We had such a great holiday and Bonavida Pines, which was one of two properties. This one had a pool but set back from the beach by about 50 metres. This was definitely not a problem as we got to use the beach from property (Palms) whenever we wanted. Rooms were clean and reception and staff so very helpful. It felt very private which was also a plus. Blanca at the reception and bar was great and sorted out our airport transfer last minute. I’d highly recommend this place because the location and apartment itself were exceptional.

Beautiful grounds and view of the beach and right on the boardwalk. The apartment had all the amenities we needed and a very helpful check in experience. The onsite restaurant breakfast is very nice and cute. We had breakfast here both days of our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay. Our group was 3 adults and one toddler. Our rooms were a reasonable size for our group, well stocked, clean and well cared for. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location is spectacular for a beach side vacation. The back gates of the property leads right onto the beach, where the waters are crystal clear on sunny days and calm, which is perfect for kids to swim in. We were offered clean fresh towels every day for the beach. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. We had a truly wonderful vacation in Mallorca, and are thankful for Bonavida being a perfect place to stay.

Steps away from Alcudia beach. All balconies have sea views. Plenty of street parking. Clean with all you need and nothing you don't. Everyone I spoke to was nice and helpful. Great place really.

My family of 4 stayed here and had a wonderful vacation. We liked that it was a smaller boutique style condo-hotel; and not crowded. The location is perfect, right in front of the beach. The room was spacious and had a separate living room with sofa pullout, kitchen and bedroom. Our breakfast was included every morning and you could choose from 5 different options as they are made fresh every morning. They have plenty of street parking in front or around the neighborhood if you are renting a car. There are restaurants and little grocery/convenience stores that are walking distance. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Overall a great stay.

The apartment was clean and in good condition. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because when we made the booking they didn't tell us that we are not in the building on the beach. They put us in a building on the other side of the street.

Rooms are OK. We had two apartments, however, one of them where it has a sleeper sofa and kitchen there were bedbugs and ants in the room. Otherwise the location is great near one of the best beaches at Mallorca and the breakfast was good. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Great small hotel near the beach

Pleasant small hotel, nice and clean, one building is direct on the beach with garden and loungers (Palms), second building is above the Pine Park, 2-3 minutes from the beach with small swimming pool as well as loungers around it (Pines). We lived in a second one and firstly (before arriving) were a bit disappointed by negative reviews for Pines. But, as i understood, it was the lack of communication between a hotel and customers who expected to live in first building, because the second one is new.
But in reality, we preferred Pines, because of the swimming pool (children loved it in the evening), nice balconies with shadow most of the day and pine park to sit there and enjoy ice cream or just have a rest during the hottest time of the day.
There are two shops with bread, drinks, snack etc. just behind the Pines building as well as in the nearest big hotel Sunwing. Lidl and Erosky is ca.10 min away. Port Alcudia with restaurants and some entertainment for kids is about 15-20 min of walk by the best promenade we ever had with pines and huge palms.
Cleaning service does their best, bed is big and comfortable. Honestly sleeping sofa suits more for kids as for adults (size and comfort are average), but all in all we had a very good experience with this hotel and great vacation.

Had a great stay here as a family of 4. Staff were friendly, property is well kept and clean, location right infront of the beach is superb. It’s a 20 min walk to the port area but we liked we were away from the busy area- plenty of restaurants close to Bonavida too. The beach toys and floats they have for common use made our kids happy. The garden area is nice with seating and tranquil- the beach chairs by the sea however have to be rented (18.50 euros/day).

Our stay was beyond great. It all started with the great welcome and support of the smiling Adeline. The room is overlooking Alcudia’s great beach. You need literally 4 steps and you will be at the beach. Waking up to sound of the waves was magical and the place itself is clean and has a nice vibe and all the team was very friendly. Would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic stay and right on the beach. Rooms were cleaned daily and the service was excellent. We missed breakfast some mornings because the black out blinds worked to well and had a proper sleep in most mornings.

Amazing views from the room and balcony, right on the beach. Easy walking distance to port- which is a requirement in winter because very little close by is open (15 mins to the centre of the port area).
Great service and apartment, only negative was that it was quiet noisy from the adjoining and upstairs rooms.

The location in front of the beach is amazing, even if we didn't have a sea view. The temperature was colder that expected and the rooms were also cold as we did't know that the AC was also for heating. The bed was OK, but the coach was not very confortable to sleep. Friendly garden.

