The manager of this property leaves much to be desired. She is relentless about keeping deposits. Just because I extended my stay she charged me for ANOTHER DEPOSIT, when the other employees had not done the same. There was no reason for it and I knew in my guts she was doing it and I would not see that money again. I was right. In front of me as j checked out, she had house keeping go to my room and she in the most insincere tone goes “oh noooo yeah they said that it’s bad and you’re not getting your deposit back. Yeah we have to keep it.” Also, I had a service animal and showed the license for it and she wouldn’t refund the pet fee she charged me. I could sue for that. Lastly, she profusely talked crap about the motel 6 directly across the street. Said it was terrible and ghetto and I’d be much happier there at studio 6. Let me tell you- I’m here now at the motel 6 across the street and the customer service is unparalleled. They don’t charge deposits and they even have a kiosk to remake your room keys cuz they will admit that the keys demagnetize pretty easily. They make your stay so simple and carefree. Do NOT go to studio 6! Don’t be fooled by the microwave and fridge. It’s not worth it. You’ll never see your deposit again, they will buckle and dime you. I want to exclude the other 2 employees at the front desk I dealt with. A young man and a nice young woman. It’s the manager that destroys this experience. DONT STAY HERE!!! It’s a major rip off!

I would like a refund, i checked in and then had to check out with in 20mins of being there. I got room 128 and when i walked in it smelled like cigarettes. So i went back to ask if i can get a diffrent room. The staff was nice and got me a diffrent room (123). That room smelled like cigarettes as well but we were going to try to deal with it but we had to leave because the cigarettes smell was bothering my daughter's asthma. So we were not able to stay the night in the room that i paid for. Can i get a refund please.

The room was great, it looked like theybwere recently renovated because everything looked new inside the room. They have a pool but we didn't use it. We were on a road trip and stay only for one night. The property is right next.to the freeway so it was great. Plus it was one of the cheapest around the area that night. I would definitely stay here again if we need a room near that area.

This was a last minute booking. Room was spacious and clean but it seemed to be a hotel that gave out vouchers for people to stay. We kept running into people passed out in their cars overnight that were not staying there. I want to say there was even some drug dealing going on from the room next to us. I would definitely not stay here again. Although housekeeping was very friendly and would always ensure we had clean towels but I did not allow my room to be cleaned.

Myself and my family have been staying here through out the past couple of years. This is the only place we stay while in Corona. My daughter left her necklace behind on our last day by accident. I know for a fact that it was on the tv stand because im the one who took it off of her neck. I CANNOT BELIEVE ONE OF THOSE OLDER CLEANING LADIES WOULD JUST POCKET THE NECKLACE! THEY should really be ashamed of themselves. In the past ive left an expensive flat iron behind as well as my versace perfume and both times it was returned to me. I will never ever stay here again. The room itself is very nice and its close to the freeway. We were very surprised when we found out that there was no shampoo, conditioner or body waah. Ran to the store to get those essentials. And then after showering, we discovered there was no hair dryer either. There's a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and iron/ironing board.

Although it looked like a good spot at first several issues became evident throughout the stay.
1) The note from housekeeping stated that the last time the room we stayed in was \"10/11\" . We checked in Nov 15th. So either, housekeeping hadn't cleaned the room since October and no guest stayed in the room for over a month Or housekeeping cleaned the room 4 days prior to our arrival. The room did not feel aired out in a while so unsure which is better.
2) The shower was gross and had weird rust (?) rings on the floor of it. Also, the shower head kept dripping despite best efforts to turn off the faucet. Hearing the constant dripping while in the bathroom or (at times) through the wall at night time was aggravating.
3) Speaking of hearing things, for some reason in the middle of the night (3am) the refrigerator decided to make an incredibly loud whirling sound that woke up me and my guest.I'm assuming it was trying to make ice, but to be honest I have no idea. I just know it legitimately startled us awake.
4) The walls arent as thick as they should be. We could definitely hear our neighbors the entire time.
5) The tv was broken and would not turn on regardless of what we tried.
Thank goodness we had other places to be and only needed this place to just sleep, so we didnt have to spend much time at this establishment.

I absolutely love the property. I’ve stayed there several times. It’s right off the freeway has plenty of parking and all the rooms have been completely remodeled. It has a nice pool and Jacuzzi walking distance to a restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner and a gas station with a little convenient store

About my stay, well the guy who checked me in was good. The room really looked like a motel, but not a motel 6. I’ve never paid that much for a room that looked like it should be on sid row. It was people sitting in cars getting high,people sitting in front of the building, one guy looked like he lived there, and it was a woman there that walked out every time a car pulled up.
I left to go and get something to eat and when i got back this guy asked me if i needed to buy drugs. I was so disappointed so i just took a loss and went to find another room. I put the key in the drop box and left.
I will never stay there again, hopefully they will figure out something with that place. They had good reviews is why i picked this hotel, but it was more like a motel.

The property itself is run down. The staff were friendly and great. The room was good, upgraded and beds were comfortable. Upon returning at 1:00 AM I was shocked to see a party near the jacuzzi area of about 10 individuals and many sitting on the stairs just above the office. They were carrying on as if it wasn’t past midnight. Walking to our room we heard music. There was a guest with their room door open, and a speaker outside on the sidewalk blasting music, it was 1:00 AM! I could not believe that was allowed.
