The lady Emma was so welcoming and helpful with the food also introduced us to day of the dead bread. Staff was very friendly. Hotel location and safely was a plus private parking , elevator safety. We had a great experience, the only thing I did not like is that “room service” was not actual room service, you could order food from your room but had to go down stairs to the lobby to pick it up. Other then that everything was good, staff was friendly, hotel was very clean and walking distance to very nice restaurants. Definitely will stay here more often.

We had a great time at the beautiful Hampton Inn in Piedras Negras, my family and I will definitely be coming back.

The entire hotel was immaculate clean, from the lobby to the rooms and the elevators. Please keep up the great work on keeping this hotel top notch.

Many dining options in the surrounding area that are walking distance and safe.

The complimentary breakfast was great, many options from eggs, potatoes, toast, pancakes, cereal and many other sides and a good selection of fresh juices.

The area is close to some nice eateries. Overall it was a quiet location. The only hiccup we had was that the shower drain as clogged with some gunk and hair. The maintenance person immediately came to resolve the situation.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was excellent. The hotel staff was great in all aspects, check in, breakfast, security, housekeeping etc. I have absolutely NO complaints. We will be staying here again on our next trip.
