Nice and clean room. Hotel is situated in a perfect place (very central and on a nice, mostly pedestrian street). Staff were professional and friendly. I also liked the decor in the lobby and the rooms. It was not the usual stuffy and boring kind one usually finds in upscale (yet boring) hotels. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

Very good location steps from Liberty Square. Many restaurants nearby. Can walk to main attractions in the city. Room is very functional and comfortable. Everything works. Services at front desk is top notch. The onsite restaurant is also worthy of a visit. Highly recommended.

Ibis never disappoints for shorter stays. Or budget traveling. Clean. Comfortable. And well situated. Right off of liberty Square. I appreciated that the restaurant within the hotel stayed open to 1 AM. Though there is some false advertising. It says that they offer a 24 hour airport shuttle, but this is in fact, not true at all. There is no shuttle offered-at all! I specifically chose this hotel my last night in Tbilisi but I had to use bolt anyways. Update your listing to be transparent

I liked the property overall. Two suggestions: put something on the floor of the showers to prevent falls, as the tile is extremely slippery. Second, have fans available for the rooms when heat is the only option (as it was in the case of my stay); it was too hot to sleep!

A great choice for travelers who want to explore Tbilisi easily. The hotel is centrally located, close to public transport and just a short walk from the Old City. The rooms are small and strangely decorated. A good shower though. Balcony view was of trees. The climate control system was always on hot and would not change, no matter what the setting. The only way to make the comfortable was to open the window.

Internet was ok most of the time but of the 38 tv channels, only 12 were accessible.

There are lots of restaurants close by which is good.

It’s a good location but a bit pricey for what is there.

We arrived at the reception desk at 6am, there was an overweight guy that informed me that he cannot accommodate us, even though i have asked previously the hotel if I come at 6 they can accommodate us and half the price. He then suggested that I go to IOTA hotel.
Next days we check in, our room is on the 4th floor, sewage smell all over the floor and the room. My wife threw up twice. We went to reception and they stated that it was fixed. But the smell was still there.

The location of the hotel is perfect, tucked just 30 seconds away from the Freedom square which makes it quiet but very central and walking distance to all the attractions. The rooms are very very spacious especially for a standard room, very clean and it has a safe and fridge and kettle too plus there is a free water dispenser at every floor plus free different coffee types refills bean to cup in the lobby. I know some people complaining about the open concept of having the water basin in the room and separate shower room and separate toilet but didn't bother us as a couple. I guess if you are comfortable enough to share a room with your fellow traveler then you should be able to accept having the basin in the room in my opinion. Staff is friendly and helpful and everyone speaks English everywhere.

We were staying in room 702. Our check-in was smooth, the staff were welcoming and nice.
During our stay, we weren’t lacking anything. The room was a great size for two of us, the bathroom was clean and the shower/water pressure was good too.
This room featured a huge balcony with fantastic views of the square and cityscape.
We were able to hangout in the Rum bar after returning back on our last day and that too was a nice place.
Thanks for a great stay, I will be recommending this Ibis to anyone who visits Tbilisi!

Staff unable to solve a simple problem and kept dragging and delaying a situation that should have taken 5-10 minutes to solve. Maybe I am used to USA where customer service, employee initiative and empowerment is valued. Employees at this hotel were unable to take ownership of a straight forward problem (to change my reservations from 20-20 to 18-20, when plenty of rooms were available according to their own word. Besides this inability to solve this simple problem, the hotel is not to my taste. It seems it was designed by kindergarten children, making the room more suitable for children. I also found simple things as enough hangers, place to hang towels, unable to move desk chair due to lack of space. So after getting thoroughly frustrated at hotel inability to change dates, we moved out to cheaper hotel at 1/3 the cost and never felt inconvenienced at our new, cheaper hotel. Ended up losing all our money, since we had to depart sooner

Nice hotel and clean room. Helpful and kind staff. Walking distance to Freedom square and few other places of interest and sightseeing options in Tbilisi. Heaps of restaurants and cafes literally right on the doorstep of the hotel. However, the bed was pretty small and may get noisy as it’s a busy street.

