The property is well maintained and all of the staff there are absolutely awesome. They treat you like family and call you by name after just meeting you once. I don't know how they do that with so many guests on the property but they do. This was our 2nd time to Fiji. Mainly because we love the people there. This is a resort that caters to all so there are children around but they have an adults only pool and restaurant at the Fish Bar and it was great!
I usually go to different resorts each year but Momi Bay is nice enough that I will probably revisit it at some point in the future. I highly recommend this Marriott!

Beautiful room with view of lagoon & ocean - soaking tub & shower plus full amenities in bathroom. Nice furnishings for balcony use + plus handy wood drying rack for bathers. Very comfy bed and linens. Variety of dining areas. Excellent Spa staff for Relaxing Massage. Various pools all with excellent bar service. An Infinity Pool with perfect proportions and excellent view near the ala carte Fish Bar restaurant. Romantic cabana dinner night was exceptional with multi course, wine-paired menu & sunset view to starlit night. A list of welcoming, helpful and friendly staff who felt like friends. Like Rusila, Kelly, Apisalome, Suna and Lucia at reception. Highly recommend!!!

The room was a King size, huge with balcony overlooking the lagoon. Clean and quiet room 8003 ground floor level. Lots of food selection for breakfast buffet included in price and choice of one lunch and dinner main. Bathroom with shower and lots of amenities but need more hooks to hang towels. And suitcase storage racks in the room. 2 Umbrellas in the wardrobe for rain/sun. So glad it was a/c as it was so humid. Unfortunately such a long wait for check-in at 3pm when the plane arrived at 545am after a midnight flight from L.A. thankfully was able to change in a public bathroom and enjoy included lunch, a delightful unexpected welcome cold drink and beautiful shell necklace. ALL Staff outstanding and so helpful and polite even the general manager came and had a chat with us at dinner. Thanks to Thomas, Mr. T for taking our picture on the swing! I got sunburnt laying under an umbrella in the pool area, was enjoying the breeze, don't think they are UV and it would be great if some of the pool areas had a shade cloth covering. Food excellent at Goji and Fish Bar. The hotel is around an hours drive away from the airport.

The food was super good, I’d stay away from the lagoon house unless for pizza. The buffet for breakfast was awesome at Goji. Boo boo hands down has the best for. Thank you so much to the following staff members for being super amazing and feel like family. Jack and Simi at lagoon lounge, Ratu and Serafina at the towel stations. Friendly staff, but service tended to be slow. The room was not thoroughly cleaned upon check-in: the bathroom needed attention, and areas under the bed and in the corners were quite dusty and dirty. That said, the resort provided good value and we had an enjoyable stay despite the housekeeping shortcomings.

What friendly staff! Always a Bula for greeting. From the housekeepers, to the groundskeepers, everyone was so friendly and willing to help where needed. The property and our room was just gorgeous. We really felt spoiled! Would not hesitate at all to go back! Only downside is the resort is a bit far from anything so we needed to plan our meals carefully as there are no other places to eat near the resort.

The resort is nice, but it's pretty far from town. The staff at the restaurant are friendly, but the check-in staff are not very courteous. They didn't offer us any drinks when we arrived. They aren't very accommodating. I don't feel like I was taken care of like at other 5-star resorts I've stayed at in the past.

It was a nice stay at a beautiful property. But I do not recommend all inclusive package, they treated us like we were a second class citizen with restricted menus for food and drinks. We felt mislead by the hotel about the all inclusive package. It was the biggest disappointment for the stay. Plus I encountered some unpleasant interaction with staffs who were rude but they personally apologized to me. Overall, it was a good stay.

The Fijian staff are second to none when it comes to being friendly and hospitable. The duplex room was so comfortable,spacious and clean. Being able to walk out into the sand and swim in the lagoon was pure magic. We were there as a group celebrating my daughter’s 40th and they made it very special.

I would highly recommend holidaying here and would love to return. You can be as laid back or as adventurous as you like .

The large scale of the resort makes it feel like it’s not busy at all. Private beach with our duplex unit is the best. Super clean and newer unit makes it more enjoyable. The Fish house and Lagoon restaurants seem the best food for price. Snorkelling trip right from resort with Eddie was excellent. 3 hrs which is perfect. The 5-6 hour tours are a bit too long.
We plan to come back next year.

I stayed at Marriott Momi Bay for five days to celebrate my birthday with friends, and it truly exceeded every expectation. The resort is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds, incredible ocean views, and a luxurious, peaceful atmosphere throughout. Dining was excellent, especially Gogi for breakfast and Lagoon House and Fish Bar for dinner.

