They were sanding up above our room and was putting black stuff on the car are brand new car and they said that they were going to put money back on to our bill they never did. Floor was so dirty that it we had to scoot around on a towel the breakfast was good the pancakes the air conditioner could not keep up with the humidity in the room. The pool was not opened.

The property is right off the highway and very noisy. The room had things stuck to the ceiling and the walls were stained. The beds were rocks with springs. But the worst was from midnight until 4am, people were banging on doors, screaming, shouting and partying. I would never stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Knights Inn in Nashville. The room was clean and tidy, providing a comfortable place to rest after exploring the city. It’s very reasonably priced, which is hard to find given its fantastic location—it's just a few minutes from all the action on Broadway!
They offer a simple but delicious breakfast with good quality ingredients, which was a great way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again!

Upon arrival the attendant was super friendly and got us checked in quickly. Our room was very clean and comfortable feeling. We flipped on the AC, which is just a little dated, but it still functioned fine and didn't keep either of us awake at night. The water pressure was good, and everything was functioning well, including the mini fridge. Breakfast was good. Automatic pancake machine, cereal, yogurt, eggs, potatoes, bagels, and more. Everything was well-stocked and there was a lady checking consistently. The beds were comfy enough, that we slept great both nights. We were in town for a concert at the nearby stadium, and we will definitely keep this in mind for future engagements in Nashville. The walk to the stadium was easy and felt safe enough for two ladies to walk together.

This hotel was terrible! extremely unclean and unsafe! there was no lock on the door and the floor was sticky and smelled like smoke terribly! There was also so much hair (different kinds of hair) all throughout my bed. I went to the desk to get new sheets and he told me I had to go find them myself in the sheet closet, and I could find no one to help me. I went back to my room and had to use a chair to lock the door. eventually I actually left cause I was so disgusted and felt unsafe. THEN they were going to give a refund and never did, I have been fighting for a refund for a while now.

It’s not the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed, but I would not stay there again. It’s just super dated and needs a lot of work. I appreciate the laminate floors instead of gross carpet. Our room had a lot of gnats, but it’s summer. The check-in office was actually confusing and in a separate parking lock not attached to hotel. The TV didn’t have a guide/menu/available smart features to sign into our streaming accounts. The beds were comfortable. The pool is in disrepair/covered, contrary to the pics. Area smelled strongly of weed and super run-down, tho the nearby taco food truck was really good! It was a decent walk to Nissan Stadium, which is why we stayed there. Next time, I’ll spend more for the nearby Holiday Inn tho. I was glad the parking lot had several cameras as the area isn’t great, tho I wasn’t scared or anything. I can’t speak for the breakfast or shower as we were just wanting to leave as soon as we woke up.

Did not want to use the shower, dirty and lots of hair in the drain. I don’t think the floors in the room had ever been mopped/swiftered, had to wipe my toddlers feet before bed, they were black… There was hair everywhere on everything and not the same hair. You get what you pay for. Staff was excellent!

It’s a good property for a night to sleep. Not really safe feeling and they charge you $10 for parking which I didn’t see on the posting at all. They charge $10, but don’t even shut the property gates and have postings “park at your own risk” which added to the feeling of not being safe.

Do not stay here unless you love cockroaches! The room was not clean, the floor was dirty and had a lot of hair. Random stains all over the walls, and a HUGE cockroach in the bathroom. I tried putting a cup over it and it was almost too big to fit! The door seemed like it didn't fit well in the frame, and the refrigerator made a weird, loud noise. The AC didn't work very well and it had to be on the lowest possible setting or it would just get really hot in the room within minutes. The elevator was cramped, and the license was expired by like three years.

The lobby was clean and smelled nice. The room was clean and the air conditioning was cold but it was also damp. It was so damp my clothes and sheets felt wet by the morning. Other than the dampness and humidity I would have given higher ratings. Breakfast was ok. View was great. Cheap parking. Comfortable mattress. Fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. I just couldn’t get over the humidity.

The property was an okay cheaper option close to Broadway. We Ubered each day and it was around $10 each trip to downtown. By far my biggest complaint is that you have to pay to park your car on the property even though you’re staying there. We had to pay $10 for every day we stayed which was pretty ridiculous. The pool also wasn’t open which stunk. Wouldn’t have had many complaints without the parking situation.

