Last resort overnight

Gloomy and run down dark carpets and dark chipped furniture. Did not enjoy one but. Hotel next door didn’t open until 7 and it did not look promising. WiFi did not work and poor 4g signal

Get the Gap

The hotel room was generous and perfect. Although equipped with 2 fans, we missed a proper air con to get the right temperature for an unparalleled comfort. Nevertheless, placed within easy reach of anything in Gap, would definitely recommend it. Its reception staff was as friendly as possible with minimal formalities to speed up the check in as well as check out process. Thanks 👍

Decent Value, Clean, Nothing Fancy

A decent value, but the rooms are quite small and the property is old. That said, the rooms were clean and in good condition, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would skip the breakfast next time; there was minimal selection, the scrambled eggs were runny and the bacon undercooked (though that is common in French hotels).

Nice hotel in Gap, France

Very clean and well appointed. Very quiet as well. Staff very helpfull and friendly. About 15 minute walk from downtown but very safe area even late evening. Coffee machine in lobby made amazing espresso and lattes! Taxi was late picking us up for our return train to Paris but manager (his name escapes me at this point) drove us personally, using back streets so we made it on time! Overall very satisfied with this hotel. There is also a restaurant just next door if you need food and don't feel like going downtown!

Goodfor one night

We stayed in Gap for one night en route to the Gorges du Verdon. The hotel is located in a residential area, far from downtown shops and restaurants. Luckily, there was a restaurant next door where we could have dinner. The room was small but it did not matter for one night. Breakfast was OK. I recommend this hotel only for a short stopover.

Good hotel, very nice people at the desk, and the restaurant next door is good quality. Try to avoid the rooms on the ground floor as the windows are small and open directly onto the parking.The rooms and bathrooms are clean but too small. They are OK for an overnight stay. The beds are too narow but firm. No air conditionning and that can be a problem during warm days.Breakfast is excelent in quality, quantity and variaty.

Nice new motel-style room with

Nice new motel-style room with parking in front, separate toilet. Close to SuperU, MacDonalds, and restaurants. Building not quite finished and restaurant not yet opened, did not order breakfast so cannot comment. It was very hot and air-conditioning would have been nice as we could not leave the window open at night-no bars yet.

J’ai eu la chambre 1 très décevante. Chambre vieillissante, beaucoup de bruit du mécanisme de l’ascenseur et la préparation du petit déjeuner. De plus je n’ai pas reçu le bonus du client vip hôtel.com

Hotel décevant en qualité/prix.
La chambre, beaucoup de poussière, climatisation non reglable et quasi inexistante, obligé douvrir la fenêtre la nuit pour de la fraîcheur.
Le petit déjeuner très moyen la aussi par rapport au prix, il manque toujours quelque chose...
Seul point positif, le personnel accueillant et agréable.

La chambre est petite mais si on réserve directement sur le site de l'hôtel et non pas sur une plateforme comme hôtel.com le prix est tout à fait raisonnable la deuxième que j'ai passé j'ai payé 58 € en passant directement par l'hôtel au lieu de 76 € par le site de Hotels.com.
Le petit plus : le plateau bouilloire thé, café car le petit-déjeuner est à 13 euros.

Hôtel sans Climatisation , si vous la voulez il faudra rajouter 15€ pour avoir une chambre « supérieure «  avec Climatisation .
Malheureusement cette dernière devait être en panne car ne faisait que brasser l air ambiant .
D après l acceuil Il faut du temps pour qu elle refroidisse ….
Après avoir payer le surclassement pour la climatisation vous recevez un mail disant que vous avez droit à un surclassement gartuit car client vip …
A éviter absolument en période estivale avec les chaleur actuelle …

Je suis déçue il faisait très froid à mon arrivée la chambre n’était pas chauffée alors que dehors il faisait -8 degrés. Malgres avoir mis la Clim à fond j’avais froid. Et le coup de grâce ça a été le manque d’eau chaude lorsque je suis allé à l’accueil pour demander on m’a dit oui il y a un plombier qui vient demain sans excuse sans avoir prévenu en amont super…j’ai dû laver les cheveux à l’eau froide et j’ai passé une nuit à avoir froid…je suis tombé malade le lendemain. Malgres avoir rempli leur questionnaire de satisfaction je n’ai même pas eu de retour de leur part…dommage restaurant attenant très bon

Bonne literie, chambre propre et bien entretenue. Seule déception, bien que client GOLD de Hôtels.com, le surclassement n’a pas pu être attribué. C’était la condition pour bénéficier de la climatisation, appréciable en période de fortes chaleurs. Le restaurant partenaire Bistrok sert de très bons plats, malheureusement service long. Arrivés à 19h, nous sommes sortis à 20h30 après un seul plat, renonçant à prendre un dessert pourtant bien appétissant.

Hôtel qui a besoin d'un bon coup de fraîcheur particulièrement dans les chambres .
Pas d'eau vraiment chaude a peine tiède.

Une facturation pour no show alors que je suis arrivé la veille et que mes affaires sont dans la chambre, du coup ce jour là même pas de ménage de fait.
Vraiment déçu de cette situation. Idem pour le restaurant à côté. Bref si vous avez le choix en hébergement, passe votre chemin .
Dommage, le personnel est agréable mais manque de rigueur.

Accueillie tard le soir (suite à trajet) par Odillon, pro souriant aimable le plus: cherche et trouve à me renseigner pour mon trajet du lendemain. Juste ce qu’on attend et qu’on a plus en hôtellerie, ici vous l’avez. Deuxième plus: accompagnement jusqu’à l’ascenseur.

Molto molto sporco. Nei corridoi sembrava avessero compiuto un omicidio dalle macchie sulla moquette; porte rovinate e sporche. Macchie inquietanti sul piumino (per fortuna siamo ad agosto e lo abbiamo solo ammirato sopra l’armadio). Nelle stanze no spazio vitale e ovviamente pareti e moquette macchiati. Unica nota positiva:

Séjour d'une nuit, forte agréable. La literie est parfaite, la cambre confortable et les services proposés très appréciés ! Seul bémol, un prise électrique de chaque côté du lit aurait été plaisant, que les 2 personnes puissent charger leur téléphone.
