Perfect apartment for few days base for exploring Athens. Clean, good facilties, comfortable bed. I was working while there and wifi v good. Quiet safe building. Just round corner from ample cafes and bakeries etc. V easy walk to Kolanaki area and elsewhere. I didnt use transport at all, all walkable. Would stay again.

This room was very accommodating. The kitchen was clean and was stocked with everything you’d need including glasses, plate, bowls, everything that you need! Only thing is that it did not have a microwave. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean, spacious and instructions are clear for hot water. The doors have great safety measure around 7 locks for protection that automatically close shut.

The location is very convenient 15-20 min walk from Plaza, Monastiraki, Acropolis sites, great food everywhere in that area, also brunch spots, souvenir spots, nail salons €15 !! Lots of things nearby to do. Loved the stay and the location.

Also communication with the host was easy and was quick with responding to any questions. They kept up to date checked in, making the experience more comfortable.

room was great, the neighbourhood was really good (bourgeois trendy with outstanding restaurants but feels like an Athens neighbourhood, not a tourist neighbourhood), and Evans was super responsive. The locks are number key which wasn't a problem (you may have to key it in a couple of times) and the shower worked fine. No complaints, and would definitely stay there again.

Clean room spacious living area, good location close to many sights. Walking distance to Mt Lycabettus and metro 5-10 mins walk.
Lots of cafes and bars in surrounding areas, recommend the restaurant Yoda for all day dining, good prices and lovely decor.
Evans our host was great always attentive and available for questions and any help needed.
The apartment had everything you would need for a home away from home; fridge kettle cooker/oven. All fitting and fixtures were clean and looked fresh.
Some coffee/tea is provided but would suggest packing your own tea/coffee as difficult to find a store close by that doesn't charge a fortune for a jar of coffee! Or alternatively just jump out across the street to grab a coffee from Enuff Said.
The heating for the shower was not too much of an issue...push the button and by the time you gathered you toiletries and clothes, brushed your teeth etc it would be hot enough for a shower.
The windows have black out shutters, but can also be opened to let in the fresh air which was nice. The street is quiet so no sleep disturbance.
All in all a great place to stay for a visit to Athens.

The place is well located, has been recently renovated and has everything ones need. The communication was good as well.
However, my experience was not perfect.
Some of the instructions were confusing, e.g that the door is 6.0 while the sign on the wall says 6.1 or that the boiler button is on the electricity board, but no hint that the board is hidden in the wardrobe. It's a shame because these are all simple things to sort and are simply making a bad first impression.
Apart from that, there was a very annoying system to open the door. I had to put the code in some of the time 5 times before the door would open. I raised the problem but been told \"this is how it works\" which is not a great reply. It also didn't feel secure that the door to the balcony was not secured.
Other small issues were a lack of bed light and the fact that there were only blinds on the windows, meaning you are either in the dark or all the neighbours see you.
It would have been nice as well if there were some extra towels, toilet papar etc when someone is staying a whole week.
Bottom line, it's a nice place to stay, but some basic adjustments will turn it into excellent and will justify paying the extra cost.

Our little apartment was very clean. The bed did not disappoint, it was very comfortable. The kitchen had enough for one to cook if they wanted to. The view was amazing and it was nice not to have to share the balcony. It is located is a busy area the noise didn't really bother us much but it might for others.

We got a nice apartment on the fifth floor with city view. The area was quiet and with some restaurants and mini markets at walking distance. It is a little bit far from the city center so you will need to take a taxi to visit the most popular areas in Athens. Overall we had a good experience except for the issue with the elevator that did not work during our entire stay and the apartment had a plumbing issue with the bathroom sink that we reported but was not fixed.

Location was perfect - walkable distance from most things. Quiet neighborhood and the on property laundry was a complete bonus. Both the airport and cruise terminal are both about 40-mins away and were not very expense. This property is highly recommend.

This hotel was honestly amazing! Free laundry, nice gym, walking distance to everything, less than a block to the coffee shop in the AM, great gyros place a few min away, right above a great gelato place for dessert - zero hesitations rebooking/recommending to others. This is the perfect location to enhance your visit to Athens. It is small and cozy, has laundry facilities at no charge. It would be nice to know you need coffee pods and there is no microwave. It would be wonderful to have a small sauce pan to make soup. The bed was clean and comfortable. We travel around the world and this would be highly recommended. Great communication.

Convenient location a bit outside the busy areas but still with available local food options. Property was clean and well equipped. Modern and renovated. Great air conditioning units, decent gym and laundry machine which we used. Fridge was a good size and kitchen with bowls and flatware were available. Could have used a few more hooks on the walls for convenience but not a big deal. In room iron and safe were helpful. The door to the apartments have iron clad locks so we felt safe through out the night. The room was very quiet so we slept soundly. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. There is a nice ice cream shop downstairs and some local eateries behind the building. There is also a local supermarket one block over which made it super convenient to buy drinks, instant coffee, milk and fruit. A nice residential area to explore. We would stay here again.

The appointment was very clean and walking distance from restaurants and things to do. I wish we had someone in person to talk to instead of chatting. We also wanted more towels and you have to pay for that so we were disappointed about that and no one cleans or takes out the garbage while you’re staying there either. We did request transportation and they took care of that with no issues.

