Overall the stay was very good and the hotel meets my expectations.
The lobby and breakfast area are wonderful!
Room is well equipped.
Bathroom is ok, but the shower is tricky - water flows all over the bathroom's floor. And you can't fix this, it's a constructional problem.
One day they took the bathrobes and haven't renewed them. No problem, but they left the robe belt))

AC is not Turned on during non Summer periods

Hotel’s location is excellent. Lobby is great but rooms are a little small and cramp. Nevertheless, having smaller rooms are ok but having no ac is not good as we were only informed that ac are only turned on during summer months. As a result, the room can be very stuffy as there is a lack of air circulation. Even when we open the window, it takes a very long time for air circulation to come in. Moreover, if we open the windows and close the curtains, there is no air circulation. And if we open the windows and leave the curtains open, there is a lack of privacy. Anyway, mainly because of the lack of ac unit during non summer months, I will certainly not stay in this hotel anymore. The hotel should at leave leave a note on it’s website and in the hotel booking websites to alert guests that ac is turned off during non summer periods. For many guest from Asia, ac us very important as it also provides air circulation.

It was a wonderful experience in this beautiful hotel. Great location, design, service. Very attentive staff always ready to help, speaking multiple languages. The cafe downstairs and the restaurant upstairs have great food and it was a pleasure to spend time in. The design of the inner garden is unique and peaceful. Will definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and hopefully even will come back myself :)

Good location. Superb decor but standard room is really tiny, No space to open your suitcases if you are more than one person, had to block the entrance door and watch not to step into it. Breakfast was a joke. Understaffed! Limited drink choices. You had to pay extra for cappuccino or tea other than black or green. I guess one would expect more from 4 star hotel. I’m glad we only stayed 1 night.

I've stayed in many hotels in Tbilisi over the years and this was one of the best experiences. Great location, nice room, good modern design. My only negative comment is that there is so much beautiful fruit in Georgia at this time of year, so why not offer it to guests for breakfast? Breakfast with croissants and eggs was a bit generic European and disappointing.

Decent hotel, steps away from freedom square
Staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant had good food.
Only issue I had was that my room was pretty warm (26 degrees as per the in-room thermostat)
When i tried to turn the air conditioning on, it didjt seem to work. I called the reception and they quickly sent someone but to my surprise, I was told that they disable the AC this time of the year. This was early May. Wasnt particularly hot outside but room felt balmy. I am not sure if this is the norm in this part of the world, but that was a little surprising to me considering this is a 4 star hotel.
Other than that, no other issues.

Good interiors. My room was compact but not suffocating. The design of the room was made with taste and they have given good attention to small details. Friendly staff and good restaurant. I would prefer to stay again when I visit Tbilisi in future.

Very clean property. Yet in the evening at 0100, still very noisy outside. I stayed on the forth floor, can still hear very well for the movement upstairs on the fifth floor (which is a restaurant area) and also late night band sound music.

Staff are extremely helpful with wonderful breakfast.

My favorite Tblisi hotel

I've stayed in three different hotels in Tblisi. This was the best for me. Location was excellent, close to the core, but in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants nearby. Interior was really lovely, terrace bar and main floor breakfast.

I like the minimalistic and modernism of this hotel. The quality of furnishings was evident. Any rooftop bar/restaurant is always a huge plus. (We didn't eat the food; just drank the wine and cocktails)

New brand Hotel with unique location in the center of Tbilisi, staff still need more experience specially housekeeping. On the other hand hotel facilities are very goos design and well maintained.

Heaters were over hot flow in the hotel during winter season.

Note: my credit card has been used in fraud operations after few hours since checking out from the hotel, I’m not sure if someone from hotel uses my credit card authorization illegally or stolen from somewhere eles in Tbilisi stores.

Short stay in Old Tbilisi

Nice, modern and stylish hotel close to the cozy streets of Old Tbilisi. The standard rooms are rather small, so if you are sharing with someone I suggest you book a higher category.
The hotel has a very nice ‘Japanese garden’ style restaurant - we had breakfast there and it was pleasant (the usual hotel buffet style). The staff are very nice and polite, great service overall.

Very nice hotel and very secure. Close to everything in Tbilisi centre. WiFi good and better TV channels than other hotels. Breakfast only starts at 8am and there is no fresh Georgian bread. What is there is generally dry. Espresso coffee extra charge.

Excellent location. You are in the middle of the old part of Tbilisi, close to attractions and subway. Many restaurants and cafes around. Hotel is modern, elegant and staff is friendly. Rooms are a bit small but didn't bother us. Rooms overlooking the terrace and vertical garden is really peaceful. We also tried their food at the restaurant and it was delicious. I would recommend Iota Hotel for anyone staying in Tbilisi.
