Overall, it served it's purpose however, for a room with a kitchen, there was no standard kitchen items i.e. cups, untensils, etc. The bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. Could have used an extra blanket in the room as well as the A/C blows straight towards the bed.

Nice new “hotel” minus any common amenities. Walls are super thin and quiet hours are non existent. Bed, pillows, and WiFi were decent. Room kitchen had a full size fridge/freezer which was nice, a large microwave, and hot plates for cooking. Zero options for coffee on premises, not even in the room. Location is good tho, plenty of shops nearby. Personally I can deal with the lack of amenities, but I wouldn’t stay here again simply due to the thin walls and constant noise from other rooms all around me. Don’t expect a quiet night sleep.

I really love this hotel. It was very beautiful. And the inside and outside. The rooms were super clean the furniture, the bedding. Everything was beautiful and clean. I love that. There is a full size. Refrigerator are working stove and a microwave and the furniture is beautiful.

Upon arrival I went to check in and they informed me that well asked "are you aware of our $100 dollar deposit" well if they need to ask if I'm aware clearly that's because they know it's not on the site showing a deposit .. the only deposit you see is for a pet . When I went to the room it was hot and stuffy it never really cooled down once I turned the air on .. over all I've stayed in a lot of hotels and I probably won't be back there as there the only hotel requiring a deposit .. it's definetly not cool to go to your room to relax and it's hot .. it was set at 76 👎

Es un hotel decente, con una ubicación excelente, no busques lujos pero es un lugar seguro si necesitas quedarte por una o varias noches. El personal de la recepción fue muy amable. Lo único que observé y que deberían tomar en consideración fue una discusión entre el personal de limpieza y/o técnicos (no el recepcionista) donde se utilizó lenguaje soez y eso es un NO NO ! Y es más delicado cuando ocurre en frente de los huéspedes. Así que un recordatorio de conducta laboral no les vendría mal.

Overall had a good experience. The location was convenient, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities provided met my expectations.
However, the bed was not very comfortable, which made it a bit difficult to get a restful night’s sleep. There was also a lack of pillows, which added to the discomfort. Having a few extra pillows available in the room would have made a noticeable difference.
Aside from the bedding issue, everything else was enjoyable. With a small improvement in comfort, this hotel could offer an even better experience.

The rooms are clean and it’s cheap but it lacks amenities. No pool no ice machine on site at all. No smoking area, I’m not a smoker but the front entrance had people standing around day and night smoking at the entrance you have to walk through a cloud of smoke to go in or out. People standing around by cars makes it seem like a shady atmosphere.

I have stayed at this location a few times now. With each visit, I have been warmly welcomed and swiftly checked in. The rooms have been spotless and there are plenty of amenities for a short or long stay. The towels are in good shape as well as the pillows and sheets. Plus, the Sheriffs station is right down the road so I felt super safe.

One of the worst stays we had. From the minute we checked in, the floor above us was so loud it was insane. Kids running around, dog jumping around and barking. My two kids, boyfriend and I could not sleep. Called the front desk twice and the noise never got better. It got worse. They moved us rooms at 11:30pm and the room next to us was so loud banging on the walls. You can hear them moving their beds just making all kinds of noise. The bed was not comfortable either and the TV would not work correctly to where we couldn’t even watch TV. Was not an enjoyable stay what so ever.

Rooms are new/nice/clean good location in the south end of Corona with lots of shopping and food walking distance

They definitely cut cost when it came to the bedding because They’re not comfortable

I’m a go with the flow type of person so it takes a lot to rattle me but

The keys that were isssued to me did not work so the receptionist had to unlock the entrance doors and my room anytime I left and came back

The receptionist herself sucked at sales/service

She was frustrated happily admitted Keys being a common occurrence and her rebuttal her go to that I was staying in a new hotel for 90 bucks lol

They some growing pains. I like that it was really clean but again it’s because it’s new

I’d happily pay for this inconvenience 40-70 all day but at 90 on a weekday there’s probably better finds for a little more

They need better beds and a hosting staff that can at least pretend that they enjoy working there

They’re supposed to be capturing new clients.

The room was clean but damaged . There were screaming crying babies on both sides of us and people yelling and ignoring the babies crying, slamming doors and loud all night into the morning hours. When we left there there were three sherif vehicles and 3 officers questioning people.