Honestly, I would not stay at this hotel again. We stayed only 2 nights. Found the rooms had the musty smells. Front desk personnel - had poor customer service and lack of people skills. You would not be greeted with a good morning or see a smile. Location not the greatest- near busy street and a beside a gas station Lots of noise, during the night.

Look, I’m not gonna pretend the Knights Inn is the Four Seasons. But for a guys’ trip to Nashville where you’re spending zero time in the room, it absolutely does the job.

The rooms are clean enough, the beds are fine, and the price is right — which is really all you need when you’re burning every waking hour on Broadway. The staff were friendly and no-nonsense, check-in was quick, and I never had any issues.

But here’s the thing that genuinely made my morning: the pancake machine. I don’t know who decided to put a self-serve pancake maker in the breakfast area, but that person deserves a raise. You press a button, watch the little pancake spin out, and suddenly you’re a 7-year-old again. After a late night on Lower Broadway, that thing was an absolute lifesaver. Stacked four of them, drowned them in syrup, and felt like a new man.

Would I stay here for a romantic getaway? No. Would I stay here again for a trip where the hotel is just a place to sleep off a honky-tonk? Absolutely. The pancake machine alone earns it an extra star.

Our stay was great! It was quiet apart from the normal sounds of the road (which we enjoyed, but keep that in mind if you don't like that) the coffee pot is in the bathroom which is gross but neither of us drink coffee. The bed was comfortable, we could not hear any of the neighbors, it was extremely close to our concert venue and the breakfast was great. Highly recommend if you need a cheap place to stay.

Had an issue with the bath tub drain, not working, water leaked from the shower onto the floor notified the front desk when we left to go out and asked them to clean it and supply additional towels as I had to use what we had for the floor. Got home nothing done not clean no additional towels provided tried calling the front desk phone not working went to the front desk and closed Terrible what if there was an emergency and we needed to call out? Rethink your decision to stay here

A pleasant, clean motel.
Breakfast was hot and good, fresh pancake machine, sausage patties are really good too.

Friendly staff, 25/30 minutes to Broadway on foot, 20 minutes to the Nissan Stadium.

The lobby could do with some Nashville murals or artwork to brighten it up as they're is no natural light.
But it's a pleasant place to stay, and usually fairly priced.
Would stay again!

Location was ok, the view was terrible. The cops drove through the parking lot about once an hour. I liked that. I wasn't worried about my car. Nashville was really fun but be careful don't give anyone a hotspot to make a call. Like I did and watch out for kids trying to pick pocket you. Yes it's a thing.

It was close to the main road, but We got the room face to downtown, so it was not too much noise from there, with the exception of some noisy neighbors during middle of the night. Check-in was quick and easy. Place was cheap. Decent location. Inexpensive lift/uber to Broadway and DT area. Not a lot directly around it. Except a gas station and a taco truck. Which both turned out to be great conveniences. Was a pool. But, I think it was covered the whole time. Allowed for a late check out. Which was cool. Bottom line, property isn’t the best. Get what you need though. And, for the price, get what you paid for I’d say.

They charge $10 a night for parking. It was super easy to get to the places we wanted to go like East Nashville and Broadway, but the general area around the hotel is pretty sketchy/surrounding by parking lots. I wouldn't stay here again, but it worked for a cheap trip.

I only stayed for one night so I wasn't expecting much but the staff was very helpful during check in and check out. They were also very accommodating for a late check-out. Room was decently clean for my stay with no major sanitary issues. My only issue was that my upstairs neighbor was incredibly loud and seemed to be either smashing things/throwing things around which kept going on for hours, don't really know what happened up there but I decided to just sleep through the night with the TV on lol. Overall, decent stay for a quick layover!

There were bugs in my room. Multiple and my key did not work. The staff was OK, but clearly not thrilled about helping me. The manager on hand jumped to blaming me when my key did not work at first, claiming that I had \"deprogrammed it with a magnet.\" Turns out they handed me the key unprogrammed. Extremely disappointed in the staff and the facilities.
