A very beautiful hotel, perched on the side of the mountain offering beautiful views down into the valley and across to the mountains on the other side.
Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The rooms are modern, spacious and staff keep them well maintained.
The pool and spa are beautiful, truly an oasis after a chilly day out on the slopes.
The hotel offers a free shuttle from Canillo up to the hotel, which is definitely a lifesaver - it’s a long old, steep walk up from the village!

This property is a great deal during the off seasons. Bountiful breakfasts with an almost unbelievable variety of choices! Clean weight room, pool, sauna and hot tub. Massage also available. Clean, spacious room. Front desk folks were very friendly and helpful. Deluxe accommodation for less than $100/night!

This is an excellent hotel. Felt way more expensive than it was. Amazing views, excellent restauarant (both the pub and the buffet). I wish we had tried the spa because it looked great. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and shower were the best I've had in a hotel in a long while. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was clean. There is paid parking at the hotel which you probably will need, and the only thing I would say is to let staff know if you have a big car and they will keep the space next to you empty if they can and you would struggle to fit otherwise.

New hotel with odd quirks
We were at this hotel for only a night.
The bad: It was very hard to find (keep going up the mountain!) No swimming pool unless you are there for some sort of pool therapy. No air conditioning so we were really hot (burning up hot!) at night in the summer. We opened a window, but the windows don't have screens and open as a whole pane into the room. It's really odd. Also, parking is a bit of an issue. We were lucky to find parking on the street so we didn't have to pay to use their garage.
The good: The property was clean and in good condition, the breakfast was spectacular, the views were amazing, and the staff speaks every language.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast staff were very friendly and Alex on the front desk was very helpful! (My son lost his AirPods, but Alex was very helpful in getting them back to us!).

Clean and basic but not 4 stars. Want to use the pool, there is a charge. Want to go with the kids to the pool, only before 18:00. Basic amenities and room but not worth the money. Nice breakfast through!

Ok place, clean, quiet. Very removed from everything. Downside was staff not available and slow response to telephone calls, lighting very bright in room and could not be dimmed so it feels like doctor exam room. If you want pool and spa, reasonable price. Otherwise, not a good pick.

Stayed at the property to gain access to some of the best cycling routes in Andorra - was not disappointed. Need a car as there is no shops or places to eat within walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice spa. Breakfast was good and fresh

As in description the hotel is a short distance from the town centre which didn’t really bother us and you get the amazing view! Room,bed etc all good and the food really good it was actually the best buffet dinner and breakfast we had in our 16 night trip, and that VIEW!

Hotel is lovely and beds are super comfortable, however the rooms are so warm which made a comfortable night's sleep hard. We stayed twice in the space of two weeks and it was the same both times. We stayed on half board basis and the food was very good and lots to choose from. Could really do with having air-conditioning in the rooms for the hot summer months.

Don't ask for tap water...
I stayed at Roc Meler for 3 nights. When we arrived we found there was no parking available in the hotel, but they offered us to park the car in a parking nearby and pick us from there.
- Breakfast is great, good omelette but lack of different options.
- SPA is great, but avoid going during 7-8 pm (It should close later, as we arrive late from skying).
- Gym is great again. This one is usually empty. After skiing looks like people do not want to train anymore. It is small but new.
- WiFi is the worst one I've ever seen in my life!!! It was asking us to log-in every 10 minutes. Please, repair it...
- Irish Pub has great food served in 15m. Pizza was great.
- Buffet restaurant is good (more than 20€ though), and they charge you for water. I ordered tap water and they told me I needed to pay for mineral water. I asked to talk to the manager, Miguel, and he said it was for safety reasons. Considering that the rooms have glasses, coffee and no complimentary mineral water, I believe they do it because they want to charge you for the drink.
Overall, the experience was good, but I will considering coming back to this hotel after they refused me to serve me a glass of water. I hope they change this policy.