Note that this is not a hotel, cleanings and linen changes are an extra fee. I don't feel that was clear at all in the discription before I booked. It's more of an extended stay type property.

However, the room was clean when I checked in, safe, and the staff are very helpful! Location is good - lots of food and cafes around. A bit of a walk to the Acropolis, but not bad!

The apartment was awesome! It was modern, clean, spacious and well appointed. Marina the host representative was incredibly responsive and friendly. The location was great, 15 min walk from Santagma square. It was a quiet residential neighborhood off the beaten path. Some of the rooms had balconies. Mine didn’t but had two large windows which was great. Highly recommend this property. Next time I’m in Athens it will be my pick! Thank you Marina.

We booked this property back in June based on the reviews. AMAZING LOCATION, gelato shop next door . The neighborhood is about 15-25 minutes walking to Plaka, Syntagma, Montsaraki. So great to see lots of Athens.

The apartments were centrally located, modern and well appointed. Our electronic door panel did not work so we had to use a key from the lock box. At first it was slightly inconvenient but we got use to it and the key was fun.

Overall great stay and would do again but with a bigger 1 bedroom or suite.

We were very happy with our stay! Marina was responsive since our booking months ago and everything went smoothly. Entry to the property was easy given the instructions and the cleaning staff we encountered were friendly and kind despite our arriving slightly before the official check in time. Quiet area , close to amenities and transportation. Easily walkable to all sights. Liked the Red Sparrow coffee shop which opened at 6 am. Apartment was stocked with tea/coffee (lovely after a long , hot day of sightseeing). Appreciated the shampoo/shower gel and hair dryer 😊. Would definitely recommend to others!

Also great communication with a agent from a get go. Easily arranged airport transfer both ways with friendly and helpful taxi driver. A terrific apartment for the three of us and located in a good position to explore the city. We used one of the bus tours to explore the city for two days and the apartment was a short distance to walk to/from the Bus Stop at the National Library of Greece. Highly recommended.

Our stay at My Greek Vacations City Apartments was very nice. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was very welcome with temperatures above 33 C, and the staff were very helpful.

Overall, we would stay here again if staying in Athens.

Almost all of Athens has a lot of graffiti, which some call wall art. It unfortunately takes away from the beauty of the city and its friendly people.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was well supplied for basic meals and had enough space to spread out. The balcony was a perfect place to sip a coffee before the day started. While most of the tourist locations were a solid 25-30 minute walk, there was a grocery store and plenty of dining options in the immediate area.

We stayed in the location twice. Once before our cruise and once after we got off. The apartment was clean and nice. There were several places to eat around the apartment, as well as a market not far. The metro entrance was around a mile walk, to get to. They had a closet you could store your luggage in, if you arrived before check in, which was very helpful. We highly recommend Araxo ice cream right outside of the apartment entrance. They had wonderful ice cream. Overall, we would stay here again.

It was very clean. Water pressure in shower was great. Directions clear on how to turn on water heater. Laundry was free which was very nice, we washed our own towels no problem. Drying took a little longer, but we put the towels on the porch area they definitely will be dry quickly. We had room G.0, which was quiet for the most part other than a little noise in the hall no big deal there. There was a very strong musty/moldy smell from bathroom that Marina replied to and took care of VERY quickly no questions asked. We left the bathroom window cracked which helped and kept the bathroom door closed. Would recommend and stay again! Location was close to lots of things, if you're walking maybe 20 minute walk. Never felt unsafe. Ice cream place next door was very nice as well! :-)

Great first experience of Athens and pleasant stay at the apartment. It was clean modern and ideal for a few nights in the city. The location was perfect for walking to bars restaurants and the main tourist attractions.
The apartment is very secure and despite being central, we weren’t disturbed by external noise.
We stayed on the fifth floor and had a really spacious balcony. I only gave 4 for comfort as there were two chairs and a small table but to make the most of such a great space and the views we felt the balcony area could’ve done with a larger table and chairs for alfresco dining or some loungers to relax on otherwise everything was perfect.
There were also facilities for storing luggage which was ideal if you have a later flight but want to make the most of the day without taking it all with you.
Marina our host was really friendly and responsive to our queries.
Overall great stay, thank you so much Marina.

Loved the lay out and space! It was clean and the gym was pretty good! The property management was great to stay in touch. The only possibly downside was the neighborhood was a little less than desirable but that was made up by the gelato shop next door!

Although there were a few minor details that looked like they were mid renovation, the overall apartment didn’t fail to impress. Outside of that, there is a coffee/gelato place next door, it is close to various restaurants and it is only a 30min walk to the main markets; we were even able to walk to the Acropolis and Parthenon! Overall a wonderful stay and the host was extremely accommodating and communicative.

We stayed for 3 nights in May. We stayed in one of the 5th floor penthouse apartments. The apartment was clean and modern with a wrap around balcony and outdoor seating. The location is a walkable distance to the main attractions with cafes and shops close by. The metro station is also close by. We used the transfer service from the airport arranged by the property which was great. Thank you to Marina for your excellent communication and we hope to be able to stay again in the future. I have already recommended the apartments to friends.
