This is a good value apartment hotel in a fantastic location. Having kitchen facilities and washing machine options makes it suitable if you want more than just a room.
My room was fine except an air conditioning unit on a higher floor dripped loudly to the ground every second or two, the drops crashing down all day and night like water torture. I had to keep my window shut all night. The air con kept turning itself off, so this was an issue. The drip from hell needs to be addressed.
Apart from that, all was good. But why is the entrance drive so poorly labelled and so scary at night? Surely a few welcoming lights and signs wouldn’t be impossible?

This apartment hotel is actually located inside an arch door entrance way next to another boutique hotel. Once I found it, everything about the property is as reviewed by other guests: clean, spacious, quiet, comfy bed, nice shower pressure. Good value. I would stay there again.

Good location, though the hotel is a bit tucked away in the back of a building. The rooms are clean and spacious, which was a plus. However, the bathroom felt outdated, and the carpet in the hallways is old and worn. Overall, it was an okay stay—decent value for the location.

Excellent value for money. Right on the doorstep of Liberty square. Walking distance to quite a few sightseeing, dining and shopping options. Room was itself spacious and clean with a sitting area. Staff were kind and helpful. However, it can be a little tricky to find the hotel as it’s in an hidden alley with no clear signage on the Main Street. I had to call them to get directions and the staff were super helpful in guiding me through. Bathroom seemed like it could use a renovation.

Very hard to find, especially at night. Make a yellow brick road or lighted signs to mark the path to the hotel. Clean the graffiti around the hotel.

A gem

The hotel is centrally located though quiet, nice reception staff, and room size is perfect for a family. The breakfast is ok, lots of choices but not many hot dishes. The beds are not comfortable. The kitchenette is useful and good.

Аn excellent modern aparthotel with beautiful interior design. The front desk staff speaks English and is very hospitable. The only downside is that the carpets and curtains in the corridors need cleaning and treatment with an ozone machine for freshness. There's a lack of signage on the outside, as the hotel entrance is under an archway. The taxi couldn't find the hotel by its address, and I only managed to find the entrance with the help of staff from a neighboring hotel. The kitchenette is fully equipped with all necessary items, and the room has an iron, ironing board, safe, and other essentials for a comfortable stay.

I would greatly recommend this property, especially if it's your first visit to the country.

Very central. Always good to have an equipped kitchen when you want it. Remember you have to go through a covered alleyway to get to the hotel.

It was convenient getting places and there was a washing machine and drier but one of the receptionists asked for an unusual amount of money to use the machines for doing a laundry. It was strange but the property was clean and the staff was generally helpful.

I like this hotel for safety. I like to stay near the government buildings for security purposes.
The security staff of the Citadine Hotel near the international building are very vigilent and always looking!!!!!!!!!
Security officer David; is very vigilent along with his partner Labo.
If you are looking for a safe secure stay in Tbilisi this is it!

The Citadine Apart Hotel is hidden away behind the Marriott. And next to important government buildings.
The security is outstanding, very friendly and always on guard 24/7. It is the real deal, you will be safe in this hotel!

The hotel is accessed through an archway just beside the Courtyard by Marriott so it is in an excellent location but still very quiet as it’s off the main square. Staff were very friendly, organise our taxi from and back to the airport. The room was fine with a very comfortable bed. We would definitely recommend the property.

Overall was great, the room is fully equipped with kitchenette. Room is spacious enough and clean. Landry room is handy enough with reasonable price. The hotel is nestled in quiet alley which is great and away from smoky street. Located near Galleria mall, supermaket, carrefour across the street. You can smoke in front of the hotel.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Thank you housekeeping team.

Only downside was the security guard (name start with L, you can dm us for the name) that was helping us with the luggage. We know that the hotel is self-service and hotel don't have bellboy that is why we've tried to do by ourselves but the security guy was insisted to do so. Upon the delivery we gave him a tip as to thank him, but it turns out that he was not satisfied. He unfold the money then look at it and complain that it is too little. And said he is secutiy guard not a bellboy. Really?.(we gave him as much as the cost of taxi from hotel to East-point/or normal service charge) If he want to do it for a tip then it is better that he stand still.

Other than that everything was really great. Recommended.

Lovely staff. Lovely location. Reasonable price. Don't expect viewes from your room as the hotel is located behind other buildings. Rooms on the highest floor could give you a bit of city and mountain views. Still good value for money.

New building, clean, friendly people at the reception area. Great location near everything , but quiet. It is a little tricky to find the building itself: you have to get through the arch that is not nice looking, but when you pass it (just 10-15 steps later) you will be in front of the modern building. I will definitely stay there if I come to Tbilisi again.

This is THE place to stay if you want to explore all the highlights in Tbilisi. Sparking clean, efficient and friendly staff, storage for luggage, and most of all, central location right smack in the middle of Freedom Square. Can't ask for anything better. We will be back!!
