Upon checking in, we found large brown stains on the bedsheets, which required a late-night replacement. The hotel is pet-friendly, and some of the furniture showed noticeable wear and scratches. There was also hair on the shower floor and dark staining in the corners of the shower upon arrival, which was disappointing from a cleanliness standpoint.

Breakfast options were limited for vegetarians and vegans. When we inquired, staff mentioned they couldn’t accommodate every dietary preference due to concerns about waste; however, they did note that alternatives may be available upon request from the kitchen if asked.

The hotel does offer convenient amenities, including a washer and dryer, a gym, and a full kitchenette in the rooms. While some front desk staff members were helpful, others were less pleasant to interact with.

Unfortunately, due to the cleanliness issues and overall experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

everything was well, excluding the dirty smelly towel I mentioned earlier. We have spoken to the supervisor and she will escalate the issue to the general manager.

We know that the housekeepers do a great job, but maybe the previous occupant used the towel, then restocked it along with the clean towels. We wanted them to be aware of it.

The condition and location of this hotel is great. However the customer service and experience could use some improvement. We resented a studio with 2 queen beds and upon arrival we were told the hotel is sold out and we would have to take a studio with a single king bed and a pull out. Normally this would not be an issue however my daughter has a back injury and we needed the second bed for her. We were never notified so we were unable to make a change in hotels before hand. This stay could’ve been great instead we were uncomfortable and didn’t get any rest.

This is a great place to stay. The room has full-size refrigerator Freezer, 2-burner range top, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, large TV. The room is also quite spacious. The breakfast is no big deal. I definitely will stay here again.

I talked to the manager in charge regarding the disgusting appearance of the shower floor. It was pealed and looked worn out.

My bed smelled like the person before me was still there since the odor was still on the pillow case. I slept on my daughter’s bed since I was too tired to complain that night about it.

Overall all, my experience was very unpleasant.

I booked a suite room for both my fiancé and mine bday.. the room was kinda falling apart.. there was obvious damage to the walls leading into the bathroom. The ac was not working well, the room was stuffy. We had to ask the front desk for multiple items that were missing from the room.. like the ice bucket.. the stay was not really what we were used to.. as we’ve stayed in multiple home 2 suite location. The staff couldn’t be more uninterested in helping. We stood and had to wait 5 mins while the front desk reception decided he was done with his conversation with other employees.. where the other employee had to actually keep telling him people were trying to check in. The breakfast buffet was rapidly running out of food and drinks. When we addressed this with the breakfast host.. she refilled one thing then would disappear for long periods of time. Then only refilled 1 beverage option.. needless to say.. we ended up having to go off property to get breakfast. For the price of this stay I’d rather stay farther and get better treatment from staff. Unfortunate…

Upon post 3pm arrival no rooms were cleaned and we were asked to return later, they didn’t want to check us “into dirty rooms” we asked if this guaranteed us room and they said our reservation did that. No it didn’t we were checking in at 4:30pm well after the published check in time yet no rooms. Then to really add insult Housekeeping was skipped the entire 4-day stay! On the 3rd day I went to the front desk and complained. We received clean towels and trash removal. Total nightmare why they didn’t clean while we were away from the room all day long then expect to clean our room at night after we returned, absolutely ridiculous. Hotel has free breakfast, don’t eat there the food is questionable for food safety. The area around the hotel is fun, great restaurants, fabulous entertainment but the hotel is terrible.

Such a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend. Was in town for a family wedding and it was perfect. Trader Joe’s was right next door to pick up snacks, water and convenience food to use in the kitchen. The kitchen had pots, dishes, and silverware . Beautiful property and amenities that are ideal for the active traveler. Unfortunately, on arrival the staff couldn't log in to the computer despite trying 3 monitors. There was a long delay while she attempted to access the system (meanwhile, I was calling other area hotels for a new reservation elsewhere.) Room was great. Next morning at the breakfast area, two staff members had a heated argument in the lobby. Awkward to watch as a guest. One staff was assisting with the food setup and being generally helpful. The other, was refusing his help, accusing him of rushing her, demanding he \"respect my time.\" Only 1 of 3 staff members I encountered during my single night stay seemed motivated for the stay to be restful and pleasant for the customer.

Our stay was…ok. I know a lot of hotels don’t do daily housekeeping since Covid but it would be nice if the trash was taken out daily. We stayed 3 nights and after the second night we had to request ours to get taken out, beds get remade, etc. When we got back to the room only the trash was taken out. People on our floor seemed to have the same problem because bags of food and trash would be left out overnight, sometimes for more than a day.

When coming back in from the pool we were also locked outside the hotel. We tried our key as instructed but it didn’t work. We called the front desk and were placed on hold for 10+ minutes to stand outside in our swimsuits or walk all the way around to the front of the hotel with our 3 small children. Luckily, another family saw us and was able to let us back the hotel.

Finally, on our check out day housekeeping began knocking on our door at 10am even though checkout isn’t until 11 and we had a do not disturb sign on the door. On your day of check out be ready early if you stay here. Not sure if I would recommend.