Carmen has created a fantastic Instagrammy atmosphere at Bonavida. All your senses will be activated with the obvious beautiful views of the ocean, great healthy food, cozy landscaped gardens for relaxing, and jazzy music to set the mood.

This property is right on the beach front - I literally rolled out of bed had breakfast on the balcony overlooking the quiet and well maintained garden, then walked down the stairs to the beach! The sandy beach and sea are beautiful here. We could easily nip back up the apartment for lunch etc. The manager was very helpful and the maids worked around us (we sleep in a lot), we rented bikes - also from the manager who gave us advice and directions etc.. There is a shop with everything you need round the corner, however previous people had left umbrellas and air beds for everyone to use, which very handy and recycling friendly! We left ours. About 200 meters down the beach myself and my daughter windsurfed (this was excellent fun and value) and also did the banana boat (my daughter liked this – not me so much).
It is a quiet part of Alcudia but that was what we wanted, but very picturesque. However if you prefer the more lively side it is an easy walk away too. All in all, we would recommend these apartments and if returning to Alcudia would definitely stay there again.

Everything was amazing. I was a bit nervous at first because there were no reviews but the apartment is exactly as is on the pictures. This is a residential building turned into a vacation rental and for me this was perfect because the unit included a full kitchenette, balcony with beach views, separate bedroom, living area and everything was just as is described. The apartment was very clean and well kept in an area that was so peaceful and safe. A short walk by the beach to the center. This is a family friendly, solo traveler friendly, traveling with friends friendly place. I'm honestly recommending to anyone. The staff, starting with Alberto, were there to answer all my questions and helped me feel at home. The wifi connection was also great and I was able to stay connected with my family back home. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Wir waren eine Woche im November hier und es war traumhaft. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand. Das Wasser ist türkis und klar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Wir fanden das Bett bequem und haben gut geschlafen. Zustellbett für unsere Tochter wurde uns reingestellt. Ausstattung der Unterkunft war auch in Ordnung, ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Küche wären noch gut gewesen (mittelgroßer Topf, Schäler oder kleineres Messer).
Wir kommen hoffentlich wieder :)

Very friendly staff, good location, even though i would prefer to stay in the other building which is beachfront. I didnt realize there were 2 different building. Good brrakfast too. One thing to remark was a bad smell in the toilets that i believe it was a punctual thing.

Uns hat die Unterkunft extrem gut gefallen. Man merkt, dass hier mit Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird und es den Menschen wirklich wichtig ist, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Die Lage der Apartments ist wirklich hervorragend und die Zimmer sind großzügig und gut gepflegt und in einem modernen Zustand. Es gibt Spielsachen für die Kinder, Duschzeug in den Zimmern, Strand- Handtücher, tägliche Reinigung und all das mit einer persönlichen Note. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen haben wir nur ein oder zweimal ausprobiert. Wir fanden es recht lecker, allerdings vielleicht etwas teuer und wenn wir nach einer perfekten Woche in diesem schönen Hotel eine Sache bemängeln müssten, dann wären es die Kissen, die für uns zu hart waren. Aber das ist ja sicher sehr individuell. Weiter so, liebes Team. Wir kommen wieder

Great location, but far too noisy at night

The location of the hotel is excellent, just next to the ocean. Unfortunately, the overall experience was impacted by noise and a lack of comfort.

The rooms are poorly insulated, and we were often disturbed by other guests who were awake at all hours. We slept very little during our stay, as we kept waking up throughout the night. Although I had requested a room on the top floor when booking nine months in advance, we were informed just a week before arrival that this could not be guaranteed. We ended up in a room on the lowest floor and could hear every single step from the guests above.

The mattresses were uncomfortably hard. We requested a mattress topper twice, but were only provided with a thin mattress protector, which did not solve the problem.

While the hotel markets itself as a relaxing “slow life” retreat, it seems to cater mainly to families with small children, which made the atmosphere more lively than peaceful.

Idéal pour des vacances en famille même si bruyant

L'emplacement géographique est exceptionnel à même pas 100 mètres d'une des plus belles plages de Majorque, mais non loin du port d'Alcudia. L'insonorisation ainsi que les volets occultants pourraient être plus efficace mais dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très sympathique et disponible.

Tolle Unterkunft mit schönem kleinen Pool sehr nah am Strand. Exzellent geeignet für 2 Personen. Bei 4 Personen etwas knapp, aber man kann sich arrangieren.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Promenade vor der Tür und Supermarkt fußläufig. Parkplätze gab es immer in der Nähe
