The room itself was great, but the bathroom was disappointing. It took over 10 minutes for the water to warm up, and the bathroom vent wasn’t working. As a result, the restroom became very humid, and I had to leave the door open to let the moisture out.

Although the area around the hotel wasn't super inviting the place is clean. Easy to access. Parking was free. Breakfast was included and reasonable. Breakfast Area was super clean and constantly refilled with beverages and food..
Front desk was pleasant and helpful.
If you are staying for the soccer trip and want to be 10 min away from fields - this is an option.

Room, hotel and lobby along with breakfast was clean. There were some issues though. Pool was out of service. Its unfortunate because my kids were looking for to it. Lobby Bathroom needs more attention. 2x we walked in the bathroom and it was filthy for both men and women on 2 separate time. Also, they never brought us our requested towels.

Spoke to manager and they said they could not compensate anything other than points. I checked my Hilton account and points not there. Tried calling them 4 separate times and hotel is not answering.

The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The hotel was clean but could use some updating. The “snack shop” was bare. No snacks other than candy and no drinks other than monster energy drinks. We were there for 5 days and could never purchase a water or soda. Staff was no where to be found most of the time. Saw housekeeping but no one was ever at the front desk.

We stayed to visit family. The hotel grounds are clean, safe (no one wondering around or sketchy people) and quite. We made a reservation so check in was fast and ok. The hotel is clean and kept up. The room was typical except dark, no ceiling light to see well, only desk and night stand lights. The refrigerator did not have a freezer (even a small one would be nice) and we needed one. It was warm so I called the desk and no one answered for the entire night. The next day I had to let them know it was not working. We were there for just a night so it didn't matter to get another one. Breakfast was imitation eggs, so called bacon and gruel on a muffin. Oh and your typical waffle machine. We ate breakfast at a restaurant. Sad to spend so much money and not have a convenient nice breakfast. We stayed at other hotels in town that were better.

When I arrived I was asked if I had already checked in. I told her no we had just landed after 10 hrs of travel. I was then asked if I had already paid. I said yes and showed her my receipt. She said someone had already checked into the room. I started to worry because it was 3am and I didnt want to have to find another hotel. Upper floors are better

Hampton inn is our best bet when visiting family in Corona. We’ve stayed in this particular location quite a number of times. Staff is always pleasant and courteous. The rooms however vary. 1st floor seems to be the least comfortable (3rd floor is my fav). Room was clean, bed ok. Refrigerator set to high but didn’t get very cold. After taking a shower, no matter how hard the knob was tightened, water still dripped. Toilet seal in the tank probably needs replacing. Tank kept losing water & then refilling (as it should)
Was a bit pressed for time upon check out & didn’t mention to front desk which I should have. That’s on me.
Love the location as it is easily accessible to the freeway but not right next to it, so it pretty quiet

For our purposes, this location was excellent. Very close to our destination and dining preferences. The staff, while rarely at the front desk, were quick to appear and very accommodating and helpful. The included breakfast was the usual Hampton Inns breakfast and very good! Much better than on my previous stay a year ago. The cooked oatmeal is so much better than the instant and much appreciated! Improvements I would suggest: increased monitoring of the coffee station (it was out a couple times during our stay) add some covered parking as the heat is intense! Oh, and streaming options on the tv would also be great, but not having that did force me to watch some very interesting documentaries on Benjamin Franklin! Thank you for a great stay!

The staff Eric, Derek, Nichole were so friendly as were the others, sorry I didn't catch names. We were there for a lacrosse tournament and had 50 plus guests they were so accommodating allowing us all to gather in the lobby, offered us space in the freezer for treats. They tolerated the teenage crazy and we really appreciated their hospitality which we haven't experienced at other hotels. I would definitely recommend this Hampton. Thank you so much!!!!!

Booked a room at this exact property last year. Beautiful room. This year, absolutely the worst room. Room 201 to be exact. The A/C panel literally fell apart turning A/C on. Had to do On or Off. Could not adjust temp. The room had the odor of not so fresh. The bathroom had no where to hang towels literally. The shower was 50/50 pressure when you switch from bath flow to shower. Everything in that room represented what hotels strived to overcome in the hospitality industry. I am thinking I had a renovated room because last year the room looked brand new from floor to wall to bathroom. Extremely disappointed. I do not require pictures of room 201 because it has never been touched. Can’t wait to go even further with this.

Unfortunately while the room was clean it was pretty shabby with a dip in the middle of the floor. You roll in to the middle of the bed at night. The hallway was all ripped up and caused tripping when trying to get our luggage to our room. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. We could not even eat it. Staff was friendly but had no sense of urgency or anything. Took a good while to come out the back, no apologies or anything. Overall not a good experience and will not stay here again.

The accommodations were satisfactory, with the exception of the excessive noise from children running around immediately before my bedtime and again in the morning. Approximately 15 children were observed in close proximity to the rooms surrounding mine. It is likely that there were 25 individuals occupying the rooms, as they appeared to be related. I frequently express a desire for a more effective means of enforcing noise regulations, as the disturbance persisted until approximately 10:00 p.m. and resumed at around 7:00 or 8:00 a.m. on subsequent days. This persistent noise has significantly impacted my sleep, particularly during the second day when I had to return to work. Consequently, I have consistently chosen to stay at the Holiday Inn for both business and leisure purposes.
I appreciate your assistance in addressing this issue. I hope my comments provide some helpful information.
Incidentally, I believe that the property could benefit from the installation of additional surveillance cameras strategically placed on the rear of the premises, excluding the front area. I have previously contacted the management and expressed my concerns, but unfortunately, my complaints have not resulted in any meaningful action.

Spacious room

Room was dated and dirty. Couch had several stains, ottomans at the end of the bed had black marks - those items honestly need to be replaced.

The room was big (very spacious), the shower had FANTASTIC pressure. The layout of the room was nice.

It would have been perfect had the room been cleaner.

The price reflects the quality of stay here

If you’re considering staying here, just don’t. You will be sorry. This hotel is situated in between a junk yard type business and another storage yard. You car will get broken into even if there’s nothing in sight to steal.
The food they served for breakfast made us sick 2 days in a row, so the third day we went elsewhere to eat. So luckily the 3rd day of our stay we didn’t spend half the day feeling ill.
The doors on the rooms close REALLY loudly- so anyone within a couple rooms radius would get woken up or annoyed every time a door around you closes. Some quests were rather vocal about their annoyance of this, but it’s really out of anyone’s control who stays here.
The hotel truly does smell of animals. I get it, it’s a dog friendly hotel. So if you have an animal, you might not care or mind the smell because you’re used to it. If you aren’t traveling with an animal, you will probably mind the smell.
In conclusion, I would literally stay anywhere but here.

Broken into

There system was down so we did not get keys to get into are room. Front desk had to let us in. My truck was broken into. Broke my back window just outside there entrance. Was told management would contact me which they did not.

I went to the property to check in. The parking lot was empty. I was the only car in it. A guy was outside and followed me in. I turned around at the front desk to look at him and he pointed to the other desk. All he said to me was \"Name.\" He was breathing heavily so I asked him if he was okay. He said he had allergies. Then he wiped his nose on his sleeve. Wow!! I used my credit card to pay for the room, but it was declined. The payment on the screen was much more than I got in the confirmation email. I told him the charge was for more than I was told. He said they added a deposit. I couldn't pay for the room so I left. I am not paying for this room that I never got. The service was horrible and I would never recommend that anyone stay here. This used to be a decent place.