Everything was amazing! The young man at the front desk that checked me in was very helpful. Right when I got to my room I couldn’t figure out how to pull the blinds down.. so I called the front desk & he came to help at first we thought they were broke but he found out weren’t they were pull down. Very respectful young man for not making me feel uncomfortable one bit!

Pet friendly shouldn’t mean dog poop in all of the planters. Hallway of 4th floor smelled of human (not dog) urine so strongly. Floor in hall/elevator was filthy. Trash bags, full and smelly, sat in hallway for hours. Spills not cleaned for 12+ hours. Very disappointing.

Definitely recommended for a budget.

Room was 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. Everything was still brand new basically in the room.
The only thing that I was to fond of, was the shade. They didn’t have blackout or and curtains at all. So a lot of light and the privacy was not all there.
Besides that the stay was worth the money.

No conditioner and shower gel. Don't have blow dryer in the bathroom. You need to go down and make the request and sign for it which makes it very inconvenient. You cannot also ask for additional bath towels and wash clothes without returning the used ones which makes it an area around the property property facilities staff service landline phone inconvenient too.

The service at the front desk was poor, I resented that they took a copy of my drivers license as a travel advisor I have never had a hard copy taken. I asked at check out for my copy they said it was policy to keep my copy and to be shredded in 30 days. I felt that a copy can be compromised. I did not receive the hard copy.
The bed was very uncomfortable and felt as if it was an old recycled mattress.

Location was great. There is a shopping center right next door including target should you need anything, however, the hotel although very clean lacked the items I must needed for my stay. The room smelled so strong at Bleach it took 2 full days to start going away and I was there for 3 days. I booked this location because of the kitchen being that I have a restricted diet and need to cook my own meals, well, while I got a beautiful kitchen with a microwave and fridge, there was no utensils or pots/pans to cook with. When I ask the front desk they said, they are not a "Full Service" hotel, which is not listed anywhere or detailed as to what that means. I felt like that would be like giving me a toilet without water. What is the point of a kitchen if there are no utensils or anything else offered? Certainly not convenient at all if you are traveling. May be someone who is in the middle of moving and has these items with them that might work and it seems that was the case with most people staying there, as the laundry room seem to be quiet busy all the time. But for people who are traveling this is a huge inconvenience. They provided coffee and nothing else. If you needed anything you had to ask the front desk. Not the norm. The bed was extremely uncomfortable with a metal flimsy base, literally, the only good thing was location and cleanliness minus the strong bleach smell.

Staff was rude and curt in their remarks. Acted like they were too good to answer simple questions. No coffee in rooms, coffee was not made in lobby, I was told it would "be a while" for coffee to be made. Ridiculous, since there was no breakfast being served and no diners nearby. People will want coffee at least!! Buzzing in to open the door from the lobby every time even during the day when staff was right there. One room key was not set up, therefore the lobby door buzzing thing wouldn't work-- staff laughed at me, like I was too stupid to do it right. They could have helped instead of laughing. No hair dryer in room, had to go get one in lobby. No clothes irons available. Ridiculous and I won't be back.

The room is spacious but the beds are treble, uncomfortable, makes a lot of noise when you’re rolling over on your side and they move around easily. There is no pool, any type of breakfast when you need linen you have to take your use ones for exchange you have to throw out your own trash. The thermostat came offf the wall. No iron and ironing board in the room. You need to check one out at the front desk and that’s if it’s available.

Good place to stay with family. I appreciate that my room had a kitchenette, but there were no utensils at all, not even a plate. They apologized to me for that as well.
Another thing is the RFID card. It stopped unlocking my door, and the staff couldn't fix it after trying multiple times.

Everything was going well: check-in was relatively smooth, people were very nice, room looked clean when I entered it. And then I removed the comforter off the bed. Suddenly, a feeling of utter disgust swept over me: there on the top of the bedsheet was a long pubic hair. I would’ve easily rated this stay as “Poor” or even “Terrible” had it not been for the positive aspects upon check-in.

Overall, this place was good. The rooms were clean comfortable did not feel gross. We did have a spider in a room, but not a big deal. The place felt secure. They have locks on the front doors.
Overall, this place is great. It’s location is right next to a shopping mall. Lots of food and stores didn’t feel too sketchy. Lots of normal people at this hotel for an affordable price. Definitely would stay here again.