El hotel es muy lindo. Tienen un sistema de Transfer para subir y bajar a Canillo que nos fue muy útil! En la recomiendo nos atendió Ignacio y estuvo atento a todas nuestras preguntas! Disfrutamos del spa, el desayuno y el paisaje, todos fueron súper amables. Solo un pequeño inconveniente cuando queríamos bajar a comer al bar, que abría a las 16h, pero 16:30h y aún no abría. Al final bajamos al pueblo! Por lo demás súper recomendado :)

En general todo fantástico, la habitación genial, las vistas inmejorables, la atención muy buena, solo mejorable el buffet de cena en media pensión, el del desayuno muy correcto... Eso sí, hay mucho parking pero ojo con las plazas grandes y pequeñas según el coche que tengáis... Ahhh y el wifi muy bien...

Que ce soit lors du check-in ou du check-out, au petit-déjeuner, au bar L’Iris Pub ou au restaurant, l'accueil a toujours été très chaleureux.
La chambre est très agréable et joliment décorée, bien qu'il manque un peu d'isolation phonique. Si vous avez des voisins qui parlent très fort ou s'imaginent être seuls, cela peut être dérangeant. Ce fut notre cas la première nuit, mais ensuite, ils sont partis et c’était bien plus calme.
Les produits de salle de bain sentent très bon et sont très efficaces. La literie est très confortable, tout comme les oreillers. Il y a également dans la chambre de quoi se faire un thé ou un café décaféiné, ce qui est toujours appréciable.
Le spa (et sa piscine) est un endroit très agréable et calme. Nous avons adoré y passer du temps, profitant du hammam, du sauna, du jacuzzi et de la piscine avec ses différents jets. Cependant, l’espace est un peu petit et il n'y a pas de vue sur l’extérieur.
Le petit-déjeuner buffet est très varié, de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts : sucré, salé, fruits, fromage, charcuterie, etc.
Nous avons dîné au bar L’Iris Pub, un endroit très dépaysant où les burgers sont vraiment excellents. En revanche, la formule dîner buffet à volonté ne nous a pas convaincus.
Pour info : peu de places de parking en extérieur. Je suppose que le parking intérieur est payant. L’info n’est pas claire.
La région est très jolie pour les amateurs de vélos.

À l arrivée, on nous propose une promo spa + vue montagne, mais on omet de nous dire qu il faut un bonnet de bain, il faut donc en acheter sur place. Le restaurant est bon mais un peu cher. Excellent petit déjeuner et literie très confortable. Donc bon séjour.

El desayuno que teníamos incluido es perfecto, muy completo, buffet libre con mucha variedad y todo de calidad. El bar que tiene con Dj nos gustó mucho. Tiene unas vistas espectaculares y el personal es muy amable. Como posible mejora en esta época de calor extremo, mejorar el confort porque no hay aire acondicionado. Tienes que llegar en coche si o sí y el aparcamiento en el exterior es casi imposible. En general, estuvimos muy a gusto.

, e antes da hora de encerramento, já não se podia tomar café, já que as 2 máquinas de café tinham sido encerradas e encontravam-se em manutenção. Assim não pude tomar o meu café matinal. Inadmissível. Mais, paguei 15€ por uma garagem coberta cujo portão de acesso apeado nem fechadura tinha. Mais, na noite anterior esperei uma hora pelo jantar. Chegaram mesmo a tentarem demover-me no sentido de escolher outro prato. Enfim inadmissível e confrangedor. Nunca mais.

El hotel está muy bien, tiene de todo, bar, spa, gimnasio, estacionamiento, restaurante. Las habitaciones amplias, bien equipadas, la ropa de cama fantástica, las amenidades super bien. El desayuno y la cena buffet excelente, sobre todo la cena, estuvo muy completa, variada y deliciosa.

Modernt och snyggt hotell med trevlig personal och bra frukost. Det dåliga var att sängen var väldigt mjuk och nedlegad. Man sjönk ner på mitten som i en hängmatta. Det blev ännu sämre av att kudden var jättehård och tjock så att det blev svårt att hitta en bekväm ställning att sova. Lite retsamt att det också var slut på shower gel och toalettborste saknades. Synd på ett så fint hotell i allt övrigt.

El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones, especialmente el pub y zona de recepción, también el gimnasio. La comida es de buena calidad, muy buen desayuna y la cena también buena, aunque quizá un poco por debajo en cuanto a oferta. El servicio es muy atento y correcto y la limpieza excelente. En la habitación, siendo amplia, había algun aspecto que restaba un poco de comodidad, pero muy buena relación calidad precio. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, ningún problema en este aspecto.
