The only thing I don’t like is that you have to leave a deposit of 2000 pesos cash they’ll give it when you check out but nobody tells you this before and sometimes you might not have cash

Great hotel for the price. The similar Holiday Inn Express was $236 for the same night on the US side of the border but this one is just as clean and comfortable, if not more so than any other place in the US. Reception staff is friendly and helpful. Bathroom and shower are great, room AC is top notch. Super comfy bed. Lots of affordable eats within walking distance. Looking forward to the free breakfast tomorrow before we head back home.

The customer service & professionalism is extremely good. Everyone is super friendly and say good morning (hello). The breakfast is made with a lot of love because it’s absolutely delicious. The pool is climate controlled and nice. Will most definitely be coming back. There were no complaints whatsoever.


They do a wonderful job of explaining how everything works & where everything is.

No guest past 11pm which I think is wonderful to keep the place safe

We stayed 2 nights then added an extra stay. Every time we have visited pierdas negras, we usually stay with my god-parents, but this time we decided to give a hotel a chance. Best decision ever made. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice, loved that some of the staff were also bilingual. In one of my rooms, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and I would have to shut off the water quickly or else I would be standing in an inch of water. In the other room, the shower water would leak into the hallway. Other than those problems, our stay was okay.

When I made the reservation from Expedia I wasn’t told by their Representative that it’s out of the U.S. Border. Its actually located in Mexico. Which I called Expedia for my refund. I wasn’t to to get a passport. So I canceled it and look search for another Hotel to stay .
