Probably not the place for a one night visit... This place is a Club Med cheapo wannabe for average French families who spend a week here. Noisy “cruise ship “ contests and dancing until midnight kept us from sleeping. After a month in France, we felt this was the worst food on our trip. Beware!

après plusieurs relances (3) au bureau de l'accueil, nous avons pu obtenir les clefs à 18H40. Quelle perte de temps !!! Personnel débordé. A notre arrivée à 16H50, on nous dit de patienter jusqu'à 18H00 ménage non terminé. A 18H05, la chambre va être dispo mais vérification, on doit nous appeler au tél dès que possible. Comment profiter de la piscine avec nos bagages.....Nous étions plusieurs couples très mécontents à attendre

On ne peut malheureusement pas garer son propre véhicule à l intérieur du \"village\", mais la gendarmerie veille et fait des rondes très régulièrement. Petit déjeuner un peu cher, pour les produits présentés. Accueil très bien.

L'endroit est très bien placé, nous avions la vue sur le lac et facilement accès à la plage. L'endroit est très beau. Le complexe hôtelier n'est pas très moderne pour la déco, et le buffet dinatoire est carrément mauvais par contre… les animations du soir sont très bruyantes, impossible de s'entendre parler au diner. Pour les activités sportives il vaut mieux réserver avant son arrivée, 2 jours d'attente pour un paddle par exemple… Les chambres étaient moyennes, frigo minuscule, 1 oreiller minuscule par personne, draps tachés, araignées au plafond et pas de bouilloire pour au moins se faire un thé, à 200€ la nuit on attend un peu plus… Pas de wifi dans les chambres

Très bon accueil à notre arrivée; chambre avec vue sur le lac au confort simple mais très correct; TRES beau panorama sur le lac et les massifs environnants; quelques balades au départ ou très proches de l'hôtel; nombreuses activités gratuites sur le plan d'eau; équipe d'animation très sympathique avec nombreuses activités et prêt de matériel (ping-pong, tennis, pétanque, mini-golf, billard, jeux de société, etc...); repas variés mais rien d'exceptionnel; un bémol, les soirées bruyantes qui se sont parfois éternisées jusqu'à plus de 23h30 la première semaine ... prévoir les bouchons d'oreilles (obligés de dormir la fenêtre ouverte du fait de la chaleur) et réserver à l'écart du bâtiment principal.

Idéalement situé, personnel très accueillant, très bel établissement, bien équipé, seul bémol suite à une petite érreur à la réservation le directeur s’en est donné à cœur joie et j’ai dù payer un supplément de 40€ par nuits de supplément ! Le directeur a jugé utile de compter ma chambre au Plein tarif malgré des prestations inférieurs ! J’aurrai Tant aimé m’entretenir avec ce monsieur mais il a prétexter être en réunion ! Un geste commercial aurai été bien plus adapté mais la rentabilité est apparement bien plus importante ! Malgré tout, je reviendrai dans ce super établissement. Ne faite surtout pas d’erreur à la réservation !!
