Had booked there for 4 nights. Left after the very first night. The windows are as good as non existent since they're not sealed at all, so you're listening to cars going by every few seconds. There's also construction going on next door to add to the noise. No microwave either. Getting around without a rental vehicle is difficult as there's no convenient transportation. There's no possibility of early check in if you arrive earlier than 3pm. My flight landed at 11am so I was waiting for 4 hours to get in my room. And management is only there till 5pm in person. So you need to arrive between the golden hours of 3pm to 5pm. Only positive thing is it was next to the water which was nice.

We didn’t even stay here and had to pay for it. They didn’t send instructions till 15 mins after 3 & by then I had another hotel. They didn’t wanna refund me. I was there at 11am and they said I never arrived meanwhile I was literally speaking to a woman at desk at 11 am. The only good thing was the driver who literally helped us out with everything. Other than that, wouldn’t come here. Lady literally took our money and we didn’t even stay there . Completely unsatisfied.

Very basic and outdated. Needs improvement.

Needs to be updated. Rusted dining table, cabinetry and dressers needs to be replaced. Need new pillows, can visibly see wear and tear. Same with head board for bed. Power went out for an hour one of the days of the stay. Communication was lacking, had to ask where the key was, where to put the key, no introduction re: wifi and other services like taxis, etc.
Heard extremely loud banging and yelling one night (sounded like someone was trying to get into one of the units or wake someone up), not necessarily the fault of property, but was very disturbing.

Going through customs they needed a phone # and person to contact for our property. Good luck contacting anyone. It went straight to voicemail every time! We were put in a room on the side of the building that looked like it was a cleaning closet in an alley. No curtains on the bathroom window and someone could look straight in. Hard to find the room because it was on the backside and nobody answered the phone to get instructions. We got in later than planned because of our plane delay. Then our taxi couldn't find the place. I would not recommend!

The receptionists were nice and friendly, but both fitted sheets on both beds were dirty and stained. The room was not cleaned properly and they didn’t change out the empty roll of toilet tissue so we had no toilet tissue.

Weekend trip for family of four. It’s across from the beach with easy access and close to bars and shopping plazas in walking distance. A bit more parking space would be a plus. But the place did what we required of it. A place to sleep, cook if needed and take a hot shower .

Not “better in the Bahamas” here

This was a one night”we stay at the Baha mar vacation then just sleep here before the flight out” decision. If you got on a flight to come to the Bahamas you won’t want to be here. There is technically a beach across the street but you won’t go to it. The sheets were ripped and stained. Shower curtain mildewy. I was begrudged an extra 10 min at checkout which is 10:am. There is no one around if you come after 5 pm

Used it for one night stay to make flight connections at LPIA. Large bedroom with two queen beds and large combined kitchen/living/dining area were comfortable and sufficient for two. TVs in both rooms nice plus. Kitchen a little shy on plates. Great location. Indeed, there is a beach directly across and do have a great view of sunsets. Notably, it is located on the #10 jitney bus line which takes one directly to downtown Nassau. Would definitely consider using if spending several days exploring Nassau.

Studio apartment, clean and functional- was perfect for our needs. It had a cooktop and microwave. The A/C and hot water worked perfectly. Directly across the street from a small quiet beautiful beach. We had to take a Jitney to Baha Mar to get picked up for water sports but that was not complicated.
Cons: bathroom door lock was reversed- that obviously needs to be fixed. No curtain in bathroom- we hung up a towel. Bathroom light was outside bathroom. Furniture is simple Ikea furniture.
All in all good deal for price.

The rooms and the property are very clean. I did a late check-in and had trouble getting in my room-even with after hr number-it was difficult to reach anyone.
There is heavy construction going on next door so rooms #14 and #15 will be disturbed during the day with drilling and other noise.
Best part is it is located right across from the beach, and Nesbitts and another cute spot are all within walking distance. I would stay there again, but they need to work on communication.

I checked in and immediately checked out. As a single female traveller and the known crime in this area, I didn’t feel comfortable staying. The windows would not fully close/lock and the ones that did were very flimsy and anyone could push them open with little effort. There was quite a bit of rust in the bathroom and kitchen although the place looked decently cleaned. It is close to the beach but it’s very close to a main road so it was loud considering the windows wouldn’t close. The owner wasn’t very helpful or communicative. I stayed an hour or two and left.

