An OK place to stop..

Room was generally clean but run down. Smelled of cigarette smoke as evidenced by butts on flat roof outside. Stained carpet and very noisy with main road outside. Bits of furniture trim missing.

Pool was good but tiny.

Bed was comfortable and clean.

Breakfast was OK.

Bit disappointing really.

chambre bien trop petite pour quelqu’un comme moi qui se déplace avec deux béquilles. En plus l’ascenseur présenté un grave défaut, les portes se fermaient alors qu’on avait à peine posé un pied dedans.. et il y en avait qu’un qui fonctionnait sur les deux. Je ne reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel.

une troisième chose les façades des distributeurs de produits lavants étaient inversées, dans la baignoire façade
HANDWASH et au dessus du lavabo façade HAIR and BODY WASH. Donc il serait bien de remettre les façàdes au bon endroit.

Bon accueil, personnel sympathique, mais quelques erreurs notamment la première chambre attribuée était déjà occupée, sur les deux ascenseurs, l'un était hors service, et l'autre se bloquait régulièrement, laissant des clients coincés pendant plusieurs minutes à l'intérieur. La piscine est agréable, la chambre est sommaire, l'état et la déco ne sont pas de première fraîcheur. Pour le petit déjeuner, levez vous tôt car à 9h le buffet est vide, pour le prix c'est frustrant de voir toutes ces panières vides, et devoir ainsi manger uniquement un morceau de quatre quart à l'odeur intrigante...

Vraiment très bien. A moins de 5 min du Quattro, la salle de concert. Accueil excellent, possibilité de quitter la chambre jusqu'à 12h30au lieu des 11h affichés. Personnel très aimable. M ont même prêté du feu alos qy une fois on leur avait pas rendu. Café possible en dehors des horaires petit déjeuner. Très propre. Écologique, je n ai utilisé qu une serviette car économie de blanchisserie reversée à asso Rêve d ' enfant. Pizza surgelé possible le soir à prix raisonnable.. Très bien

Très bel hôtel qui demande à être rafraîchi.calme Bonne literie. Personnel très agréable notamment la personne du petit déjeuner qui a accepté d’ouvrir plus tôt le service. Avons apprécié la possibilité d’avoir des pizzas cuites sur place car jour férié et pas de restau ouvert. Aurions préférer douche. Proche gare.

Ouverture de la piscine prévu pour juin, arrivé fin juin et piscine non nettoyé de l'hiver. On devrait rester trois jours, du coup une journée et ciao. Sinon les chambres sont un peu vieilles. La literie est bonne et le personnel très sympathique.

Les communs sont moyennement entretenu, on sent que les equipements ne datent pas d'hier. L'ascenseur est aussi un peu sale. En ce qui concerne la chambre cest pareil, vieillot, baignoire cassée.

La literie est passable.

Bon point pour les coussins et la couverture supplémentaire par contre ! Car il fait froid dans la chambre :/ pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain, un seul petit chauffage pour toute la chambre

Hôtel à rénover

Nous avons pris notre chambre et mon épouse s’est allongée sur le lit et le triangle en bois où il y a 2 veilleuse de la tête de lit s’est écroulé sur sa tête « cervicale » . il fait environ 3 kg. nous avons fait appel à la réceptionniste qui est venu constater et nous a changé de chambre. Ma femme a eu mal à la tête toute la nuit et encore ce matin. Cet hôtel aurait besoin d’une bonne rénovation porte sdb qui grince la nuit pas top,sdb vieillotte. Donc je ne pense pas revenir.

C’est la 2 eme fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel malheureusement rien n’a changé niveau propreté

La fois dernière carrément il y avait des selles dans les wc , on nous avait changer de chambre;

en plus l’hôtesse de mauvaise humeur qui a travaillé le samedi le 28 octobre 2023 dans la matinée , qui n’était pas contente qu’on lui fasse des reproches sur l’état de la chambre.

Heureusement que le reste du personnel est accueillant
Juste la propreté à revoir.

Il a fallut attendre environ 10 bonnes minutes pour avoir du pain (aucune anticipation du personnel qui ne semblait pas sur-booque).

Je suis arrivée à la Gare de Gap et j'ai cherché un hôtel sur l'application. J'ai réservé et m'y suis rendue. Lorsque je n'ai pas trouvé, j'ai téléphoné. La personne m'a indiqué clairement où je devais me rendre. Tout c'est très bien passé. Charmant hôtel mais trop chaud dans la chambre, on m'avait d'ailleurs proposé un ventilateur et j'ai refusé poliment et j'ai regretté. Service parfait. Personnel sympathique. Rien à dire.
