card did not go thru so do I have another form or payment. the card was to hold the room not pay for it. The front desk clerk never engaged with us or nothing like the rest of the guest. It was like we were a bother to her to check us in. To be honsent we felt like she did not want to wait on us because of our race. Sorry to say it that way.