I arrived at the hotel early morning with my wife. Front desk taff, Ketevan and Luka was so nice and allow us to breakfast buffet. We have a full day tour, so Ketevan willing to hold my luggages until coming back from day tour. We stayed 4 nights. Only problem was that room was so cold because hotel doesn't provide heater until 3rd day.

Modern building in the city center

The location of the hotel is perfect, just one minute from freedom square. Although it is central, the hotel is quite quiet and has good insulation. There is absolutely no noise from the side and upper rooms. The hotel building is new and cleanliness was very good. The breakfast is above average, but I can't say it's great. The staff was also very friendly and attentive. It got full marks from me and I recommend it to everyone for Tbilisi accommodation.

Otelin konumu mükemmel, özgürlük meydanına 1 dakika. Merkezi olmasına rağmen oldukça otel sessiz ve izolasyonu iyi. Yan ve üst odadankesinlikle gürültü gelmiyor. Otelin binası yeni ve temizlik çok iyiydi. Kahvaltısı ortalamanın üzerinde ama harika olduğunu söyleyemem. Otelde en sevdiğim şeylerden birisi de klozetlerde “taharet musluğu” olmasıydı, sırf bu yüzden bile tercih sebebi olabilir. Personel de gayet güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Benden tam puan aldı ve Tiflis konaklaması için herkese tavsiye ederim.

Great value for money hotel in prime location!

Great location and excellent value for money considering you are literally right in the middle of Liberty Square, albeit a half block off of it. Wonderful rooftop restaurant and bar. Easy to get around with taxis anywhere you need to get to that you cannot walk to. Great hotel. Nice, quiet and safe with tons to do in walking distance all around it. Would stay here again!

I love the Rum Roof restaurant for its food and its views of Tbilisi. It's also suitable for meetings and working; but so too is the room because it was quiet and comfortable. I was on the 7th floor with views of Liberty Square, the city, and the hills.

The hotel is brilliantly situated by Freedom Square and the bus from the airport stops 500m away. The staff are helpful, the decor bright and the proper coffee always on offer in the lobby a welcome presence. I will certainly return. The rooms are bright and well set out. They are just beginning to show their age. My bedroom chair in 306 had a broken arm rest which had been covered with sacking rather than replaced and was actually quite dangerous.

A super hotel just off Freedom Square, close to Rustavelli and the Old Town. The staff are so helpful and kind. I loved the complimentary water, tea and coffee in the lobby when you return. Breakfast is very good also. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel design is charmingly whimsical. Cartoon sheep lead the parade. The lobby even has a kids' area. Breakfast was fine; staff was courteous and helpful. The bed was unusually comfortable.
The hotel is a stone's throw distant from Freedom Square; he major museums ands the Old City are all walkable.

Fantastic hotel with very nice rooms and great staff. The only downside was the noise from the bar next door, but in such a great central location you have to expect some noise! Tbilisi is a beautiful city and this hotel is a great place to stay to see it.

Beautiful facility. All staff I interacted with were friendly. Breakfast was good. I did make an assumption when I read “laundry” and I thought there would be a machine I could access. My son and I are on two week journey with minimal luggage and washing clothes as needed. We had some clothing washed and the service was excellent but kind of expensive. We did some washing in the sink which was complicated because the sink has no stopper, an inverted drinking glass does the trick.

Anyway, love this place. And a lot of things just a short walk away.

Really nice hotel. Bar and breakfast very good and staff were helpful.

Only have two complaints - one I thought the transfer was a lot. Yandax cost me $10 but with the hotel it was $35.

Other issue is I didn’t sleep well. The air con doesn’t work and is set on a constant heat coming out which I found too hot. The bar next door also played loud music (booming loud) until 2am on a Sunday night.

Lovely hotel in the centre of the town

The hotel is very new and clean, excellent and courteous staff, centre of the town, old Tbilisi.
The breakfast is sumptuous and even has slight variation everyday. We there is something for everyone, the vitamin booster and home made yogurt were awesome, so were the hot food spread with a mix of local and international.
The reception staff were very attentive, highly recommend staying here.
