Our stay at this hotel was horrible!!! Bed was noisy, highway right there so you hear every motor vehicle passing by, homeless and drug addicts asking my husband and I for anything soon as they see us come out of our room. Dead mouse outside in the stones, room definitely needs a remodel doors falling apart, main door didn’t close all the way had a gap. I have pictures to back up my complaints but it won’t allow me to upload them?! Don’t waist $$!!!

Staff, I checked in the receptionist assigned room 213 a non-smoking kingsize bed room. Upon entering room 213, the accommodation was reeking of heavy cigarette smoke. I returned to the receptionist desk, explained the situation, and was reassigned to a new room, 226. I asked the receptionist to change the room number on my signed receipt from 213 to 226. She was highly upset and did not yield to my request. She did not change the receipt. I felt uncomfortable, a sense of anxiety that I was being set up in order for her, upon my leaving the next day, she would hold on to my $100.00 deposit for damages.

Check in was easy, the room was decent enough for the price. There was a lot of overnight “traffic” coming and going that kept me up most nights. 2 of the 4 nights I stayed, I was woken up at 1-2 am by shouting and slamming doors.

The motel is in a safe location, very basic, but it was clean, friendly and great value for the price. Breakfast is a small paper bag containing 2 muffins, orange juice and a snack - perfect for neat breakfast on the go. AC was good, no pests around, and nice modern furnishings. Very pleasant night!

Check into the room and the beds had no comforters. Unfortunately, they did not specify. The only had one wheelchair accessible room. So it was a little inconvenient for my guest that was in a wheelchair. It had to stay in a regular room. So he could not get into the restroom with his chair.

Me and my sister booked a room for two days for my wedding and when we arrived we were only in the room for 30 minutes before we did an early check out and booked somewhere else else . We found food left in the microwave from whomever previously stayed and when my sister went to lay in bed we discovered three blood spots on her sheets which let us know that the room was not properly cleaned . I informed the front staff and i didn’t catch his name but he was very polite and apologetic about the situation and that I could speak with the manager in the morning for a refund but I know that I would have not received one since i booked online and am doing a very early check out . overall the experience was very bad and I will not be returning

The property is very well kept and the rooms are very clean. I’m not too big on hotel stays, but this location is great. The surrounding area isn’t the best looking, but it is close to the city. I have stayed a few times and have never had any issue with crime or damage to my property. The property itself is very well surveilled, as well.

The building seems pretty old, the room was very clean. Only small criticisms, the TV volume was hard to adjust and the mini fridge was a bit wobbly. And the heater/ air conditioner ran just a little loud. Great price for the room, that always helps. Wish they had cereal & pancakes for breakfast.

It was a last minute pick, as usual. The front staff was welcoming, and informative.

The room that was chosen for me due to the hotel being immediately booked was able to block out on the light from the outside. The continuing sounds of a single wildlife was both welcomed and appreciated, possibly only by me.

However, I do still sit and wonder if the individual whom paced the pavement just beyond my door ever did obtain the articles of loose clothing which may or may not have been presented during what could only be described as consistent verbal communication of such a need that only us, strangers, could satisfy.

All in all, I would recommend bringing bathing soaps.

The bed is on a metal frame thus causing the typical sounds which makes the additional rolling desk chair reasonable and its location upon entering in an understandable position.

Though they do charge by the day, I would be tempted to ask by the hour as well.

I’ve stayed in budget hotels before, but this place takes the cake for the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had.

After checking out, we stopped by the front office to get a cup of coffee — the machine was empty, and we politely tried another one nearby, which didn’t work either. Hours later, while we were already on the road, I get a call accusing us of causing a water spill just because we pressed a button on an unlabeled machine. Seriously?

And then came the cherry on top: the staff told us to drive back to the hotel to clean it up ourselves. What kind of hotel does that? You’d think we broke a window or trashed the room. No — we just pressed a button on their own machine. If your equipment is so sensitive that it spills everywhere when someone breathes near it, that’s on you, not the guests.

Threatening to charge us for this? Laughable. Maybe spend less time harassing guests and more time putting a damn \"Out of order\" sign on your machines.

Zero stars if I could. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated like a criminal for touching a coffee maker.

Tub was cheaply fixed, shower curtains do not look changed as it has stains, the water is off. When showering it leaves you skin oily or as if the soap did not properly rinse off. Water needs to be tested. I use water bottles to brush and rinse.

Well first, the front desk receptionist was rude. just handed me my key card with no words. Once i got to my room, the connections on 1 side of the bed didn’t work, neither did the light. The phone didn’t work either. I told him about the problem and he explained it was motion censored? i explained that the connections weren’t working and he looked at me like i was incompetent. He said he would be there later to check it out. i asked him when and he said when i’m done finishing this and just looked away but i continued to wait there and he kept telling me he would be up there in a minute. He finally followed me to my room and i showed him the problem with the outlets and he tried blaming my charger and then i even showed him the light didn’t turn on. He then GRABBED my charger along with my phone without asking and tried it out on the wall then plugged it back into the outlet connected to the bed and it worked for a split second because of the energy it still had from the other outlet and he told me it worked. it stopped charging and i told him it didn’t and he gave me an annoyed look and walked out while saying to meet him in the lobby for a new room. met him down there, got my new room and it seemed fine until the shower. there was a huge cockroach above the shower head. i was already tired so i just killed it and cleaned up. There were various bugs in my room but i was too exhausted to care atp. never again, and for a $100 deposit is insane. i’d expect better quality. 0/10

We chose this hotel for location, price and because breakfast was offered.
Breakfast was horrible - it was a nasty muffin in a bag with water and weak over sweetened orange drink- no choice only this 1 bag per guest. Agent laughed when I said the breakfast was pitiful.

I live far and needed a place to stay that was close to downtown. I picked here because the price was reasonable and not completely unsafe. Before check in I receive a message from the front desk stating there is a 100 dollar deposit. Something that was not shared on the Expedia website. In the chat she stated I was able to cancel my reservation with no penalties. Days later and I was charged when I didn’t even stay there, I don’t know how this particular place does business but by false advertising and not being transparent with their fees, I see more and more 1 star reviews

Don't do it!!

The lady at the desk was slightly rude and really lacks customer service and people skills. First, they put me a room that had a door that looked like someone tries to kick it in before, so the door was slightly defective. We asked to change rooms. Then she put me in a room where the bathroom door was completely off the hinges at the top with a cracked mirror. Mind you, I was I had give them a $100 security deposit just for her to put me in a room that already had damage. I felt the the front desk clerk was trying to set me up to keep my security deposit. The woman came off very untrustworthy, so when as I checked out, I got my security deposit back and turned off my card so she wouldn't tey to charge for for damages that I didn't do. I will never be going back there.

Location is great, staff is friendly. I would return!
Note-the only suggestion is that the overnight person make fresh coffee for early AM wakers. It was overnight coffee until housekeeping showed up at 7am. It may be her duties however with him just sitting there, he could have considered the guests.
Also. The pool has been out of order for some time now. I have not seen anyone working on it in the past 2 months.