First thing I noticed was how small the space was, you couldn't walk in the door without hitting the kitchen chairs. The room did have two queen beds in it. The room was also equipped with a small kitchen and bathroom. They provided you with lotion, but no shampoo or conditioner so make sure you bring some. The room was definitely a bit dated and probably could be cleaned a bit more as I did a brief wipe down with a sanitizing wipe on the door area and part of the kitchen and it was pretty dirty. Also, lots of rust and some black mold in the bathroom (shower and ceiling) that should be addressed. I didn't find the beds comfortable, I think the mattress might have been a type of memory foam as it was thick and you sank into it, which isn’t my style. The pillows were too puffy for me and I actually woke up with a stiff neck. I did enjoy the coffee and having a fridge. As for the beach across the street, it wasn’t too busy to cross to. However, I would say it’s not much of a beach, specifically not a sandy one. It’s mostly rocky and pretty small, so disappointing for beach walkers. They do have loungers you can carry across the street and use. There are restaurants 5+ minutes away. The Poop Deck is supposed to be good, but it looks closed to me, but great location. I appreciated that they left some helpful information in the room i.e. restaurants, taxi numbers etc.. Close to the airport, but I was still charged 25.

visited with my mom and daughter. Felt safe. Lovely view. easy to catch a taxi anywhere around the island. Room is supplied with basic supplies.
The office hours are limited and no one responds outside office hours. That was the only challenge as we were out enjoying the island during office hours and simple requests were neglected when I messaged.

They emailed us checkin procedures and our room number. When we arrived at 10:30pm, there was no key in the lock box. I opened the unlocked door to see if the key was inside and a woman yelled saying it’s her room! I could have gotten shot for opening the door. I called the number and they apologized for giving me the wrong room number! Very nerve wrecking and bad way to start a vacation after a long travel day.

Sheets were washed but still looked dirty. Plus on of the bed sheets had a big hole. You want clean thing you have to take the items you’re using to the office they will wash them and return it to your door set.

It was a positive experience over all. We stayed for two nights. Room was clean and there was a small kitchen to accommodate self cooking. Stuff was friendly. Taxi or local bus as transportation are available for you to choose from. If you want to travel downtown, take local bus #10, for just $1.25.
We recommend this small but nice place for everyone to visit.

Good place to stay for a night or 2 if you want to be close to the beach and a couple of restaurants nearby. Pretty clean place. Beds were very squeaky. There were no shampoo or conditioner in the room.

It would be great if they have a vending machine or mini store to buy drinks and stuff. Closest market was a 25 min walk.

Outside of the office hours, communication was not very responsive but check in and check out was easy.

The room was clean but when we got there the office was close at 5pm but we got our room number code within seconds. However there was no complimentary toilet paper, shampoo or conditioner until next morning when we asked. The doorknob in the bathroom was placed incorrectly so the lock was on the outside. You could get locked in the bathroom if you’re alone. room spelled like fresh paint so the smell was Reilly strong. They have their designated taxis if you want to use them, but I definitely do not recommend it since they overprice their service.

I found our room to be very clean and sanitary although the outside area needs some improvement. I was taken aback when we asked for a garbage bag and was told that they only supplied one per visit. Therefore, we went out and bought our own toilet paper in case there was a limit on that too. Also the TV in our room was broken and never repaired or replaced for the week we were there!

Rooms are descents, clean, bed are nice and comfortable for the property spacious, dint like that the coffee maker and tea kettle were not to clean, no paper towel since there’s a kitchen, internet network don’t work, there’s a tv but you can’t watch it without internet. They should have at least a bending machine where you can buy water to make coffee or tea, since water tabs are not safe

Horrible stay. I was staying in a double bed room and got bed bug bites (doctor confirmed!) therefore I wanted to move. I paid for and reserved a Queen Luxury suite through the Expedia app however the woman at the front desk refused to move me, even after I complained about bed bug bites and noisy people upstairs not to mention I PAID and made a reservation for Queen room - she then denied they had a Queen bed even after I sent a screen shot of the confirmed reservation with a Queen bed. Lazy and very very rude person and should not be handling customers. I’ve travelled all over the world and use Expedia very often and have never experienced anything like this.
I will never stay at this property again.

The owner of the property has a serious attitude problem. I would not advise anyone, especially locals, to stay there. My family and I came for a short visit—I have three little ones and was the only one handling them. We paid for our stay, yet she made us feel lower than dirt simply because we were unaware that checkout time was at 10 a.m. I asked if I could pay for an extra hour, but she said no and went on a rampage in front of my children. I tried to stay as calm as I could.

There were no cleaning supplies, such as a mop or dustpan. My two-year-old had the flu during the trip and threw up on one of the towels. I used the towel because there was nothing else to clean it up with. She screamed at me and said I had to pay $15 for the towel, which I did, even though I know it didn’t cost that much.

Guests should not be treated like this. Our money is no different from anyone else’s, and you don’t treat people—or children—that way. I was appalled. She ruined our entire stay. Thank you to the staff members who showed grace, as they were clearly embarrassed by how their boss behaved. The customer service here is absolutely awful!
