The bathtub had visible stains, the carpets were badly discolored, and the AC did not work for the first two days of my stay, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness and maintenance were clearly lacking. For the price paid, I expected a much better standard. Unfortunately, this stay was not worth the money, and I would not return.

My experience at this hotel was disappointing, primarily due to poor housekeeping and ineffective customer service. Despite repeated requests, my room was not cleaned properly. Dirty towels were folded and left in the bathroom, the toilet was not cleaned adequately, and used glasses and cups were repeatedly left in the room. Although I contacted housekeeping several times and was assured the issue would not occur again, no improvement was made.
Furthermore, the customer service staff was unresponsive and failed to take my concerns seriously. Many of the issues I raised were ignored, which significantly impacted my overall experience.
I had also informed the hotel that I was staying to celebrate my birthday; however, there was no acknowledgment or complimentary gesture. Overall, the service did not meet acceptable hospitality standards, and I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

PC is an iconic brand, which is why I chose it for my short 2-night stay in Lahore while traveling from Chicago. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. While the hotel security and general ambiance were acceptable, that is where the positives end.
The check-in process was chaotic and disorganized, with no clear line or direction. Staff appeared overwhelmed and disengaged. The room itself was unacceptable and frankly disgusting for a property charging over $100 per night. There were visible stains on the pillows, couch, and bedding, and parts of the room were visibly falling apart due to poor construction and maintenance.
I requested a room change immediately, but was told the hotel was fully booked, leaving me stuck in a room that did not meet even basic cleanliness standards. This is not what anyone expects from a premium brand, especially after a long international journey.

the best part about Lahore PC is the breakfast--lots of options of delicious food. They offer free airport transfer which is convenient however they are notoriously slow at responding to email. Front desk is also slow at check in--it was busy and took a while for them to get to us and they had trouble finding reservation. However, I have stayed here before and I arrived much earlier than check in and they kindly accommodated me that time. The hotel needs some updating-the carpet and some of the finishing show age and wear. There is a shopping arcade on the sub-mezzanine level which is convenient also for some souvenir shopping.

spotless rooms, all amenities present. However the shaving kits are very very basic and poor qualities, causing many abrasions to the skin. Surely these could be improved . The safety box did not work.The menu at Marco Pole was rather monotonous , I stayed I stayed 12 days and got bored with the never changing menu. The front desk is very helpful, at times they are mobbed by the unruly guests who pay no attention to making a que for their turn, instead create a rukus and shouting. It is very troublesome.

I would give the hotel 2 stars, 1 star for their front desk manager Miss Mehak who was fabulous and 1 star for the free transportation to the airport which was very convenient.

For the first 3 nights I must have spent at least 4-5 hours day chasing people to get the right rooms. We were given smoking rooms every time, the staff is well trained at deflecting the issue rather than solving. The only exception was Miss Mehak, who was courteous, helpful and resolved the issue for us.
PC used to be one of the best hotels in Lahore but not so much anymore, the rooms are dated, if you do plan to stay make sure you get the renovated rooms and also plan on being inundated with cigarette smoke everywhere.

Very disappointing experience. I purchased these rooms for my daughter’s in laws for her wedding. The gave them outdated single bedding rooms with outdated bathrooms. According to my guest they probably changed it to king room. I hope they didn’t charge them extra money. If they did it will be very embarrassing for me. Whilst there is a buzz as this hotel is centrally based for Lahore attractions, the rooms and furniture are outdated and need upgrading to bring this hotel back to true 5*. Breakfast is ok, though it takes a while to get your morning tea lol. Highlight was the young friendly, bubbly receptionist Eesha. So, so lovely and helpful, as were the staff in the Exec Lounge.

Night mare, from front desk to everyone. The room was filthy, and suffocating. Bedsheet were dirty. I the bathroom, there was a small tiny half filled small about 10 ml unlabeled bottle probably for shampoo. Towels were smelly, worn out. Hair dryer, and refrigerator were disgusting. I was terrified about the condition of overall. We moved to a different hotel, which was so much better than PC. Advise to everyone is please don’t waste your money. The hotel is not worth staying.

My bathroom sink was clogged at 7.00pm I call the housekeeping three time never showed up . The next day early morning I call duty manager than he had to send the guys to fix it moreover tthe second day when I came to my room I saw a mattress in my room as we were two people the mattress was not covered with sheet just mattress which had covered my whole room otherwise breakfast and food was to the standard

I stayed in this hotel 23 years ago it was better than. I was shocked to see the room was smelly carpet worn out same carpet when I visited 23 years ago.
In the bathroom the tub/ shower area had mold and fungus.

They did miss that we had a booking for 3 of us in one room. So I had to call them to get an extra mattress. They also had us down as 2 ppl instead of 3 on the breakfast list as well.

This hotel is as good as you are going to get for Pakistan! Everything was acceptable, but don't expect a lot.

The property has old school charm. Nice lobby but the rooms are dated. Staff at front desk whilst polite did not discuss room options though we had messaged ahead. We were given a smoking room which smelt quite musty and seemed dated. We mentioned it later to Karim the duty manager who offered a change but it was too late in the stay. Housekeeping did not replenish well and we had to ask for a second towel when two should have been provided and we only had one mug when at least two should have been provided.
On our arrival there was no complimentary water in the room.
The staff at the door and generally were polite. The airport pickup service had to be reminded but they were great at the airport when they turned up.
There is room for improvement.
Would I stay here on my next visit not sure will consider one of the modern options for newer hotels with modern rooms.