What really made this stay unforgettable was the staff. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuine. From Lusia at check-in to the porters, spa team, and restaurant staff, the service felt thoughtful and personal. Being remembered by name and celebrated all day for my birthday was incredibly special.

A huge thank you to Vikrant, also known as Vicky, the best concierge I have ever worked with. He reached out weeks before my arrival, anticipated every detail, and made sure my birthday trip was seamless. His care and attention truly elevated the entire experience.

Thank you to the entire Marriott Momi Bay team for such a memorable celebration. I will absolutely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and personalized stay in Fiji.

The only thing that I wish was different is continuous kids club hours ...the 9am - 12pm and then 2pm - 5pm made my wife and I feel a bit rushed whenever the kids were at kids club. We'd hoped for a little more alone time. Nevertheless, the stay is exceptional and I would love to go back again!

My husband and I had the most amazing honeymoon spent at Momi Bay! The resort had everything we could hope for a more, lots of places to relax and unwind while also plenty of dinner spots, water activities and tourist assistance for off property exploration. The room/food/staff was all a 10/10. A little piece of heaven that we’ll look back on forever! We cannot recommend enough, if you’re thinking about booking here-do it!!

The room and the hoitel grounds were great. Service was great from sekect few - shout out to Save, Mila, Bola & Sera. The food was pretty good but the rtesort was not 5 stars. There is no great place to swim in the ocean. We paid for all inclusive but there is so many restrictions and most staff did not know what was included and not included so we had to fight over charges at the end of the stay. Highly disappointed with this place. Too far from the airport. No shuttle or attempt to organize one through them. Not worth the money.

By looking at all the photos and videos on Instagram this place look fantastic, but we are very disappointed the lack of friendliness of the staff greeting you when you walk past every day the pool was very disappointing The lagoon was not very clean. The nightlife not much to do.

Disappointing stay - not being allowed to use the snorkel/fins or any non motorized sport equipment during our 3 day stay just unacceptable. Was told snorkels were only for organized hotel tours (?) and was told it was too windy to use the other equipment. There was barely any wind. The equipment just sits there unused. Inexplicable. Shortened hours. Staff just calling it in, no motivation for customer service, and there is no recourse other than these reviews - you are just stuck there having paid thousands of dollars for subpar experience, false advertising. Facilities great, experience disappointing ultimately due to staff. A big smile and “Bula” does not hide the true indifference staff have for facilitating guest experiences. Truth.

First of all, we are extremely satisfied with the hotel’s service.
1.Drinking water and ice are available everywhere, which made our stay very comfortable.
2.Although the food is not prepared very quickly, it is absolutely delicious — you can really feel the care and effort put into it.
3.The Wi-Fi is very stable and reliable, perfectly meeting our needs.
4.The gym is very comfortable. Ice towels, free apples, and drinks made us feel very well taken care of.
5.The gym also provides tennis rackets and balls, as well as access to tennis courts, basketball courts, and football facilities — this is truly thoughtful and impressive.
6.The beach, sea water, and swimming pools are all top-class — beautiful and very satisfying.
7.The staff are extremely friendly and proactively greet guests, which is something not easy to find in many places.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and were very impressed.

Hotel visually was nice - setting and picturesque, but location was remote and far from anything else - recommend for a short stay, we did seriously consider checking out early after 3 days and forfeiting paid nights. Service overall was average. Housekeeping was bad - hard to tell if they’d been some days. They turned the same dirty cups and glasses over unwashed 3 days in a row & we were lucky to get refreshed coffee or toiletries. Food was expensive (top Sydney prices for poor pub quality) and very average, and service (pool bars, restaurants etc) sub-par. Highlightee why Asia and Australia are far better short holiday destinations - both in terms of quality and value.

We had an incredible stay at the Marriott Resort in Moni Bay, Fiji. The staff were kind and attentive, and the rooms were spotless thanks to the excellent housekeeping team. The resort grounds were beautiful and immaculately maintained, with plenty of peaceful spaces to relax. Amenities were never overcrowded, and the food was consistently delicious with a great variety.

Overall, our stay exceeded expectations and left us feeling refreshed and well cared for. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing and memorable getaway.

There were a few disappointing moments. We experienced poor service at the Woi Woi Restaurant during lunch, where we waited without menus or assistance despite the restaurant being empty. We also encountered an unexpected double charge for a private birthday dinner at checkout, though this was promptly resolved by a manager.

We would like to especially acknowledge General Manager Silvano for his exceptional personal attention and warm presence, which truly made us feel valued.
